INTRODUCTION Two years ago, I was scheduled for a minor surgery. A couple of weeks before, I woke up thinking about multiple universes. I googled the term, found some amusing books, and

bookmarked them—the idea of something new waiting for me kept me going pre- and postsurgery. Little did I know that those unexpected thoughts about multiverses were Spirit’s invitation to me to awaken to a new reality. The surgery went well, but the condition came back. It wasn’t serious, an annoying case of endometriosis, an ailment of the reproductive system which involves the formation of ovarian cysts. There are three solutions to endometriosis: having a surgery to remove endometrial tissue (which I had), taking contraceptive pills (which I did—but I stopped as they were doing me more harm than good), or having a baby. As it didn’t make sense to bring a child into the world for symptom-relief, having a child was not an option. So, because choices one and two didn’t work—and alternative number three was off the table—I shifted my focus and concentrated on healing my Soul. Now, I am endometriosis-free. I am telling you this story because I am now convinced that every form of physical or psychological discomfort in our realities comes from a neglected Soul. Here on earth, we forget that we are not just bodies and minds, we are Souls. We do not see this ultimate truth: Nothing we experience is real—everything is just an illusion of the ego. As I delved into what I call My Spiritual Journey from Ego to Soul, I noticed that whenever I woke up with a philosophical idea or a question, a new book would come into my life which would explain some question I was asking. I accepted these books willingly and they always led me to something new, something bigger. It was as if someone else was

scanning my Inner Call for knowledge, guiding me, then pushing me towards a deeper exploration and a more profound understanding. After every book I read, I experienced a fresh awareness, and I began to approach life differently. I started loving myself more, taking better care of my body and my Soul. I started feeling more confident in life and I applied this newfound power to attaining my goals—I got a promotion and my salary doubled. I was living a more comfortable life. I wasn’t rich, but I was doing fine (after all, these were beginner’s steps!). Of course, over time, I set my mind to achieving bigger goals. Then, one day, I realized that nothing was happening; that on the outside everything had come to a standstill. On the inside, I felt anxious, desperate, in a panic. It felt like something was tearing me apart, pushing me constantly to try new ways of achieving my goals. But no matter what I did, nothing worked. It wasn’t that I had unrealistic goals, on the contrary, I had ordinary goals: move to a better country, have a new home, have a significant career, have a child, two dogs, etc. I kept trying, pushing—but all that happened was that I got tired. Then, I started having a hard time with my partner. From where I stand now, I know I brought those hard times into our home because of my broken ego; I was eager to make his goals come true, to validate his significance and power. I knew that if wanted to stay sane, I had to let it go, to surrender to the Universe, to God, to the Creator. For two weeks I asked for help, I talked to ‘them’, asked for guidance, signs. But I heard nothing. Still, there were the signs that came in the usual way: ideas in books, movie titles that spoke to me now and then, song lyrics that resonated. But I will never forget the day it happened. I was coming home from work, feeling desperately sad. I had earphones on and was listening to an ordinary radio station. As I walked along, I pleaded with them: “Please show yourself to me. Please prove your existence. If you are my Spirit Guide, guardian angel,

whatever you are, can you give me a sign? Can you comfort me with a sign?” Then, suddenly, the Scorpions song, Send Me An Angel came on the radio:

The wise man said just walk this way To the dawn of the light The wind will blow into your face As the years pass you by

Hear this voice from deep inside It’s the call of your heart Close your eyes and you will find The passage out of the dark.

There is no such thing as coincidence in life. When you are in alignment with your True Being, nothing happens by coincidence. And, even if you are operating primarily from the ego, you can be sure that things that happen ‘by coincidence’ are really lessons coming from your Higher Self as it tries to awaken your Soul. So, as I mentioned, there were the usual “signs from the Universe” but I wanted to hear words. I wanted a Spirit Guide to speak to me, to validate its presence by telling me what to do next, and by explaining to me why I am stuck here. Now, I sometimes talk to myself as I’m going about my day, and I’ll even ask myself questions and then answer them, too! It was not unusual for me to have these private conversations with myself during my meditations as well, but on this particular day, I decided to transcribe the ‘conversation’ on my computer, to try to be more aware, more present while

having it. So, I created a document called “Inner Talks.” That’s what they had been all along, talks with myself. But suddenly, they became something more. As I mentioned, I had always known that my Higher Self guided me through the signs it showed me in movies, songs, and books, it was just that up to this point, I’d always thought I was alone. In all my self-talk conversations, my ego had done everything in its power to convince me that it was ‘just me’ I was talking to. So, I hadn’t realized what was really going on—Spirit had been with me all along, guiding me, speaking to me—I just didn’t know how to listen. Once I started listening, a whole different reality unfolded before me. My life changed, my Soul was rebirthed. This book is a transcript of those Inner Talk files—my conversations with the Spirit entity who speaks through me. I have called him my “Higher Self,” and my “Spirit Guide.”

He calls himself Noël. You can call these “channeled communications,” or you can think of them as just observations from Spirit. But, however you frame them, they are testimony to the fact that anyone can have these types of interactions with Spirit—you need only to open your Soul and you will be guided—everything you need will be shown to you, you need only to ask from the essence of your Being. So, get quiet—and listen. You will discover that You are the love that you want to feel. You are that friend that you always wanted to have. You are everything that your Soul needs to be happy. What follows are my conversations with Noël. I hope that reading them will inspire you to engage with your own Higher Self, so that you, too, can connect with your own Guides, be uplifted, and reach your highest potential as a Soul, thriving in the material world.



INNER TALK WITH NOËL 24.03.2017 – Friday.

Noël: Hello, Ellie.

Ellie: Hello.

Noël: Ellie, are you surprised that I, such a familiar voice, answer your call, that there are no sparkling lights or moving objects? It is me. You already know me, I have been with you for a long time. Only now, you have decided to hear me.

Ellie: Yes, I was calling you. I need help.

Noël: I am here for you.

Ellie: Can you please tell me who you are, so I can identify you and confirm that you are not an illusion?

Noël: My dear Ellie, many of you are familiar with spirituality, but for those of you taking baby steps, I would like to explain a little more about what the “Higher Self” is, since it is your Higher Self speaking to you now. Yes, your genuine Higher Self is speaking to you.



Ellie: REFLECTIONS The fact is, everyone has an inner, powerful voice. We feel it without hearing it— usually, we call it “intuition.” I am not referring to the voice that speaks to you constantly, that ‘voice in your head’. That is the voice of the ego and we do not like him very much! But this other voice, the voice of intuition, gives you a subtle, tingling feeling whenever it is trying to tell you something. But the humble energy that is constantly trying to push you to find your Soul’s purpose is rarely heard. For example, I perceived the voice of my Higher Self only recently. I realize now that I had always heard it, but I didn’t recognize it because it was always mixed with the aggressive voice of the ego. But this time, I identified it, and I differentiated the voice of the Higher Self—and that made all the difference.

Basically, the thoughts that come from your mind are mostly the thoughts of the ego—your wishes, hopes, and dreams, your ambitions—even the emotion you identify as “love” comes from the place of ego. It’s all ego. Everything that you mostly ignore is your Soul. Eventually, you will learn to quiet your mind, to stop paying attention to your thoughts—and then, oh then—you will discover the most beautiful, peaceful insights. You could not imagine them yourself! Once you start listening to your Soul, the ego’s life end will end. And that means just one thing: your Soul’s life will begin. Your Higher Self dwells in your energy field, it is the part of you that is allknowing. The Higher Self is everything that is you, but without limits. It is part of the Oneness of all things—just as you are—but the Higher Self has an awareness of Oneness, it is intimate with it, conjoined with it. Think of your Higher Self as a pool of all the knowledge in the Universe. You can ask anything of it, anything at all—and if you learn how to listen, you will have all the answers.

Your Higher Self is your best friend, lover, parent, sibling, whatever you wish it to be. It is always here, it is eternal, just as you are. But you must remember that to be able to reach your Higher Self, you must silence the ego. As I discovered by talking to Noel—and as you will see later—we live in a world of duality, in which the ego constantly vies for supremacy over the Soul. But the Soul enjoys the challenge of this duality because the experience of opposites is important for her Spirit to grow. In our physical world, the stuff of material life gratifies the ego—not the spirit, so the ego dominates the Soul. Consequently—and unfortunately—we live in a world wholly ruled by egos, not by Souls. I encourage you to work towards awakening your Soul; it is the way to pure Oneness. It is the only way of fulfilling your purpose here on earth while living blissfully. It is the only way to remember who you truly are: pure love. Let’s talk about “reality.” It is certain that we are the creators of our own reality. But, most people allow their egos to create their reality. I would challenge the narcissistic liar that is the ego to try to create a single thought, never mind a whole reality! Your world is a product of your own creation, and don’t let the ego convince you otherwise. You aren’t on the outside, looking in. You are not a product of the world, you are the creator of the world. Maybe this idea is all fiction to you now—but slowly, the truth will be revealed to you. Read on....

INNER TALK WITH NOËL, continued... Ellie: All right, Noël, so you are not my illusion. You are real.

Noël: I am as real as you are, Ellie. Now, can you tell me what thoughts get your attention these days?

Ellie: I am missing something. I have been struggling all these years to make my future better. I feel that we are meant for something bigger and stronger. I feel like a stranger here. No, that I am an alien. I know that life can be joyful, I just don’t know how to get there. I’ve tried almost everything. Nothing is changing.

Noël Ellie, first things first. Since you are both your past, present, and future, you have nowhere to go. You are the happiest place on earth and you are living in that place. You just cannot see it now, from your current point of view. It is simple. It’s inside of you. You can see all the landscapes, mountains, and rivers. All the sun, snow, and rain. All the forests and deserts. You have seen it all. You just need to remember that you are one with them. You exist along with them.

Ellie: I feel that I don’t belong here. I feel there was confusion in the pre-birth plan, that I was born in this country accidently. I can’t identify with anything here. I assume I have lived elsewhere in a previous life; somewhere connected to nature. In one of my meditations, I saw myself as a blond, good-looking man, my present partner was my wife. We had a son, around six years old. He is my boy, I miss him terribly in this life; I’m waiting impatiently for him. But have been bearing a wall for the past year.

Noël: Your ego built a lot of bricks over many years, that is true. So, you are right when you say that you are bearing a wall. And it is yours. I have been watching you patiently. Why so much struggle? Why so much resentment about your current life? It should not be so hard, you know? If a change in life plan comes from the Soul, then the Universe must be obeyed. But your resentment and your wish to change your

circumstances are coming from ego—the biggest enemy of the Soul. But in every possible earth meaning, the ego is seen as the best friend of the human being. When the time is right, you will be able move on, and with my help, your Soul will defeat the ego. Then, your Soul will be free, she will express her wishes freely. She is captive right now, enslaved by the supremacy of the ego, you can feel that, right?

Ellie: Of course I can feel it. I am in the midst of a battle right now, I can hear her, calling for redemption. But the ego is strong, it’s persistent, limiting with its boundaries, its controlling impulses, its obsessive compulsions. Sometimes, I remember my Soul life. Being free, being careless. And then I cry, I miss that freedom here on earth. But remembering that freedom—the warmth and comfort of it—brings me Home.

Noël: Ellie, you are everywhere. On the earth, in the air, in the water. In the East, West, North and South. It is up to you—where do you want to place your physical body? Only the ego is stopping you. Nothing but the ego keeps you from having your best career. You must decide—will you live the ego’s life? Or will you open yourself to Soul, and let her lead you for the next thirty years? It is all right to do whatever pleases you, but in order to grow in the manner you wish, you must choose to live the life of your Soul’s desire. Every wish which arises from your Soul will be fulfilled.

Ellie: Can you explain that further, please?

Noël: Ellie, nothing can be done from the ego state. Like I told you, ego is struggling with the Soul, it is setting her limits, making her weak. The Soul is the most powerful part of the Spirit itself. But in the human body, the Soul is imprisoned by the ego. Every

human reaction develops from the Ego. The voice of the Soul is small, almost unreachable most of the time. But eventually, you will wake up by yourself—or, we will interfere if you are struggling. Eventually, your Soul will get her voice back—the ego will be subdued. But remember, the ego will always be with you, you have to have it. But to have it be productive for you, you must be able to control it. No wish or desire, no manifestation can be fulfilled until the ego collapses and the Soul asks for herself. Only then will the Soul’s wish be fulfilled—in no time flat, no questions asked. The ego in and of itself is jealous—it is limited, but the Soul knows how to fly. The ego envies the carefree nature of the Soul. Conquering the ego will allow your Soul to express her playfulness again—and she can do miracles when she is released from the bondage of the ego. Ellie, you are just one step from a miracle, one step further from ego and closer to Soul.

Ellie: Can you guide me, please? Until I reach my goal? I want to reach people, I want to open a College of Spirituality, to share everything, to teach everything I know. And that’s my Soul’s wish. Can you help me?

Noël: Ellie, you did a good job surrendering to us. Now, we will guide you, I promise. We will help; I will be with you until I am needed. You think you will feel better in some other, different circumstances. I am here to help you achieve that, and to teach you along the way. But you must learn the basics of manifestation. If you do not take care to spread this knowledge properly, you will not be able to reach out to people, or to touch their Souls. And, what will happen if you do not touch their Souls, just their egos? They will defend themselves, they will never accept the truth. Their egos will

do everything in their power to defend human logic, they will use every possible defense mechanism. So, first, we must grow your Soul, expand your consciousness, until you know how to reach your own Big Soul family. Remember, you are ONE with them. I know you are trying hard, but you do not feel that connection right now.

