He saw the seniors had lost connection with friends and family, they were bored by unimaginative activities, and their lives were adrift without purpose. These observations fueled the rest of his professional accomplishments. Today, Tod is the President of Thrive Senior Living, which operates Thrive at Frederica. Beyond providing excellent care, Tod’s mission of