So, now do you know why the Universe is not manifesting your wish for spreading the knowledge?

Ellie: Yes, because I am not ready. I am not living from the Soul myself. I am still separate. But I am feeling anxious. And I don’t know why.

Noël: Your ego is making you feel that way. It is defending itself. Everything we have done so far is frightening it. Do not worry, it will calm down. After you learn how to control the ego, you will start feeling the love of Oneness. Be patient. I want to remind you of something—your Inner Child. Your Inner Child is the most valuable part of you, your purest self. It is literally the child you once were and it will live inside of you forever. But that child was hurt; it is in pain. Every child is hurt due to its sudden transfer from its unconditional, loving Home in the Spirit world to its temporary home on earth. Every child needs maximum love and affection, that need never wanes. Once you are grown up, you often forget to love the Inner Child, since society dictates certain social behaviors and disrespects ‘acting childish’. Think for a moment, remember the activities you enjoyed as a child. Now, tell me you do not want to enjoy them occasionally as an adult! I know you would love to! And you know, there is nothing wrong with that. Ride a bike, dance, play a sport that you once loved, even play with dolls or toys if you want to! (You would perhaps want to play this last game privately—or with a child). Let your Inner Child play in your free time.

And now that you are grown up, if your family failed to love you unconditionally, show your Inner Child what that is like. Show your Inner Child that she was right when she was not afraid of anything and wanted to try everything, because grownups and society generally are in the wrong, not your Inner Children. They are the perfect reflection of the Soul and of true reality. What adults and society classify as “reality” is really illusion. Bring that child back, take good care of her. She is the reason you are still dreaming and hoping. The only difference is that back then, your Inner Child was dependent and had no power. But now, you can give her power, you can make her every dream come true. You are your own Master, you now have all the independence, you hold the power. Combine your experience and your knowledge with the free Spirit of your Inner Child. Do not suffocate her. I have noticed that most of you love to play games with your children. That is the way society approves of frolicking and fooling around. Instead of hiding behind the mask that you are “spending time together” or “doing your children a favor,” be honest, be open, say it out loud—there is nothing wrong with keeping your Inner Child alive. Be her parent, be her best friend, be her everything! She has been within you always—even when forgotten, she was there. Accept it, you are her everything. Show appreciation for everything that your Inner Child has given to you over the years. You are her idol, you are her guiding light, you cannot live without her. Treat her with love and respect, show her that the world can be a loving and secure place— you are her world. Show her the world in Technicolor! What you feel, she feels. Feel love, feel joy. Dance! Play! Laugh!

Ellie: I will definitely take better care of my Inner Child; she is a little bit heartbroken. Thank you, Noël. Thank you for everything today.



25.03.2017 – Saturday. INNER TALK WITH NOËL

Ellie: Hello, Noël, can you direct our conversation today, please?

Noël: Hello, Ellie. Of course, I am here to guide you, after all. I have been talking to you for a long time, but back then, you thought you were hearing your own voice; your “alter ego” as you call it on earth. But we found a way to trick the ego—I speak to you, while your mind thinks it is speaking to itself!

Ellie: Well. Explain that to me, please.

Noël: It happens when you are unaware. You are using your human faculties—in this case, hearing—to perceive super-human experience—listening to my voice, which is transmitted to you from a place beyond conscious awareness. For example, when you began to hear me, you were listening from a limited state of perception—conscious awareness—that place where your Soul sleeps and dreams deeply. That is the first stage of a three-tiered paradigm of awareness—waking consciousness, unconscious awareness, and subconscious awareness. In these three stages—let us call them stadiums of awareness, because they are vast, empty spaces bounded by finite discernment—ego is king and Soul is hibernating. These stadiums function on various levels of Mind—and society teaches you that if you think you are hearing voices, you can sign in to cloudcuckoo-land. But you moved beyond these tiers to tap into super-conscious awareness, that place where Soul awakens and opens up the path of communication with the vast universe of Oneness. Unaware that you were expanding

your sensibilities a little each day, you transcended these levels, and became aware that you were indeed listening to someone else’s voice. And now, you know that this voice you hear, my voice, is that of your Spirit Guide, your Higher Self—it does not matter what name you give it. It is the Oneness. Here, on this higher level of awareness—I will call it a higher altitude (although it has nothing to do with the measurement of elevation)— you are speaking to me, you have had many conversations with your soul family. For example, you have talked to your future children more than once—especially during that period when you were getting rid of some of the unhealthy habits you had picked up. Your children were encouraging you, preparing you, keeping your body healthy for themselves. But during these conversations, the ego intervened and convinced you that you were talking to yourself. And now that you have reached this lofty, soul-level awareness, you understand that the physical voice you hear is indeed yours, but it speaks the language of the Soul. Whereas the mind is the communication tool of the ego, the Soul is the tool for the Spirit.

Ellie: You stumped me back at “three stages.” Do these levels of consciousness relate to the stages a person must travel through to conquer the ego, embrace the Soul and the Spirit? Are you saying that the journey begins once you transcend ego and conscious awareness, tap into super-consciousness and yield to it? I recently read about this in a program called the 12-Step Journey, and discovered that I am in the stage of Surrendering. Because I didn’t have any other choice, really, except to surrender to you.

Noël: Yes, that is the journey indeed. It is not exactly as you have characterized it, but you human beings on the earth plane love to separate and organize things in a certain order—the ego feels in control that way. Order is the symbol of control for the ego. So, that list that you read about the stages has some good points, but it is not the definitive or ultimate truth about the Spiritual Path. Remember: You are on this journey now. Others may find themselves embarking upon it tomorrow—or at any time—but it is important to embrace fully wherever you are on the path, without resistance or judgment. All the steps are vital and all steps are equal in importance. But also, the steps are different for everyone. If you know your Soul’s plan, for example, you are in the final stage of Awakening. But it is not necessary to struggle towards the path, or to ‘begin at the beginning’; it is quite possible for someone to start their awakening with a full vision of their Soul’s plan. Nonetheless, you are where you are now, you are living from your Soul, and you have entered the realm of All There Is. That is irreversible. And, if it helps you to put the 12-Step Journey on your wall, it is fine. But, do not attach too much to the definitions of it. Just let it flow.

Ellie: You mentioned “all there is.” Can you tell me, what “all” is?

Noël: Humans see the world in three-dimensions; they have limited perception. Thirddimensional consciousness is awareness of point, line, length, breadth, height, and volume. The third dimension is locked in a time/space and cause/effect paradigm. Your limiting concept of “time” places you in the past, the present, or the future. I know that from your perspective, this view of the world makes sense to you, but these earth-based concepts have limited insights. Your true Self, your Soul-Self, is

multidimensional, she is familiar with All There Is—and that is unlimited consciousness—it places you in the past, present, and the future, all at once. You are, in essence, both here and there, simultaneously. If you eliminate the concept of time and space, what you are left with is equal parts of the past, the present, and the future. That means that you are already in your future with every earth second that passes by—as well as being in the past at the same time. If you do not have the notion of time with which to measure hours, minutes, or seconds, how can you tell what separates past, present, and future? Nothing. They cannot be separated. I understand that many human beings have trouble accepting this concept since they rely on laws, proof, and specifications. But you cannot expect to find physical evidence for multidimensionality—nor would three-dimensional human beings be able to comprehend such evidence were it to be demonstrated. To fathom such a supra-human concept would require not only expanding your own consciousness but also opening to the origins of Source in order to extract therefrom deep metaphysical wisdom. I believe that eventually you will comprehend multidimensionality as well as understand how equal parts of you exist in every moment; in past, present, and future. As you come to appreciate that your energy easily can be present in more than one place at once, so, too, you will understand the concept of All There Is. It is literary All. You yourself are All There Is, multiplied by billions of other human beings. You are multiplied in everything that has energy in it. You are the whole world and every aspect of it. But because of the ego, you cannot see this Wholeness. The ego separates you from others, it places itself above others. It may seem to the ego that this is working, but it is not. You are All equally important, you are All parts of Source. You all are One Giant Source of energy, whence you come and to which

you will return, bringing with you your experience and your expansion. There are no limits to this expansion, albeit time and space may appear to restrict growth. In truth, time and space serve only to increase the separateness between you and everything that stands in opposition to Unity—being all that which does not derive from Source, but which springs instead from the ego. And that which arises from ego is not—nor will it ever be—truth.

Ellie: Previously, you told me that this world is not customized for the Soul. I think I recognize that, and, on some level, I have felt it.

Noël: Absolutely. Your third-dimensional world is customized perfectly for the purposes of the ego. You know, when you build a home, you build it according to your personal preferences. And, if it does not fit your needs, you rebuild it. Well, it is the same with the world. But not because Jesus or the Creator or Oneness made it that way. In the years of continuous separation from Oneness, human beings made it that way. And, at present, the Soul has trouble awakening within this limiting, three-dimensional existence; she has trouble remembering herself. Thus, she is forgotten. From the day you are born, you are not provided with the tools or the conditions for awakening, nurturing, educating, or growing your Soul. You are born into the physical world and you are attuned to a physical life. You are given a name, a religion, a formal education. Then, you are free to choose the form of advanced education you might wish, but you are pressured by society to choose a profession that pleases others. Then, you secure a job, then a marriage partner, etc. Do you take my point? This is all done to please the holy ego—and not just your own ego, but also your parents’ egos, your socalled friends’ egos, your teachers’ egos, your political

leaders’ egos, etc. Consequently, you struggle because your gut is telling you that something is not right, but all in your world are stating the opposite. Your world validates the ego. But as you know, the Soul is brave, fearless. She will do everything in her power to rise as a Phoenix. Do you remember your first big awakening, Ellie?

Ellie: I remember, yes. It was five years ago.

Noël: You remember correctly. And you know, I did try to wake you up before that, but you were not listening. And each time you did not pay attention, I attempted again later. On some occasions, you would open your Soul for a moment and I could speak to you. Do you remember the addictions you struggled with, smoking, drinking more often than you should have?

Ellie: Yes. Why do we get addicted to things?

Noël: Addiction is ego’s attempt to avoid Wholeness. Along the path to adulthood, there are many frustrations and setbacks. One after the other, year after year, they pile up, overwhelming the ego until it begins to defend itself. As the ego seeks to regain control, it shuts down the desires of the heart —convincing you that what you most desire, you may not have. Do not believe it—to do so is a big mistake! If you do, you become torn between the longings of your Soul and your punishing ego—and to ease your Soul’s sorrow, you start using substances that help the ego to thrive, while it encourages you to believe that you are doing everything you can, that it is not your fault. It does not matter what kind of

addiction you have; they are all rooted in being afraid to confront your shortcomings. I am sorry, that is a fact. And of course, it is the sorrow you feel that you cannot stand, so you indulge in your addictions. But, it is not the sorrow of being poor, of being left by the love of your life, or of being unsuccessful that is the real problem. Those are simply the excuses of the ego that distract you from the real cause—the sorrow of your Soul longing for love. Your soul is begging for attention, she wants to extract you from the horrors you are getting into. Your Higher Self will try to awaken you from your trials, tribulations, and struggles—sometimes successfully, sometimes not. But remember, you are never alone, even in those situations—your Higher Self is always with you, guiding you, showing you that life on earth can serve you well. Many of you recovering from addiction know this: that the way out is to confront yourself first. No amount of money, no amount of anyone’s love can save you from addiction if you are not ready to look in the mirror and see your own Soul. When you can look at her, she will show you your fears. And, at the moment you face your fears, you will be free. You will deal the final blow in the battle between Soul and ego, and find your way back to you again. You will be released from your own patterns of self-destructive behavior, of your own self-accusation, of your own thoughts of worthlessness. Your Soul will replace them with nourishing thoughts and feelings of self-love. In most cases of addiction, your Inner Child is very wounded and neglected. And I know how painful it is to not be able to save it from those painful feelings. It is understandable that human beings, when supported only by the narcissistic ego, with no Soul mechanism to help them cope and to heal the pain, rely upon something to change their everyday reality. But, there is another way, believe me.

You can change your reality without relying upon anything outside your Soul. You need only you, only your loving thoughts, only your Inner peace. You may be challenged along the way but once you connect with this nurturing part of yourself, I promise, you will see the world in different colors, colors that your Soul uses to construct your reality.

Ellie: This is good to know, after so many years of searching for the source of my behavior. But meanwhile, as I travel this path, I feel detached from other people because most of them live their lives out of the ego. I am not interested in them at all.

Noël: Yes, I understand. You are alone because you choose to listen to your Soul in a world where the majority of the population is driven by the ego. It is up to you and up to people like you to spread the knowledge of how to live a path with a Soul. Eventually, you will be introduced to the fourth-dimensional world—where everyone lives the Soul path. But until then, you and others who walk this third-dimensional path should know that a healthy society cannot exist where there are ‘unawakened’ people. There is no need to characterize the world as “bad,” but it can be much better! For example, as you are trained in psychotherapy and we are speaking of behavioral issues and the dynamics of how people interact in and with society, consider the way psychotherapy has developed over time. Still, after decades, key principles in psychotherapy continue to be developed under the rubric of conventional medicine. No matter how many ‘unexplained’ cases of mental illness arise, your professional psychologists and psychiatrists still seek the solution to them in the physical world—they look for chemical imbalances, behavioral concerns,

psychodynamic issues, neurological problems, etc. They do not yet default—as they should—to soul-level issues. On the other hand, I am happy to see that a new wave of psychotherapy has begun to approach people’s psychological problems on a Soul level. Eventually, you psychologists will discover that the core of every problem in the mind is that the Soul has been damaged—in either this current life or in a former life. The Soul has memory; she carries the memories of every life she has lived: soul memories. For example, Ellie, in your own psychotherapy work, your Soul has agreed to help people in a rare way that only a few know how to do—when you approach your work from a Soul-perspective, your Soul treats your clients’ Souls. But in your everyday work, you also resort to working from your mind-space, and you apply your mind-based developmental psychology techniques, helping your clients in a traditional way. Your mind-work and your Soul-work have not been aligned until now. Now you know that at both the earth and Soul levels, you can endeavor to awaken people, to combine your knowledge of the earth plane and the Spirit realm to help others to find their Soul’s purpose. We will call it “Soul Therapy” if you agree— after all, that is the most appropriate name! And when you discover the way to the human Soul, you will discover the cure for every dis-ease that exists—physical or psychological, it does not matter—every malady of the body and mind is the outcome of a troubled Soul.



Ellie: Good morning.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie.

Ellie: Today I woke up with a feeling that I am overlooking something. Like I’m misinterpreting you. I am not sure I can follow you; I’m afraid that if I do, I won’t find my way to my ultimate goal, my life’s purpose.

Noël: Until now, you have done a very good job. Do not doubt yourself. You were living in a world filled with doubts, but that is over now. As you know, we noticed that the best way to get in touch with you is by sending you signs in books and, occasionally, in movies and songs. Lately, you have been seeing the signs we send you more often than you were before. And, you are growing. Take a look at your past two years, for example, wonderful things have taken place in your earth life. That will not change, I assure you. The doubts you have now are coming from your ego. He wants you to quit, so he can take the lead again. Imagine if you could barely hear your ego, you would be waking up fearlessly every morning, going through life energetically without a day centered around doubts. But your never-pleased ego is loud, and he continuously makes you feel fearful and anxious. He is the bully of the Soul, and what do we do with bullies? We fight back. The biggest bullies have the most insecure egos —great fear is lodged within them. Bullies do not want to be exposed, they do not want people to know how vulnerable they are. Expose them. Expose the ego’s biggest fears. Assure him that you are at peace with fear. He will retreat and he will

never dominate you again. Face your fears—and show your bully that you are stronger than anything he can throw at you.

Ellie: Good thing you mentioned fear—it seems to me it has so much power over we human beings.

Noël: You are right, yes. Fear is nothing more than a threat the ego uses to influence you. Today, I will tell you what comes before fear, what creating it requires and what remaining in a state of fear involves. As I once told you, the ego wants control of your mind and feelings—and for a large proportion of time, he has it. But sometimes, the ego falls asleep, and your Soul uses those little gaps to wake you up and inspire you. Those are the moments when you feel deep inside yourself that you can be successful, that you can find the love of your life, that you can live a happy, fulfilled life. And, just when you are ready to take action to realize your dreams, the ego wakes up and strengthens his defenses. He uses fear to scare you, to get you back into your previous position, to living in a state of constant fear, in a state of constant struggle, so that he can maintain control in the status quo. So, instead of taking a step forward, you take steps back. Human beings love constancy, they love security. They think that changing any situation means there is risk—there is a chance that something bad will happen— so it is better to stay in the secure zone. That is all illusion, of course, created by the ego to stop you from escaping him. Because if you are constantly changing, if you are going forward, you will grow your Soul—and the ego will get smaller and smaller. So, he is afraid of your growth, and he does everything he can to stop you, using fear.

What if I tell you that whenever you want to start a new career, or a new romantic relationship, whenever you move to a better place, there is always better chance that you will succeed than that you will fail? When opportunities come your way, if you feel from the deepest part of yourself that change is necessary for you to be happier, then do it. Do it right now. If the signs are there, it means that the Universe already worked on those conditions on your behalf. If you see opportunities unfolding in your life—take action! Do not settle back into your comfort zone just to calm the ego, to console him, or to please him. Sticking with the existing state of affairs might feel like a good decision for a couple of days, it might assuage your fears momentarily, but it will be temporary—when it is time for you to move forward, the Soul will find another gap—she will keep reminding you that something better is waiting for you! Sooner or later, you have to face your fears and take action. The best cure for fear is love—loving yourself, loving the world. There is nothing wrong with being different, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be happy. If that means getting out of your comfort zone, then get out. There are wonderful things out there, but if you live in constant fear of losing your comfort (financial or emotional), fear of being judged, fear of the world, then what is the purpose of your life? You human beings seem to forget that you are perfect, that you are the best version of yourselves at this moment. Do not let ego or anyone else convince you otherwise. Let your Soul guide you and do not settle for “average.” You are not made average, you are made of genius—you all are mirrors of the Creator, of one dazzling energy. Look around you, at nature, at evolution, at your own physiological processes. These creations are genius—and so are you. So, act like a genius. I dare you.

Ellie: Well, your abilities for appraisal and comparison are well-developed! Have you honed them through the experience of guiding human beings on earth?

Noël: Even though I know you are making fun of me, I will take this as a compliment. But you know, you also love to compare situations so others can understand you better. I am no better than you, nor you than me. Because I am you, Ellie—and you are me. We are all One. So, thank you. You should thank yourself, also.

Ellie: You are a true friend. This past couple of years, you were always with me. Even when I didn’t listen to you as much as I do now, I felt your presence. Thank you for that. It’s not that I do not have friends or that I can’t make it here. The thing is, I can’t connect any more to people who are not awakened—at least a little bit. I live a lonely life here as a result. On the other hand, I am exceptionally happy alone.

Noël: It is expected, Ellie, that you will feel this way on your Spiritual journey. Not many people travel this path, especially not people in your particular circumstances. But I can tell you, everything you are doing right now will bring new friends to you. They are already on their way, you have drawn them towards you. When you are living from your Soul, you act as a magnet for all the things your Soul desires. It is the same with every other aspect of your life. For example, Ellie, at this moment, as human relationships go, you have not nurtured many true friendships; your relationships have tended to be of the ‘bad’ variety. You brought these relationships into your life for a reason, they fitted your old way of living. Through the years, by interacting with others in these ‘bad’ relationships, your Soul progressed. Now, you exist on a level of higher

consciousness, but the other participants of the relationship do not. So, you have to set them aside. I know you feel bad about this, but do not. Eventually their Souls will grow and they will understand why you faded away for a particular time. Let them be, move on. Remember: Do not judge those who have not yet begun their Spiritual Journey. That is an ego trap. Do not judge those who think differently than you. That, too, is an ego trap. No matter how unaware people are, walk your own path, at your pace. It is impossible to have a deep, meaningful relationship with someone who is living from a different level of human awareness, on a different dimension. To actively participate in a conversation with an unaware person, you have to bring yourself to their level. That is hard to do, but we, your Spirit Guides and Higher Selves, do the same with you. We meet you half way.

Ellie: I know there is so much greater love than this. Human love is basic, almost inflated. To love in a Soul-way is undefinable.

Noël: You are right, Ellie. The love that human beings feel is much diminished when compared to the infinite love of the world beyond. The reason you cannot love as fully as you might be able to is because you are controlled by the ego. In fact, every fight in every relationship that you may experience starts from the ego. The ego does not differentiate between stranger, friend, mother, father, child, or spouse; his main purpose is to defend and control—at all times, in all ways. The ego alone causes that powerful sense that your ability to love is imperfect—you know deep within yourself that you have pure love inside of you, everyone has it. And I know that you have trouble expressing that love towards your family. They have hurt you and even though

your Soul forgives them, the ego did not. But together, on this journey, as I promised I would do, together we will shut down the ego. I will teach you how to live from your Soul. The Soul does not ask for love in return for its loving, in order to love you more. The ego says: “First, show me how much you love me and then I will love you back.” The Soul says: “I love you no matter what.” It is as simple as that.

Ellie: I understand. There could be so much love; life in this world could be so great, if only everyone could love from their Souls.

Noël: There is no magic wand, Ellie. Just as you cannot awaken a person who is in a coma —the Soul must decide she wants to come back—you cannot awaken a person who is alive, but whose Soul is in a coma state. When someone is in a coma, the Soul is wandering between worlds, deciding whether to go back to the Spirit world or to continue her journey in the human realm; the body is paralyzed. And, there are people who live their human lives day to day like this, unaware that their Souls are paralyzed. There is nothing you or anyone else can do about this. It is up to everyone to find their own way, to get in touch with their own Souls. I feel your separateness from the other Souls in your realm, Ellie, so very few of you are leading a full, ecstatic life in your big world. I can promise you, though, that you will get your chance to affect all the sleeping Souls out there once you are experienced in living life from your Soul. Then, you will find your path, you will feel your Oneness with both awakened and sleeping Souls. It will not make a difference to you then, as you will know that all of them—whether awake or asleep—are a part of you. 

29.03.2017 – Wednesday.

Ellie: Yesterday, I spent the day reading the work we have done recently. It made great sense to me; thank you. I feel so much better because of our daily conversations.

Noël: It is a pleasure, Ellie, I am happy you recognize me. You are getting better at feeling my energy as each day passes. But, we have a long road ahead of us, so I will start if you do not mind. Ellie: Please.

Noël: I noticed that there are days when you waiver in your Soul connection. Most of the day you are present, but sometimes, you beat yourself up over nothing, you get worried, burdened with feelings of worthlessness. Then, you get tired of all the negativity and you surrender again. I want you to try to reduce those periods as much as you can, and eventually release them altogether. I know you are aware that it is all ego drama, which is great. Feelings of worry disturb your calmness and make your Soul less powerful. And we are trying to make the Soul stronger than ever. Because only by being vigorously in touch with your Soul-self can your Soul can manifest your unimaginable dreams. Being mindfully present means constantly building the strength of the Soul—once she has acquired her full power, there is no turning back. But for that to happen, you must reduce your inner dramas, your inner conflicts. Another issue for human beings, which I would like to mention are the feelings of Shame and Guilt. They are both connected, and both are troublesome.

Ellie: Feel free, I am listening.

Noël: Shame, in human terms, is a painful feeling of humiliation or distress caused by the awareness of wrong or foolish behavior. And whom do we know who behaves wrongly and foolishly? That is right, the ego. It can make you thoughtless at times. And then comes the shame, with all its emotional intensity. Feelings of guilt, unworthiness, and low self-esteem normally accompany shame. First, your feelings of shame do not belong to you, trust me. You see, as long as you are directed by ego, you are mostly unconscious, unaware of the things happening around you. You have no control over your life and, accordingly, you have no control of the ego. The ego is the dominant force in your life; you are his puppet. He is stubborn, and this aspect of his nature can often trigger behavior for which you may be ashamed later. OK, so in order to be ashamed, you must become aware of the wrongness of shameful behavior. This is where the awareness of your Soul, your conscious self, comes in. Your Soul has nothing to be ashamed of, she is knowledgeable, she is perfect. But in her perfection, she could never experience shame. Thus, she needs to experience the opposite of perfection, which is imperfection. Actions that arise from the ego almost always bring feelings of discomfort and—from time to time—feelings of shame. Shame usually occurs when an individual becomes aware of the uncontrolled, unconscious actions that resulted from her interactions with certain people or situations. Thus, shame is caused by living from the ego—and it can be lost by living from the Soul. The truth is, you have nothing to be ashamed of, especially since you are already on the road to awakening. It is only thoughts directed by the ego that make

you feel guilty and ashamed when you do things that are short of perfect. So, stop pointing fingers at yourself. Stop encouraging the ego to cause that discomforting feeling. Stop it, right now. Humankind and its ego are a package created in order for the Soul to grow. To grow, the Soul must experience both good and bad feelings, created in moments of pride and shame, in moments of love and hate. Everything has an opposite, and only by experiencing opposites can the soul expand. Humans beings are temporary beings —the Soul is eternal. The indwelling Soul animates your human life, it provides you with the opportunity to master your own life so that you can move closer to the divine. You cannot learn to be proud without knowing shame. You cannot learn or grow if you are in a constant state of Serenity—as all the Souls in the Spirit world are. You need this human experience, you need every part of it. So, feeling shame is a good thing, believe it or not. It means you are listening to your Soul—she is telling you, in a subtle manner, “Hey, you have been wrong, but it is going to be fine.” She is whispering, you are listening. That is a good sign that you are growing in awareness, moving more surely forward on your Inner Journey. If you commit a shameful act, do not worry. Once you realize that the ego took control and caused your behavior, there is no need to be hard on yourself. Usually your awareness of it is enough—you will not let it happen again. There is no need to over-think or to rationalize. It is what it is. Move forward, take back control. You are human, after all, you are here to re-remember your perfectness! The best outcome will be that you re-remember and, then act on it. But, if you do not, there are plenty of other lives for that. There is a time for everything—mastering your own life will be your biggest triumph. It cannot be forced, it must happen naturally. Just take your time, and move forward.

Remember, the best cure for shame is living authentically. Live freely, from your heart.

Ellie: How are shame and guilt connected?

Noël: Guilt and shame are like twin sisters, they act in tandem. Where shame ends, guilt begins. Why do you feel guilty? Because of your insecurity, because of your unawareness, but most importantly, because you are not present in every moment. Human beings usually run towards something all of their life, to the next achievement, the next goal. While they are running, they lose awareness...indeed, the present moment is wasted if you are thinking about the future. Usually, it takes a whole lifetime for human beings to gain more awareness and to re-remember that living in the present moment brings the joy and peace they have been seeking their whole lives. So, as you can see, guilt is ego-driven. But guilt is not just an individual problem—it is a human problem. Every person on earth has felt guilty for something sometime, the ego has convinced everyone that he or she did something wrong, or that something should have been done differently. That is a lie. Everyone is still on the path of learning—and when you are learning, there is no “wrong” and there is no “right.” No one on earth has the privilege to say what is wrong and what is right. Yes, certainly, it is wrong to kill someone, that is a fact and it has consequences. But if, in such a scenario, the Souls of the victim and the murderer agreed in a pre-birth plan that the murder would take place, is it really wrong? Or, are human beings defining it as wrong because they cannot see beyond their limited consciousness? Human beings forget their past lives—once, the murderer was a victim, the rich man was a poor man,

the woman who is ill was healthy. This is the karmic cycle, the natural flow of things, and it cannot be denied. Indeed, there is no doubt that the act of murder is bad, but do not forget—that act was made by mutual agreement. That you cannot remember the agreement now does not mean the agreement is broken. The murderer and the victim’s Souls will expand from learning the lessons of violence and guilt. The Soul is infinitely forgiving. Once she is in the Spirit world, she forgives any other Soul who harmed her while on earth; every Soul is a lovely Soul, no matter the role she had on earth. It is only in this human form that people are capable of feeling guilty. Their egos are suffocating them, they feel frustrated because they have not followed their true selves. The consequences of not being true to yourself is frustration and conflict. These lead to acts of aggression, which in turn lead to shame and then guilt. Once you are in that vicious cycle, it is difficult to comprehend the real reasons for feeling guilty. But, the reason is always the same: it is generated from the beginning of this chain—you did not follow your true desire, you were not yourself, you did not express your true essence, you did not do what you love. Guilt and shame are among the many obstacles to realizing life goals which the human being encounters on the Soul’s journey to Oneness. The human mind cannot understand or explain the whys or wherefores of such tribulations, but know this: they are all Soul lessons, and they all challenge your inner voice. Overpower them! Call it a movie, call it a game, whatever you name it, it is your life; no one but you has the power to direct it. Do not feel guilty for being seen as a caterpillar, for one day, you will become a butterfly.

Ellie: You are giving me deep, insightful information about everything I ever wanted to know. Thank you.

Noël: That is why I am here, Ellie, to help you. Let us move on now. I want you to know that in most cases, simplicity is always the answer. You sense this in a way, but you are not quite there. I am happy that you no longer yearn for material things, that they are no longer your principal objective. Before, you ranked money and other material things highly, and treated them as proof that you were worthy. Money will always be needed for human comfort, of course, but now you know that money is not ultimately a predictor of happiness. So, make things simpler—life itself was never meant to be difficult. Life on the earth plane was meant to be easy, and enjoyable, a place where the Spirit could materialize and explore. Spirit has awareness of all things, but she needs to experience all things, to compare and contrast what she knows with what is and is not. And, from contrast and comparison comes clarity...through experiencing what is, she learns what is not, from experiencing what is not, she learns what is; she expands. For example, she can only learn the power of love by experiencing a lack of love. In

Soul’s world, there is only positivity, so she cannot understand what the lack of positivity looks like, unless she experiences its opposite, negativity. Similarly, how can she know how wonderful it is to be happy, if she has not experienced sadness? I know it may be hard for you to understand this, but it makes sense in the world of Spirit. Human language limits my ability to explain all of this. You see, everything that you have learned by now, Ellie, you learned because of its counterpoint. You were lacking peace, so you searched for peace. You were lacking love, so you searched for love. Now, you are lacking answers, so you search

for them. And, when you find them, you will know how it feels to live the principles of Soul’s life. You see, in the Spirit world, you lack nothing. That is why you constantly come to earth—or to other planes—to re-experience what your Soul needs to know, so she can grow and re-remember. Spirit has all the knowledge in the world, but still she wants to grow and expand. It is the circle of life, eternal expansion is written in the fiat of the Universe. It is Soul’s main goal—as well as yours—to expand. It is your highest calling, it makes you do all that you are doing. The call to expand cannot be ignored.

Ellie: But why is so hard for we human beings—for me, at least—to outgrow certain things, especially things coming from the ego?

Noël: Because, as I said, life was not meant to be difficult. But over time, your human ego became so strong, you became separated from your Soul. You forgot it. A long time has passed since the ego became dominant over the Soul. So, it will take a long time, and a lot of repetition of lives, to learn certain lessons, and to awaken the Soul. But there is no hurry. A Soul has all the time she needs. Only human beings think they are limited by something called “time.” You are eternal. Time does not exist.

Ellie: Isn’t it disappointing for the Soul to re-remember herself in one lifetime and then go to the Spirit world, reincarnate, and start over again from the beginning?

Noël: No, Ellie, it is not. The Soul is playful, remember? She is child-like. She loves to play different parts, it is like a theater play for her. She is the best of actresses, she plays all

the roles she chooses perfectly. And still, she learns her lessons. Sometimes she must repeat the same role in order to learn some lessons, sometimes she glides from one role to another. It is all play and she loves it.

Ellie: But that makes us puppets, right? Someone else is moving our strings, we only think we’re in control.

Noël: In a way, yes. But it does not necessarily mean that you must remain a puppet. You are as much a puppet as everyone who has not yet awakened. But from the moment you awaken, you become an equal partner with your Soul; then you are the one moving your current life’s strings. You are co-actors—you cannot play your parts brilliantly without being in alignment with each other. And, whenever you need guidance or advice on how to play your role better, we are here for you.

Ellie: Thank you, this was profound today.

30.03.2017 – Thursday.

Ellie: Well, here I am. You called me twice. I guess you have important lessons to talk to me about today.

Noël: Indeed, Ellie. Thanks for listening. I can see you have already improved some of your human relationships, since you are listening to your Soul and there is no longer any ego at play with which to judge others. This affects your relationship with your so-called Mother (I will call her

‘your mother’ here, for the sake of brevity) especially, since the ego was deeply disappointed by her inability to love. Whenever you talked to her, you felt angry and irritated by her narcissistic impulses. Your mother is working out her own issues; as you know, her Soul is in a deep state of sleep. She has never been aware of her Soul, the main focus in her life is drama and sadness. And, guess who feeds the drama? Yes, you are right, her ego. Once, a long time ago, I told you that it was not wise to spend your time being mad at someone’s ego since that is not their true Being, neither is it yours. It is unnecessary as well for you to be mad at your mother, since even though her ego is in full blossom, her Soul will be forever pure. Once, while you were meditating, I even showed you your parents’ Souls. You felt the great Love they have for you. From your mother’s current sleep-state, she is not capable of expressing the great love that you remember from your eternal Home. But, that does not mean you should not love her like that. Do not let the ego decide who deserves to be loved and who does not. Since she has the role of being your mother in this life, it means that you come from the same Soul group—and that indicates that your souls have a broad connection and a deep love for one another. I advise you to express your love towards

her in a way one Soul loves another Soul—without regard for the unaware state she is in currently. Forget the fact that almost all of your adult life, your egos have fought for one other’s affection, for now you know that these were just selfish illusions, limiting the Soul from expressing her genuine feelings. Additionally, do not try to wake your mother up. Hinting that there is a better way to live life is one thing, forcing someone to change their old habits has never been—and will never be—successful. A raised awareness always comes from the Soul. So, allow others to walk their path, you walk yours. Meanwhile, carry on loving them, no matter what.

Ellie: I have been thinking of my so-called family here on earth. I was hoping to receive more love and affection from them, that is correct. I have changed my relationship with them, to prove a point. It seems to me that we as a family have experienced similar challenges in this earthly life: narcissism and separateness. We were never unified as a family, we never connected in a meaningful way. The human part of me explains this as the result of inexperienced, bad parenting, but the fact is that we failed to remember that we come from the same Soul group and that we have always been One with each other.

Noël: That is correct, Ellie. It was no coincidence that you were born into this earth family in this specific place and time. You are well aware of it and there is no need to explain the pre-birth agreement each of you made; we’d need an enormous amount of time for that. Do not forget, you had plenty of Spirit time to prepare for your roles; earth time is for learning and experiencing. We will not waste time in details, but your soul agreements will play out and you will live through them. That’s why it is so important

to be present, so you can experience everything you ever wanted in this lifetime. Your Higher Self is experiencing everything through you, helping you to learn your lessons.

Ellie: But what will happen with the Souls who, in spite of everything, don’t wake up and walk their Soul path here on earth?

Noël: Those Souls who are not strong enough to wake up and start the Journey will still learn, Ellie. Maybe they are asleep, but they are still absorbing the earth-life knowledge. All of life’s experiences are absorbed by the Soul. She serves as a sort of USB memory device. She will transfer all the information gleaned from this human life to the Spiritual world. And those sleeping Souls will return to the Spirit world with a broad measure of experience for future growth. You may know of this kind of learning as “karma.” The Soul, in her sleeping state, serves karma. Karma is a human concept, in the Spirit World, it represents a mutual agreement between two Souls, who consent to play related roles in human life in order to have a shared experience. Each time a Soul enters the earth plane, she carries the challenge of re-remembering herself in her next role. We call the Soul’s re-remembering in a human life “the Journey.” Every Soul has unlimited time and resources to grow in a way she chooses, on any plane. No one but the Soul sets her goals, achievements, or deadlines, everything she does is chosen from the perspective of great joy and fulfillment. I have noticed, Ellie, that you still struggle with your thoughts—though not as often. You are opening more space for me and holding a smaller amount for the ego. In this process, you are noticing which conversations bring you joy and calmness and which bring worries and concerns. The ego is such an enormous, controlling illusion, I have never seen anything like it! Nevertheless, I am happy that you are able to

distinguish those separate conversations since every outcome in your life will be a manifestation of dominant thoughts or conversations. I would suggest leaving no space at all for the ego, since you need to free your mind for our conversations and keep the mind in silence in order to speed up your growth. I am telling you this as I know you are capable of doing it. I also suggest that you leave behind, once for all, your worries about money. You have never had money problems. Now and then, there was less money or more money, but there has never been a life-threatening issue arising from a lack of money. Money is nothing more than the material value of material things on earth. There is nothing special about money—or material things. What is important are the human thoughts and feelings towards and about money and material things. The main problem is that, at the beginning of their earth Journey, individuals learn particular behaviors around the acquisition and expenditure of money and are taught sociallyconstructed mores about money. Hence, there is way too much attention given to matters of money, and the consequent worries about money suffocate the enjoyment of money. From the time a person is born, she is taught that success is measured by someone’s earnings and that, at the end of the day, what you earned is what you are worth. Consequently, even small children develop the ego desire to have a lot of money one day—and they believe that when they have a lot of money, they will be successful. The birth of the ego is therefore in step with the desire for success—which again means wanting money. To be clear, money is not something that you should be resentful of or feel bitter about, if you distinguish the purpose for it. Money does not and never should represent your level of success—do not allow the ego to convince you otherwise.

And, on the other side of things, you should not be ashamed of having money, either, since one way or another, money is an essential commodity in life. Instead of money and material things defining your success, I recommend you consider these as things that come with a human package, as accessories of sorts. You can be oriented towards earning money as long it does not define you and as long as you do not identify your essential worth with material things. It is the illusion about money and material things created by society that maximizes their influence. Money is energyâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;just like everything else. Value is something that you cannot touch, therefore the existence of it is relative. Money cannot exist without you perceiving it, and without you actively placing it in your reality. You can create that flow and invite it into your life, you can give your attention to it, you can fashion the amount of money you acquire and spend. You are the one who decides if and when making money will even be an objective in your reality. In spite of everything, you are human beings and you need money and material things to exist on earth and to pursue your Soulâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s purpose. But remember, money is just a tool. It is a device for the service of the human body, and it has one purpose only, to ensure that the Soul has a place to reside and a means of survival on this physical plane. But, your true essence has nothing to do with money. Once the Soul is released, the only abundance and wealth she will know is her inner peace.

And, you must know that to invite money in your life, you must acknowledge that it is something that does not define your true essence in any way. Money does not belong to the real you, it is the tool of the ego, not the tool of your Soul. She is not interested in activities that involve any kind of ego desires. And, the acquisition of money has only one purpose, to satisfy the egoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s need for affirmation. Perhaps it sounds ironic to acknowledge that beyond what is necessary for survival, money is

not needed. You must feel that you and your true essence are enough, with or without your human “tools.” The best way to attract the presence of everything is to feel that you already have everything. The best things in this human life can never be materialized—that is not coincidental. The ego’s purpose of conceiving money was to draw human beings’ attention and focus so that they forget the true purpose of life—can you see that this is indeed happening on earth? After they forget what makes their Souls happy and joyful, they will need to work their way back to finding the true meaning. There are always lessons to be learned, experiences to be gathered. As I said, it is all one big play. And your Soul will get such an amazing review of her earth performance about the subject of money if she succeeds in re-remembering what I am telling you. It is cheating a bit, is not it, having Higher-Self insight while you are still on earth? That is because we love you and we want you to succeed in your purpose on earth. You must live freely, so do not take the money issue so seriously. Your desire for money is really a personal decision, and so is the amount of money you acquire. Do not be afraid of money—or of those who have it or do not have it—and do not let the money illusion scare you. Money does not hold power, you do. Also, Ellie, there is no point obsessing about situations that do not exist. You are not doing yourself any favors by worrying about money, although the ego has allowed you to believe that thinking about something gives you more control over that thing. It does not. That is a lie. What you need to do is let go of those thoughts, let the Soul guide you, she possesses all the knowledge in the universe. Ego has is a limited imagination and a scheme for scary future outcomes. Soul in her humble wisdom has an opposite plan. Unlike the ego, Soul will never manifest an obsessive thought to get your attention. If you silence your mind, she will humbly give you her wisdom.

As soon as you prevent the ego from speaking, you allow your Soul to place her wisdom in your Mind. And, when you restrict the ego, and allow ego-driven emotions to drain away, you create space for Divine Love to come to you and to emanate from you.

Ellie: Thank you, Noël, you really cleared up some things for me. I understand better, and I feel better. I have been trying to stay present continously. I would love to have conversations like this as much as possible. Noël, I would like to ask you, considering that we all have different roles here on earth, what about in the Spirit world, do we also have a mother, father, siblings, children there?

Noël: That is a good question, Ellie. You do have so-called family in the Spirit world, yes. But, we call it a “Soul group” and it can include many Souls who share the same energy vibration. These Souls work together, helping each other to expand individually as well as expanding together as a group. Usually, your closest family, life partner, and friends on earth are the from the same Soul group. But sometimes, someone from the Soul group can choose a life in a different plane than on earth, or in a parallel dimension and so will not be included in the same earth lifetime with the other group members. This is always totally fine, since the Soul knows what is best for her. But in the Spirit world, you do not exactly have what you call a mother or a father, a husband or a wife, since each Soul is comprised of every possible role. Every Soul can be mother, father, child, sister, brother, and friend, all at the same time. That is how expansive and loving Souls are. Everything in the Spirit world is made of Love, nothing is missing.

Ellie: It seems like earth is Hell compared to the Spirit world.

Noël: Well, that is not so far from the truth, but Hell is a made-up concept. Hell simply does not exist—the same is true of concepts such as evil. They are made up to scare human beings. But, compared to the Spirit world, the earth plane can be discomforting— especially for those Souls who have not yet awakened. As you know, Ellie, living from the ego state is not joyful when compared to living the Soul’s life. I think we can agree that the Soul’s life feels much better.

Ellie: I would not say that the earthly life is Hell, either. But, yes, it is liberating to live life from the Soul state. I am not even half there and I feel ecstatic for life.

Noël: I am excited for you.

Ellie: Can you tell me more about the history of the Separateness between human beings, please? For example, can you talk about the dominance of one ethnicity over another, the borders between nationalities, and discrimination because of race and religion? This huge separateness we all experience, where does it come from?

Noël: I would love to cover this topic with you, Ellie. The world as you know it, on Planet Earth, does not exist for the first time—nor it will be the last. It existed before, it was destroyed and was rebuilt. If the same thing happens again, it will be rebuilt again. In the Spirit world, it would not really matter if the world were to be destroyed. If human beings allow that to occur, when they come to the Spirit world, they will have the wisdom to ascertain what went wrong in their life on earth. And, if they desire, they

will have the opportunity to learn from their mistakes all over again. It does not matter to the Soul where she gets teaching experience from or how long she has to wait for it. But it does matter for human beings to get as much learning experience as they can, while they can. As you know, in the Spirit world the Soul has no limitations and she has enough of everything. And, as I told you before, in order to grow, the Soul needs to have a physical reference to the opposite of everything she already has in the Spirit world. For example, one of those reference points is freedom. So, she needs limitation in order to expand and grow. Life on earth is the perfect opportunity for her to experience limitation, for the ego limits her. But—and I spoke of this before—when the Soul first began to experience life on the physical plane, time passed, the ego gained power, human beings separated from Soul, and they began to separate from one another. Ego, with his illusionary overview, is always assuming his greatness over someone else. And, one of the primary defense mechanisms of ego is aggression. Egos are not capable of love nor are they able to feel Oneness. They are envious and resentful towards others, because they are small. They know that they are just an illusion which will die when the human body dies. The ego does not exist outside of the human experience. The concept of the ego only exists on Planet earth; only human beings are made of energy which can recognize ego. So, the ego trained human beings to defend themselves through aggression— that way, he could dominate other’s egos. That is how war began. And, as the fight from ego to ego continued, human beings continued to attack and defend. As the bigger egos gained power, the smaller egos leaned on the dominant ones for protection, they formed communities based upon each other’s similarities. That is how certain nationalities and countries came to be. From that time on, the Separation

began to grow bigger and the egos (aka human beings) continued increasingly to dominate one another and to increase the sense of separateness between them. Their egos determined that the more labels they could assign to “the other,” the more negative characteristics they could apportion to other human beings, the more control they would gain over them. And, to achieve all of this, ego proved its poverty with banning critical thinking from the human mind. That is why human beings are always rushing here and there, that is why they drive themselves crazy over power, goals, and the pursuit of success. The ego assumes it does not have a lot of time. The Soul knows she has eternity.



31.03.2017 – Friday.

Ellie: I am sorry to have interrupted our conversation yesterday. It was overwhelming, I was tired and needed to relax. We can continue now. This week, I felt more vigorous than ever. I know it is because of our daily conversations; I didn’t change my daily habits.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. There is no need for you to apologize, your Soul is free to have conversations with me whenever it pleases her. You are not limited or obliged in any way, you can come and go whenever you like. I am glad that you are with me most of the time. And I am delighted with all your positive changes.

Ellie: I have a question from yesterday. Are there other places where Souls live lives as we do on earth?

Noël: Yes, there are. There are parallel universes exactly like yours but in different dimensions. There are also different realms with different circumstances, different planets, etc.

Ellie: Can you tell me more about parallel universes, please?

Noël: It was no coincidence that we handed you that particular book at the beginning of our Journey together. I am aware that the idea of multiple potential outcomes of life situations has occurred to you, you are very connected to the different parts of your Soul. So, just as you thought, different parts of your Soul are living parallel lives; they experience all the possible outcomes of every choice you have made. For example, for

every path you did not take in this life, there is a part of your Soul somewhere that took that alternate path and lived through the consequences of that choice. Those other parts of your soul are experiencing life in different dimensions or realms and you are living through their experiences, as well. For example, let us say that one part of your Soul is experiencing a great loss in some other dimension. It is possible that you can feel this loss, too—I know, for example, that this has already happened to you. You are constantly feeling that other soul part of you, their love, loss, disappointments, excitement, etc. Your Soul is born into a body in different circumstances and on different occasions—and your body dies under different circumstances and for different reasons. So, simultaneously, in different worlds, different parts of your Soul are gathering different experiences. Can you imagine how much Energy and Wisdom that is?

Ellie: How many different parts does a Soul have?

Noël: As many as she wants. She can split or unite as much as she wants to. She is energy after all, and she can use it everywhere. I really hope that human beings will eventually find out that they have an unlimited Source of energy which they can use for everything. It is free, you just need to find the plug!

Ellie: I hope so, too. If there is another world inhabited by sentient beings in this realm, on other Planets, why we haven’t met them?

Noël: Ellie, they are much more aware than human beings. To be honest, the human plane is not a very desirable place to be. It is, let us say, for beginners. It is three-dimensional. There are only two even more undesirable planes before yours and those are the microorganism and animal planes. The Souls in other realms are more advanced and have greater wisdom and consciousness than human beings do. So, they know that the human plane cannot comprehend the level and scope of information on those higher planes. Human beings, directed by their egos, are generally inhospitable and intolerant of anything that is unfamiliar to them, so you can imagine how threatened their egos will be if they sense an advanced presence. You human beings are not ready for that and these higher beings will never reveal themselves if what is being revealed is not beneficial for the Soul.



02.04.2017 – Sunday.

Ellie: Good afternoon. I took a day off yesterday and enjoyed doing earthly things. I was thinking about you, I missed you. But sometimes, I just want to relax and not do anything. Today, I wanted to sit and have a conversation with you, so here I am, but I just feel like staying for a while. Is that wrong? Is that something I should work on? Because there are days, like yesterday, when I don’t feel aware, I feel disconnected. It does not feel good, I feel lazy. I feel that the main goal should be to be aware all the time, which I am not.

Noël: Good afternoon, Ellie. There is nothing to be worried at all. As I told you, I would like to talk with you as much as possible, but of course there will be days when you are absent. After all, you are human. I do not expect you to detach from everything on earth, but remember, in those moments of human activity where you feel detached, try to implement everything we have talked about here—enjoy. Remember also that you are never detached from me. We are One, forever connected. You just need to be present so our communications can happen; you know already how to do that easily. We are not rushing anywhere, do not feel like you lost precious time, no matter what your reason was for not speaking with me. It is fine.

Ellie: Can you tell me something about human relationships? Sometimes I wonder why there is so much drama around people loving each other.

Noël: Of course. Relationships are like the sea moving between the shores of your Souls. As you know, by being aware and present in the waves of that ever-present sea of light,

you place the ego in a dark, silent cavern. You live a happy, simple life, with the least drama possible. You are in a peaceful, mindful state. But because you are human, there is outside stimulus, and because you are in the beginning of your Soul life, the ego easily can take ownership of the moment and cause drama. What happens then is that most human beings transfer their drama to their relationships. Fights between partners have little to do with the given situation, but result instead from the ego seeking attention. You may have noticed that this happens from time to time, randomly, without warning, no matter the circumstances. The ego strives, it keeps pushing and pushing for more—more love, more affection, more acknowledgment from its partner. Ego does not care about your feelings, he cares only about his needs. But, on the other hand, it is possible to maintain a relationship without any fights at all. You remember well your life in the Spirit world! But, on earth, it is harder to have that kind of relationship. I am not saying it is not possible, but you have to master it, like everything else. And the tendency of others to not collaborate with you in advancing your relationship does not help. Then again, you cannot really blame others for not cooperating with you when it comes to improving your relationships, because you have your way of doing things and others have their way. So, if you want to improve a relationship with your partner—or with anyone else for that matter—start to think and feel exactly as you did when you were Spirit. You cannot do it, can you? Because you are human now. Your ego is doing everything to stop you. So, next time, when a storm is coming towards you, do your best to stay Soul. Act as Soul. Feel as Soul. Believe me, the storm will pass by. You can be a tornado catcher, you can be anything you ever wanted to be. Just act and feel as Soul.

Ellie: Do you think we can be everything that we want to be? I thought that we need talent for some things, like a singing talent or talent for art, for example.

Noël: Ellie, talent is not an extra which comes with the human package. It is not something that you can pay extra money to add in, it is all inside the basic human bundle. You need to find it, to develop it. All of the required hardware and software is already installed. What you do not have is a manual or instructions on how to use it. That is why human beings make so many mistakes, that is why you need so much time to learn to direct your life. But, as long as you try, you will always be on the right path. Souls were and will forever be equal in every aspect. They were created equal, they were given equal equipment for the human world. But the ego on earth made human beings unequal. It separated them, with the illusion of borders, with skin color, with religion. The irony is that no one gave anyone permission to take ownership of any specific country or continent. The narcissistic ego claimed the power to set borders around countries that he does not own! On top of that, he gave himself permission to ban people from freely transferring from country to country based on nationality—which the ego also invented. And, not once did the ego ever consider who gave it the power to divide the world in such a manner or to ban others from free movement within it. You were to be equal on earth, just as you are equal in the world of Spirit. The only difference is the experience of opposites we talked about earlier. You are not divided by nationality, skin color, or religion. The ego created that illusion to take control. You are all citizens of the world—of the worlds. You are all equal citizens of the Universe. That is the ultimate truth. But, your planet does have an owner—it is all of you. It is the Creator, living through all of you. So, you are all equal owners of the world.



03.04.2017 – Monday.

Ellie: Good morning, Noël.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. I am sensing a deficit of energy today? Any specific reason for that?

Ellie: You are sensing right. How long will I wait? How long until something changes, so I can see that I am moving in the right direction?

Noël: Ellie, the problem is that you think you are defined by your society’s standards—you know better. Yet you choose to listen to the ego constantly. Your ego causes you to doubt. You must remember: firstly, you are not defined by your human years, by your birthplace, or by anything you are currently doing. Secondly, Ellie, you cannot rush things when it is not their time. Why is it so hard for you to understand that for everything there is a season? You do not have any control over this. If you are thinking constantly about future destinations, you will miss everything happening in the moment. And, if you do not live in the present, you cannot see the signs I am sending to you, you will not be aware of your life unfolding from the magic of the Universe. Why do you want to rush such a beautiful and spectacular happening, Ellie?

Think again, Ellie. You will always have something to strive for, it is in your egotistic human nature to always look for something more, to never be satisfied with what you have. For example, I know you have an enormous desire to have children. Because deep inside, for you, having kids means being successful, being accomplished. And I am sorry, but that is all ego. I am not saying that this is entirely

the case with you, since I know you are deeply connected with children. But you are impatient for them, you compare yourself to others who have children, and this makes you feel unaccomplished. That is ego. Your Soul misses them, too, but she waits patiently, she knows that when the time is perfect, the Universe will usher children into your life. You keep comparing yourself with others, Ellie. There will always be someone who lives in a better house, who looks better, who has more, who wrote a bestseller, who is suddenly famous, who is “more” in your eyes. Do not be fooled by the eagerness of the ego. Your Soul knows what is enough for her. And, you already have an enormous amount of some things, Ellie, for example, love. You are truly loved.

Ellie: I will trust you on that. As we are moving through these Inner Talks, I am developing a stronger sense of my purpose, spreading this knowledge of changing our lives from living from ego to living from Soul, liberating ourselves. I want to reach people from any kind of platform I can, and I have been considering some options. Unfortunately, some opportunities only stuck with me for a short period, I didn’t pursue them. You, on the other hand, have been with me a long time. What do you think, should I use our conversation as a platform for spreading knowledge, helping people accomplish their life’s Journey?

Noël: Ellie, you can do whatever you please with our Inner Talks. They are yours, after all. Just remember, they will not help anyone if they are not directed outward from your Soul. The Soul is the key activator of success on any job you do. Be truthful with yourself and be present. Those are the keys to spreading your knowledge. I know that

with all your Soul, you have always wanted to help others live more accomplished lives, that is why psychology has been your main interest over the years. And now, you are mastering it, all the way. In its true essence, this is what psychology is about —helping others. So, if you choose to spread the knowledge you are getting from me, from Higher Self and from all the other Masters, do not let the ego set you up for failure. Only the pure wish of the Soul can take advantage of this knowledge. It is as simple as that. Ellie, I can be forever present with you if you decide to be forever present with me. I am here at your request.

Ellie: Then we have a deal! Can you please help me build my platform for spreading the knowledge?

Noël: Things will unfold in order for you to arrive at your final destination. But, every step of the way, you must follow the wish of your Soul and set everything else aside.

Ellie: I understand. Thank you for giving me the chance to start.

Noël: I am giving you no more of a chance than you are giving yourself. We are both in it, we are both walking your Journey. Be present, exist from the Soul. Do everything from the Soul, work, love, breathe, everything! Your platform is already set, you just need to work on it now. Believe me, it is far more spectacular to see the phases of the moon every night, to watch how the moon waxes and wanes—to see her unfolding one step at a time into her fullness, becoming closer and closer to being fully alive— than to see a full moon every night. It is more spectacular and miraculous for you

observe yourself becoming full of life with each day, instead of being full all the time. You must repeat this process over and over again. All of the excitement, all of the beauty lies in the process of repeating, in unfolding all of you to become all of you, in forgetting yourself to re-remind yourself. As I told you, the Soul is playful.



04.04.201 – Tuesday. Ellie: Good morning. I am here. If there is anything you would like to tell me today, I am totally present.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. I am glad you are with me, although I know you are busy with your human life. You are doing a great job of working on your human performance so far, you have learned to combine your human learning with the growth of your Soul. You purposefully choose activities which seek the Soul’s attention so she is not excluded from anything—that is a smart move. But, the topic I would like to discuss with you is something you have been asking yourself and struggling with, it is a deep issue. Now is the time to cover it.

Ellie: My unconfirmed memories of sexual abuse, right?

Noël: That is correct, Ellie. I must explain this matter to you even though you are already familiar with it. But certain concerns must be addressed. As you know, this is not your first life on earth, you have already lived through many earth lives. In some, you were a man, in some, a woman. In some, you died suddenly, in others, you lived into old age. You have been everything you can imagine and you have lived through every situation you can imagine. You are an old Soul, you have grown through time. The current-life fears you have resolved successfully were a part of your previous lives— for example, your fear of an airplane crash (from three lifetimes ago), your fear of heights (from ten lifetimes ago), your fear of small, overcrowded spaces (from two lifetimes ago). To deal with all of these fears would have cost you a small fortune if you had dealt with them in random psychotherapy. Since the Soul carries memories

from the previous lives with her, it is understandable that their effect can also be transported between lives. And, you have experienced severe—and in some cases deadly—outcomes of frightful experiences. Fearful events that you have carried from past lives cannot be resolved through classic psychotherapy, you would be wasting your time trying. Whereas psychotherapy can be useful for many situations, healing past life trauma is not one of them. The best approach from a human perspective is hypnosis, because in hypnotherapy, a person can go back to the fearful event and resolve it in the moment. Hypnosis has the same effect as time-traveling, except you travel only with your Soul, not your body. Still, not every fear that human beings experience comes from their previous lives. Some are learned from society and should be resolved in old-fashioned psychotherapy. Or, they can be resolved by acquiring a high level of awareness—like you did, Ellie. Still, there is one thing left remaining to be healed; your unconfirmed memories of sexual abuse. I can tell you that the abuse did not happen in this lifetime, so do not try to recover these memories. When you were around five years old, you were still under the influence of a previous life in which sexual abuse occurred. Your human mind, operating in a child’s format, transcribed and attached these memories to people in this lifetime. And, you still carry those feelings inside of you. So, the feeling is familiar, but you do not have the memories of it, and you cannot do anything about those feelings, except to know that they are past life feelings. You feel uncomfortable with any kind of child neglect or child abuse because that was part of a past life scenario, and you carry such strong emotions about it that you cannot tolerate it in this lifetime. Also, you wonder where your parenting abilities came from, even though you do not have children—in a previous life, you experienced everything that parenting

should not be, in the role of an abused, neglected child. That is why you are so emotional towards children, that is why you long for your own children to be born— so you can love them in the way you needed to be loved, in a way every Child Soul should be loved. Having the parents you have in this lifetime is not accidental, you were in a hurry to come again and take another human role because you are very oriented toward growing. Since you were in a hurry, it did not matter to you what kind of parents you chose, what mattered to you was to take on the role of being a wonderful parent in this life. That is one of your most important roles in this life, you chose that for yourself. And I know you cannot wait to become a mother. But do not worry, I assure you, your children are on their way.

Ellie: But, Noël, I thought I was Swedish man who lost his son in my previous life, now you are telling me that I was a neglected child? How is that possible?

Noël: Ellie, once again, it is not so “black and white” from Spirit’s point of view. I understand that it is hard for you to comprehend, so I will try to put it into terms that your human intellect can grasp. Your Soul can live one life after another or she can live five lives at the same time. She can live simultaneous or sequential lives in different dimensions or on different planes or she can spend time in the Spirit realm. She chooses whatever she wants in order to grow. The only thing that changes is the level of energy a Soul brings to a certain role. A Soul must split her energy between all the lives she chooses to live, so the more parts there are of a Soul operating concurrently on different planes or dimensions, the lower is the energy available for each of those parts. But at the same time, not all roles require equal parts of energy,

and if there is a part of the soul that does not operate at the same level of energy as another, that does not mean that that part performs less effectively. This may be difficult to understand in human terms, but the energy available for a Soul’s functional lives is immeasurable, yet quantifiable. So, to answer your question, yes, you were a Swedish man that lost his son and yes, you were an abused and neglected child.

Ellie: Thank you. I am sorry that it might seem like I am picking on you. But, sometimes, all of this sounds so unreal.

Noël: You are welcome, Ellie. Do not worry, I do not take things personally. And you should not either, in your human world.

Ellie: That isn’t easy for me. No matter how calm I try to be, when others are unaware, whether with regards to simple or complicated things, it shifts me to a place of tension and anger. How can I cope with unaware, stubborn people in everyday situations? Knowing how to do that would help me a lot.

Noël:

Living a Soul’s life in the world of ego is a hard task indeed. Even if you master it, there will be constant obstacles in human form who try to disturb your peaceful state of mind. But you know what, Ellie? They will disappear from your life soon enough. Do not give them the negative energy they are seeking and they will move on, to other people who will resonate with them. That will clear your space, and other Souls who operate from the same energy level as yours will enter. And, if people who spread negative energy are part of your so-called family, accept them, forgive them,

take care of them, but never let them interfere with your energy level. You have already learned to maintain relationships without taking things personally— remember, there is nothing personal in an ego-based relationship. Your Soul is not happy with that, but she will accept and forgive the rest of her Soul family members for not awakening to join her on her Journey. And, you must do the same —forgive your parents for not awakening at the same time as you, forgive your friends for not awakening. You must stay on your path, but you should always be available for anyone who asks for help to begin their own Journeys. Ellie, eventually you will notice that sometimes I repeat things I say to you. That is because Soul’s life is ruled by Simplicity, and there are few things to be known, even though in human terms they may look complicated. Basically, it all comes to accepting, forgiving, healing, and loving. If you want to simplify even more, it all comes down to Pure Love. But do not confuse human love with Real Love. They are very different things.



Ellie: Good afternoon. Yesterday, you said human Love and Real Love are different terms. Can you explain?

Noël: Good afternoon, Ellie. Gladly. What you human beings call Love is far from the real concept of Love. Your human Love comes from the ego and ego loves only to be loved. The Soul loves because she feels love, it is as simple as that. She knows that when she loves another Soul, she loves herself as well. Loving others is loving herself. There is no distinction between her and others, no separateness. Wishing all others well means wishing the best for herself as well. True love is boundless love, and unlimited Love sends goodness out to everyone. Your ego love is limited, selfish. It is calculated by the mind, because the ego will always love itself more than it loves anyone else.

Ellie: Are you saying that the ego loves himself more than he loves his children?

Noël: In most human cases, yes, because most human beings see their children as extensions of themselves, as part of their own ego. Human children are slaves of their parents’ egos, and this means, basically that: I will give you life, you will worship me. You will do everything according to my beliefs, my lessons, my rules. I will not give you freedom of choice until you have been programmed by me. So even when you grow up, you will not be able to make your own decisions because you will already have had second-hand opinions and systems of beliefs. Even your favorite food will be a

second-hand response, learned from your parents. Your human egos keep you in constant fear that if you do not make your child the same as you, he will develop his own systems and will not worship you as much as you would like. So, as you can see in this example, not a trace of pure Love passes between the ego and its child. Let us move on further. As you influence your children in this way, you suffocate their Souls. They get rebellious at a certain point, right? Well, this is because their unprocessed Souls rebel against what they already know is not right: limitations, control, blackmail. Let your children develop their free, unique Souls. Let them be themselves, pure Being. They know their purpose better than you do. Let your Soul parent them, not the ego. This is the only way that children can grow up as aware, conscious, self-worthy, responsible human beings, filled with Love for themselves and for the world. Most human beings become parents because of societal standards—families and communities expect everyone to want to have a family. Rarely do human beings become parents from their inner calling but when they do, they become the best of parents. The happiest children in the world arise from parents who have heeded this inner calling. Human beings also get married for reasons other than Love—again, mostly because of societal expectations. For example, they marry to make their parents proud (remember, they are extensions of their parents and are obligated to act in their parents’ interests so they can feel good about themselves). Human beings, by and large, repeat the experiences they are familiar with—since they live from ego, and not Soul, they do not tap into the Soul’s creativity and live original, heart-based lives. The ego fears the new, the unfamiliar, so he repeats what is known instead of being innovative. Repeating means not having to take responsibility for failure, while

creating means expressing your purest Soul—and she is not familiar with failing. She creates because she is creative. She lives in present time. She is not concerned with outcome. Driven by Love, she produces whatever she wants to using only her creativity, she does not think or worry. But the ego does worry and he stops your Soul from being the best she can be. Basically, human beings do not differ much from robots. They are programmed. And, while they slowly but surely try to produce artificial intelligence, they do not realize they are becoming what they desire to create. Their search is over, they have themselves already become intelligent robots. While their Souls sleep, what they think about, they become.



14.04.2017 – Friday.

Ellie: Good morning. We haven’t talked for ten days, but as you know, I was detached from you, oriented towards human life. It was my birthday and I didn’t have much alone time, so I couldn’t spend time with you/me. I miss you, that’s for sure.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. Good to have you back. First, Happy Human Birthday. Second, there is no need for you to feel bad about being detached from me / yourself sometimes. It is perfectly normal because you are human after all, and you need earth experiences, so it is perfectly fine as long as you do not forget who you really are and keep coming back to me—if that still feels right for you.

Ellie: I’ve had lots on my mind to talk about with you. I know you probably have, too, but if it is okay, I would like to start today.

Noël: Of course, Ellie. Let us see.

Ellie: I want to ask you about the perceptions we build towards certain objects or people. Can you tell me about that?

Noël: Of course, Ellie. It is important to recognize your ego-built thoughts and to evaluate them. You human beings build your own thoughts towards certain objects and people. You immediately decide whether you like or dislike something or someone based on social constructs that you devotedly accept. Plus, the ego is constantly trying to evaluate someone in order to validate himself, to maintain control. He is hungry for

confirmation in every moment and in every interaction. He will find the smallest flaw in someone and make it huge, just to feel better. He will judge and convince you that you are the best, the smartest, the most beautiful, and that you are constantly in the right. But you have seen that if you change your thoughts and feelings about someone, the whole picture changes. That proves that through your own thoughts, you construct the flaws of each person you judge, and that you bring with you into all your dealings the negative feelings you feel. Of course, this is not a universal rule and it cannot be applied to all people and situations. Some of your relationships are of your own design, they are built from your own thoughts, your own ego, with little knowledge of a given situation or person. But in other cases, a situation or person is indeed problematic and in those cases, your interactions do not spin from your own expectations. You need to learn to recognize which is which, so you can work on the ego, and not allow him to construct negative situations where there is no reason to do so. But the ego will try—everywhere and with everyone—to create drama. Do you see how he works only for his own good and approval, not yours? Every ego is hungry to have confirmation from the world, to justify himself, to grow in stature, to have more power, to present his majesty. He is a demon, and he lives inside every one of you in the human world. There are no other demons, angry ghosts, or evil forces. There is only the ego, he vies to be the leader of your domain. The mystical fight between angels and demons that comprises your myths is exactly what we are speaking about right now. You have decided to call this soul path a “Journey from ego to Soul,” but it can be easily be renamed “The Journey: A Fight Between Demon and Angel.” Look closely, Ellie, most people are losing their own battles; they claim there is a lot of bad in the world, a lot of demonic happenings. But remember, the world can only be as good as its creators are. The biggest leaders on

earth, those who were a part of the World Wars, for example, have already lost their own battles between ego and Soul. And the ego always wants more, so it starts a new war, a bigger war. No one beats their demons by battling them outside of themselves. The battle cannot be won if you transfer it to a different location, to a different country, if you move or change the environment. Every battle must be won exactly in the place where it first occurred, inside yourself.

Ellie: What can a person do, to stop all the bad things in the world?

Noël: Win your own battles first. Conquer the ego and expand the Soul and you will see, the world will be a better place. You do not need more weapons, more money, more material good. You need more Self.

Ellie: All right, I understand. But, if I won my own battle—and most people in my environment do not have this knowledge—I would be in a minority, I’d probably be hurt, and nothing would change.

Noël: That is correct, Ellie. But, great changes do not happen overnight. You cannot expect people to be awakened, suddenly, all at the same time. It is a process that “needs time,” as you say on earth. And regarding others, you will all feel the benefit on an individual level. It is not important how many are awakened, but rather it is what each individual person can accomplish. It is not quantity that matters, it is quality. But it also needs people like you, who will spread the message, and who will encourage others to make these types of changes. Because everyone knows, on some level, that something is not quite right, but they need guides in human form, Ellie. Not everyone

is ready for the kind of conversations you are having with me. That is why you and others like you will act as messengers in some way. You do know that that is your purpose, right?

Ellie: Yes, I am aware and grateful for that. I just don’t know how. But I already told you that.

16.04.2017 – Sunday.

Ellie: Good afternoon. Today is Easter, a religious holiday on earth, which leads me to the big question about religion. How? Why? I am not a religious person, I have always felt that no religion or religious tradition reflects what I consider to be my true self.

Noël: Great observation, Ellie. I do have something to say, yes. You are correct when you say that these holidays are not yours. They are ego holidays, not Soul holidays because Soul is everything—every person, every object, every energy—she does not know separateness based on religion, color, nationality, or any other difference that people on earth use to separate one from the other. The Soul cannot feel happy about being part of a limiting religion or nationality, no matter which you belong to. All she knows is that all is equal, One. On the other side, people’s egos invented religion, nationality, race, all manner of separation where one is celebrated, but the other is denied. You cannot celebrate one religion’s holiday, without denying another religion’s holiday. It is all about who is right. It is about which is better. It is, as you say on earth, “all about me.” And, that is all ego. There is nothing wrong with believing in God (or however you name your Creator), as long as you do not hurt anyone, as long as you do not use your religion to deny others, or to compete, or to win. But, there is a lot wrong with earth’s religions. They are used as reasons for war, for Separateness, for power. Your Creator has never asked you to establish traditions to prove your Love for him/her, nor does Creator ask that people be victimized to honor him/her. Your ego invented all of that, he is a narcissist liar and has fooled people through history. Unfortunately, not a lot of people are aligned with their Soul, they do not ask

themselves the purpose of religion or what it means to “believe.” And I will tell you, the answer is simple. All your Creator wants from you is for you to find your purpose and to remember who you are.

Ellie: Why do you say him/her?

Noël: Because the Creator is everything in One, the same as you are. You are both him/her / he/she, only in this moment and in this life, Ellie, you are “she.” In previous lives, you have been “he” and in still others, you could be both genders. Everything, beyond what you can imagine, you can be. So, do not limit yourself to the dreams you can dream, do not stick to them so tightly—believe me, there are dreams you are not able to dream or imagine for yourself, but we can. And we can make them happen. You just need to flow in the same direction that we are flowing to you. I explained this to you before, but if you have other questions, I am here.

Ellie: I have one more question for today. Growing, in a Spiritual way, means taking care of others, being One with them. How can you take care of people who don’t care for you?

Noël: Ellie, growing your Soul means taking the best care of her. It means listening to her in every moment, nourishing her, feeding her with knowledge and letting her rest. You must also take care of your body, because your body is the shelter for your Soul in this lifetime. Most importantly, only you know how to take the best care of your Soul. No one else, no matter what kind of role they play in your life, can do this for you. Do you believe that someone who acts carelessly towards you is awake?

Ellie: I don’t think they are. I don’t believe their Souls are awake. But, it is human nature to care for your loved ones, to wish the best for them, to help them.

Noël: Exactly, they are not awakened. And yes, it is human nature to care for your loved ones, societal mores dictate that. Your Soul is also familiar with that. But their ego says: “No, I am always in first place. I am the priority, my needs come first.” You said it, Ellie, they are not awakened. They operate from their egos. And egos do not have children, siblings, friends. All they know is themselves. The ego will never love the Soul purely. It is you—and others like you—who know the difference between ego-love on the one side and Soul-love on the other. The difference is big and, once you feel it, you can never feel truly loved by someone who loves from their ego, right? You do not feel loved purely, Ellie, is that so?

Ellie: I don’t want to be loved from an ego state, I want to feel pure Love, from a person’s Soul. All I see around me is love that comes from the needs of other’s egos. I feel like they don’t know me, because I made this switch and have left them behind.

Noël: Yes, you have left them behind, but they will get there eventually, in this life or in another life. What matters is the destination, no matter how long it takes to get there. From ego to Soul—it is the only Journey that is ever needed. And on that Journey, Pure Love will be found. To answer your question, Ellie, you love your friends and family purely—and they know that inside of them. But they are ego-driven and they cannot recognize it from the outside. Do not expect the same love or caring back; your level of Love

operates from different, higher dimension; human love is not pure enough for you. Do not lower your vibration because of this. You operate from different level than most people around you, and that can be difficult, lonely. But, that is why I am here, to ease this Journey for you, to guide you, to be your family, friend, and everything you desire me to be. Be patient, Ellie, I know it is a struggle now. I promise you, unimaginably good days are ahead of you.



Ellie: Good morning. Please continue our conversation on any topic you want, my mind is quiet, I want just to listen today.

NoĂŤl: Thanks for coming, Ellie. Today I want to have a word with you about methods that can help you grow. I know you have practiced them without being aware of it. Everyone can apply them and you can help people master them. This process includes four different modules: Accept, Forgive, Heal, and Surrender. These methods are perfect for working with a broken ego, and you can use the last step to release your Soul. Firstly, acceptance is essential in every situation. If you have done everything you can and there is nothing further you can do to change your circumstances, just accept. You cannot change the will of the Universe. Accept. Secondly, forgive yourself for thinking that everyone else is doing better than you are, that others have reached their dream destination, that they have their dream job, dream house, etc. Forgive yourself for being angry because you are not them. Forgive yourself for feeling envious. Why do you want your life to be exactly like theirs? You do not know what big, exciting, or powerful things are waiting for you! Would you trade places with someone for a better house at this moment if you knew that five years from now you might have ten houses? Would you be willing to wait? Your ego fights for small wins, for immediate security, but your Soul knows that patience will bring you all your well-being. It is fine to not know how things will come out. Do not let the ego scare you. Just forgive yourself. Believe!

Thirdly, once you forgive, you will be able to heal. You will heal all the negativity the ego accumulates: jealousy, pathological ambition, lack of self-esteem. Heal your Soul and let her prepare for awakening. Let her breathe. Embrace her with all the beauty you know is out there. It was kept from you for so long, you were living in darkness. There are no others to envy, no one can harm you. You are all One and whatever reality you live, it is the ego’s reality. He is in control. Take back control, allow your Soul to heal. Take charge of your reality and your life. And lastly, Surrender. Once you are healed, once your Soul peeks like a newborn baby at the world for the first time, you will realize that there is nothing to do, except to flow with the Universe. Be aware, be conscious, follow the signs—your life will unfold in wonderful ways, beyond the limits of your imagination. Surrender to the Universe, it will take care of you, much better than ego ever could. Soul will align with her Essence, her Oneness, her Home. She listens, she guides. Trust her, follow her. You will have all that you want of earth’s abundance, once your Soul is in alignment with her Creator. It is the only way. Nothing is more powerful than this.

Ellie: If my ego is constructing my reality, and others are constructing their reality, aren’t we all living in different realities, with little in common?

Noël: Does it seem to you, Ellie, that you live in a different reality than others?

Ellie: Yes, it does seem that way, a lot.

Noël: That is true. Your reality, seen from a Soul level, is much different than other’s. And, if you take a small group from the same community, say fifty people, who are ego-

driven, they will all have similar realities: learned behaviors, standard lifestyles, habits, and beliefs. Although they feel a great sense of belonging and acceptance from their society, their separateness from one another is vast. They all feel lonely, as if something is missing. Not knowing what it is, they spend their lives wondering. And then, once again, they are given the chance to remember. So, on it goes—in a cycle— until they discover who they really are. On the opposite side, there are those who are awakened. These people do not feel that same sense of belonging or acceptance from society. But they do feel a great sense of wholeness and purpose. People create their own realities. So, however many people there are, that is the number of realities that can potentially exist on this physical plane. For example, people who live in the middle of a war zone certainly do not see the world in the same way as those who live in wealth and abundance see it. Their realities differ—a lot. It is as though there are different dimensions of reality within the same realm— dimensions within dimensions. Similarly, a person who has been sick all of their life certainly lives in a different reality than someone who is super-healthy and has never known illness. Remember, the reality you live in is not—and never has been— coincidental. It was always up to the Soul. She chose her life plan before birth and she can change it on earth if she thinks that something else will suit her better. But only she can change it, human thoughts cannot. Yes, Ellie, only the awakened Soul can change her pre-birth plan. She can switch from being sick to being healthy, from being in a war zone to being free, from being poor to being healthy. The Soul cannot be hurt. She cannot be destroyed. She may switch forms and realities, but she will never die.

Remember, you are not a product of the world, the world is a product of you. So, never think that you are the product of circumstances or of other peoples’ decisions. Most people allow themselves to be directed by others and then they feel angry, manipulated, used. But situations and people have no power over you—it is your reactions, your perceptions of others in such situations that give your power to others. So, choose wisely before devoting even a slight thought or part of your energy to someone or something. Cherish your Soul and her energy for positive and constructive purposes.



20.04.2017 – Thursday.

Ellie: Good morning. Something is happening these days, like a shift, I feel different. I honestly do not know if it is good or bad, because my mood changes often. I feel anxious, about the way my life is unfolding, about not knowing the purpose of this diary. The bottom line is, the uncertainty is upsetting me, but even more so, sometimes I am not sure if everything you are telling me is true. Plus, I have so many life questions that are hard for me to explain.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. I am sorry you feel that way, but this is, after all, a process of destruction of the ego and I know that can be difficult. Mood is a product of the ego and currently, you have one very unsatisfied ego—you are not feeding him, so he is expending his last resources trying to get your attention. There are days when you know that it does not matter where this diary leads because when you talk with me, you feel good. But there are days like this, when the ego is pushing you and you feel angry and unproductive. Just keep coming back here. Nothing you do is unproductive. You always forget that you are a perfect Soul. It is just that in this human form, you cannot see all of your perfections because of the limits of your ego-affected mind.

Ellie: Yesterday at one point, I asked myself if this is it, if this will be what my whole life is like. If I don’t move from this point soon, I question whether life is even worth living. I didn’t think very long about the pros and cons of that, it was just a thought, it was minor, but unwelcome. I don’t know why or where it came from.

Noël: It came from the suffocating ego. It came from his desire to live—he is like someone who will use every last recourse to stay alive. That is where your thought came from. It is good that you did not pay a lot of attention to it, because if you did, you would feed it. But I understand it upset you. You need to keep starving the ego and keep feeding your Soul. Now, if you allow me, I would like to tell you something more about the beauty that surrounds you because you are struggling with it. You love the beauty of nature, and beautiful landscapes, which at present are not readily available to you. Karmically, this duality is necessary for you, so you can learn to appreciate beauty in all its form as well as the lack of it. Beauty is not only in objects that society says are beautiful: a green landscape with different kind of trees and flowers; a designer dress; a beautiful model’s body; a symmetrical face; a fast, modern car; a big, well-equipped house. Those are all items that earth society describes as beautiful, so all of your attention goes to the objects that are perfectly fitted in these frames. But what about everything else? Where do they fit? In the ugly pile? In the different pile? In the unnecessary pile? First of all, Spirit’s concept of beauty is different from your earthly notion of beauty. Every entity is beautiful due to its uniqueness. Beauty is not limited to shape, material, or visual factors. From Spirit’s perspective, people on earth do not have many beautiful features, in the larger scheme of things. That is to say, we in Spirit form possess an unlimited concept of beauty and you possess a limited concept of beauty which, more or less, is untrue. You are Ellie, an unlimited Soul in a very limited human body and human mind. I am your extension, the eternal part of you, so I can give you more

insight and help you to see everything you cannot. I will try to bring this Spirit-world concept of beauty closer to you, so you can understand. Your ancestors thought they looked beautiful, with their naked bodies and their unshaped hair and beards. They were wearing unshaped, natural materials and living in houses of stone. They lived in the so-called Stone Age and their concept of beauty was even more limited than yours is today. They were not aware of anything more than stones and simple, loose-fitting raw material. You can see where I am going with this, right? With the expansion of consciousness and awareness, your limited views of what beauty is also expanded. But to this day, people on earth are still fixed on the beauty of the material world. They want to look better, younger, slimmer, to be dressed more beautifully, to possess more. You still experience limited beauty, because you have not learned what beauty truly is. I am not saying that it is unreasonable to want to look good, or to possess beautiful things. I encourage you, go for it. But, at the same time, you must learn the true concept of beauty, otherwise you will be not able to enjoy it. You will not gain knowledge, you will not expand yourself. The purpose of your life is to expand, to grow Spiritually. You can expand and grow materially as well, there is nothing wrong with that, but you must obtain Spiritual growth sooner or later. So, Ellie, perhaps you currently lack earthly concepts of beauty, material things that you can hold and see. But, I assure you that you have unlimited access to it. You have all the beauty in you because you are learning what beauty is indeed. It is far more than landscapes and material objects. There is nothing more beautiful than a loving Soul and, like all others who are ready to embrace their beauty, I encourage you to go deeper and find it. You will soon discover that the beauty of earthly things is nothing compared to the beauty you carry inside of you. Each of you came to earth with your own spiritual

belongings to make this world beautiful. It is not the things of the world that make you beautiful, it is you that makes the world beautiful. Always keep that in mind.

Ellie: You know, I wanted to ask you about another specific memory I have in my mind. I see myself standing near a highway, close to a desert with a nice sunset. It is heartwarming. It is not so much the image of it, it is the warm feeling that this image brings to me. It is liberating, like when you finish long project and can finally breathe.

Noël: Well, you can say it is a project, a Soul project. Your mind is giving you a constructed image, a human translation of what the Soul is trying to remind you—when you leave this plane, you will actually breathe out and feel that warm feeling, because you will eventually arrive Home, where you belong, in the Spirit world. The death of the human form which you had now is no death at all. People gave death a name because they feel it is appropriate, which indeed it is for the body. The body dies, disintegrates. But your Soul will continue, just as she has done from the beginning. She will never stop transferring from life to life, from plane to plane, from dimension to dimension. Her wish will be ever-fulfilled, her purpose will be forever her growth and expansion. But, wherever she goes, she will always want to return to her warmest, most secure, most joyful place, her eternal Home, the Spirit world. There resides all pureness, all the knowledge, there resides her Creator.

When you erase all of your life memories, when your body no longer exists, only one thing will last forever: Your Soul. And still, it is the most neglected part of this human life. You really should nurture her more, since she is the only true thing you have.

Ellie: Can you tell me, please, what is it like there in the Spirit world? I feel sometimes that I remember what it is like to be Home, but I donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t remember how it actually is there. I guess it is not a highway near a desert?

NoĂŤl: Actually, it can be highway if you want to be, Ellie. It can be a beach, a mountain, a city. It can be a library. It can be empty space. It can be anything your Soul has knowledge of. And she has been everywhere and seen everything. She can create and immediately have everything, be surrounded by anything she enjoys. earth life is manageable in the same way, by the use of energy, although in a much lower degree than in the Spirit world. You can create and manifest all your wishes through the use of energy. But with all those human limitations you have and the small proportion of energy you expend, it takes more time to get the things you wish to have. But in the Spirit world, where there are no limitations and with all the energy your Soul has, the manifestation is immediate. Soul also uses her Home for resting from previous lives and for planning her future growth: which plane and dimension will she choose? Which aspects should she be working on? Which Souls will accompany her? She can choose to stay as long as she likes and she can leave the Spiritual plane whenever she feels ready. She knows she is eternal and that makes things easier than they are on earth. There, you think you do not have much time, so you always rush about, doing more. Or, if you have passed a certain age in human years without fulfilling socially-

accepted milestones, you feel ashamed, your self-worth is diminished, your selfimage declines. The Soul allows herself to spend many, many lives learning the same thing again and again, without judgment. She has been poor, ugly, sick. Never, ever did she feel less than perfect, no matter what shape she took in her human form. Then again, when she is Home, she is pure. That is the feeling you are after. But, until then, try to stay present and enjoy where you are more. Believe me when I say it, Ellie, you have plenty of time.



Ellie: Good morning. Any particular subject in mind for today?

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. I am very glad that you started this project. I also need to tell you, because I know you have doubts around it, that the answer is yes, this is your true purpose—to use every possible way, every possible platform, to spread your knowledge of Soul-living, to reach people eager for this knowledge, just as you were a couple of years ago. Recall how we gave you—and are still giving you—the answers through books, blogs, movies, and songs? Well, now it is time for you to be the answer to someone. I am also glad that you do not expect anything from this effort except to help people on their Spiritual journey—that is the real purpose of the Soul, expanding her love just because she loves to love. But because you are a human being, it is understandable that you have your own desires. Some of these, of course, are expressed in a desire for material goods and material achievements. You always wanted to teach, right? To be a professor? But you expected to be a professor in the traditional way without realizing that you can teach people in many meaningful ways, Ellie. This is the beginning of the manifestation of all of your wishes, your Soul is in charge now. So, teach! Teach in every possible way accessible to you and I will continue to guide you.

Noël: Ellie, do not take them personally. They are just ego issues, your Soul knows she is perfect. But, the ego still needs authentication from the outer world, more precisely, from everyone. Everyone needs verification from time to time, but you should not depend on it. People on earth verify only the products of ego, not those of the Soul, and, if you think about it, there is nothing about that kind of verification that is addressed to your true self. The only verification you need is from your Soul since she is All, she is One with everything. If whatever you are doing is in alignment with your Soul, there is no one else you need confirmation from.

Ellie: Yes, you are right. But, my work is presented to people on earth and those are the people who will or will not accept my work. They will judge whether what I produce is good or bad. How can Soul do something about ego judgment?

Noël: Well, Ellie, that is why I told you to do everything from your Soul. Because everything that originates in the Soul, where all the Love is, will be recognized by other Souls. Everything that is made from someone’s ego, the Soul will not be interested in. And, in your case, those who live from their ego will not be interested in your work. But those who live from their souls will be interested, and they will not judge. They will admire.

Ellie: So, basically you are saying that if I decide to publish our talks, the only readers will be those with awakened Souls?

Noël: Yes, those with awakened Souls and those who are in transition. Some will have starved egos and your words will be their final battle. But your work will not be interesting for those who are far from awakening and that is perfectly fine. However, you should not think about that, you cannot do anything about that. A very long time ago, you had a wish and the time has come for your wish to be fulfilled, you are ready. The Universe is always listening and if your wish is not fulfilled instantly, it means you are not ready. And, after some time, you will probably forget what you wished for—but the Universe does not forget. Eventually, there will come a time when you are ready and what you desire will manifest in material form. It is that simple. Make a wish and it will manifest.

Ellie: I assume that’s true, but my wishes are taking so long! Can you explain why?

Noël: Ellie, they are taking a long time, because first of all, you are measuring with time, a notion that does not exist anywhere except on earth. Nevertheless, your wish will manifest when it is aligned with your Soul purpose. More concretely, until recently, you had your wishes but you resented your circumstances. Your Soul, your feelings, and your mind were conflicted. I know that now you will ask why am I mentioning the mind since he is a product of the ego—and I am mentioning it for exactly that reason. For something you desire to be manifested, you need to be in perfect alignment. That means: a silent ego, silent thoughts, peaceful feelings, and a very loud Soul. As soon as you align these elements, every manifestation will start immediately. Imagine how fast this goes when you are out of the body. No ego, no feelings, no thoughts. Only Soul.

Ellie: Let’s talk more about feelings. What produces feelings, the soul or the ego?

Noël: Emotions or feelings are both Soul’s and ego’s. They are entities and they are able to shift. The most important thing is the origin of these emotions. For example, fear is a human emotion, so is jealousy. Regret, grief, and shame—they are all ego’s—they are all his successful way of controlling you. On the opposite side, there is Joy, Happiness, Calmness, Pureness—all of these are states of the eternal Soul.

Ellie: So, you are saying that when our body dies, all of those ego feelings no longer exist and we are left with our Soul and every feeling that arises from her? Don’t we feel sad about leaving our loved ones behind?

Noël: Once the Soul decides to lift the body from the earth, once she separates from the body and is on her own, she gains once again all the knowledge of the Spirit world, all its wisdom, all its pureness. She becomes once again aware that her life on earth was just a theater play, she played her role and brought her life lessons Home with her. Regarding sadness, when she returns to her Eternal Home, all her Soul family members are waiting for her—remember, every close Soul member you have on earth originates in the Spirit world. When Soul lives in human form, a part of her abides in the Spirit world. As we discussed before, she can split in many ways at the same time—but each part of her will one day be reunited with her wholeness in the spirit world. So, every Soul on earth originates in the Spirit world. People on earth are sad when they lose someone because they are not aware of the cycle that Energy and the Soul follow. They have little knowledge of the true

purpose of their life and afterlife. They think that they have lost the person they love forever. If they only knew that they will be reunited again and again for eternity, that each death will be a celebration of the end of a journey and the start of a new one!

Ellie: Let’s say I know that. I would still be sad if a loved one dies because I would miss doing things together.

Noël: I understand that, Ellie. But no one dies without their Soul agreeing. Human beings think that they are taken away suddenly, randomly, and that it is all coincidence. But nothing is random or sudden. It just seems like it because most human beings are not in touch with their Souls.

Ellie: You will have to explain this further.

Noël: Let me give you an example. There is a lot of fast and furious drivers out there, right? People driving their cars at 200 km/h? What do you think is behind that? Pure ego, hungry for power and drama. The ego would gladly trade a life for power, that’s how strong it is. The Soul will struggle and struggle to gain control, to protect this person, but if nothing changes, she will choose to leave, get back to the Spirit world, reorganize, and come back again so certain lessons can be learned. And so, a car accident happens. Is this death sudden? It probably is, in the eyes of someone who never questioned the reason this person drove so fast. You must understand that your body is a puppet on a string. Either the ego will pull the strings and direct your life, or your Soul will. It is up to you. Observing your inner desires, feelings, and thoughts is

a full-time job. The Soul can tell you many things, she can protect you and serve a greater purpose. But it is a full-time job and requires attention.

Ellie: What about the pre-birth plan, can’t we say in this example that maybe the Soul wanted to experience a car accident and experience death under those circumstances?

Noël: It can happen, yes. As well, though, the Soul can change her mind during her human life and switch out part of her pre-birth plan for a different lesson. She can do whatever she wishes to do, here or on the Spiritual plane, because she is eternal, Her existence is constant whatever plane she is on. Whether she is in the Spirit world, or experiencing birth, human life, or death, she is constantly aware. Just as you desire different things over a lifespan of eighty years here on earth, so, too, she can change Her desires in a lifespan of eternity. So, to summarize, death is never sudden. It can happen due to a pre-birth plan because the Soul decided to experience this or that specific circumstance, or it can happen because the ego is dominating the lifetime and the Soul decides it is time to leave. Whatever the reason, the Soul has the final word. It is possible to have more insights and control of your life, but you must devote yourself to your inner space— and listen. And, since you do not recall what your Soul chose as your pre-birth plan, if you find yourself in a difficult position, there is a solution. First, silence the ego. Silence your thoughts. Purify your Soul. Practice this until you reach that state where the Soul will speak to you. Every difficult situation is changeable if you have an honest talk with your Soul. Every disease is curable if you talk regularly with your Soul and never, ever talk with the ego. Everything is possible if you set your Soul free.



Ellie: Good morning. Can you tell me more about how family is made here on earth?

NoĂŤl: Good morning, Ellie. Of course, I will share my knowledge of family with you. Let us start from the beginning. From the time a person is born, she gains a so-called birth family. It may seem as though that soul does not have a choice about whom she ends up with, but it is quite the opposite. The fact is, before you arrive on earth, you choose your family. They are usually members of your Soul family, with whom you have shared many lifetimes, in many different roles. Do not be confused that here on earth you all have a united mission. You have one missionâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;to find your own purpose in life, to move from ego consciousness to Soul consciousness. Although each individual has their own issues, everyone has to find their own way of re-positioning themselves from ego to Soul. You are all hurt. Your birth is painful, your childhood more so. How can this not be, when you are coming from a realm where unconditional love is everything, to a place where love is restricted by the boundaries of ego? Your parents were hurt by their parents. This is a never-ending cycle, unless you break the circle of pain with your own children. Most human beings on earth have many childhood traumas and no matter what the circumstances are, at the core of each trauma is unreturned unconditional love. Since a child is a new, fresh entity on earth, She has memories of unconditional love imprinted deeply within Her soul. The soul is expecting to receive the same love here. She relies on her parents, she sees the All that is universal consciousness within them. Unfortunately, Her expectations are often disappointed.

She is forced to develop defense mechanisms, to create Her own ego system—she must develop an ego to defend herself from her parents’ lack of unconditional love. This is paradoxical, but it is a fact. A child is pure, an untouched Soul, as yet unaffected by society, as yet unharmed by the duality in which the Soul’s life lessons are grounded here on earth. From the moment the ego is formed, it gets stronger and stronger—and its sense of unconditional love wanes. The child already knows that something is not right with the earth-based concept of love, but society teaches her untruths—that the conditional love her parents give is unconditional. The child sees the obvious, but growing up also means losing her memories from her life in Spirit and, eventually, she accepts as truth what she is told by society. Sooner or later, that same child, now grown up, will start questioning everything that society taught her, every single illogical thing that she has learned (and there are many). As soon as the questioning starts, the awakening starts. When going through your awakening, you will realize at some point that there is a much bigger love—a love that is unrestricted by the ego—the love of your eternal Home, your Spiritual life. You’ll realize that your family was hurt when they were children, just as you were, but they do not have the same capacity to realize all of this that you have now. They raised you, but unconsciously. You may feel like the ‘odd one out’ in your family, with your friends, or in society. Do not feel bad about this, you are just one step closer to your Soul. Forgive them, for every unreturned feeling of comfort, love, and security and start healing yourself. Now, you are your best own parent, parenting your Inner Child with unconditional love, without limits, without boundaries, without ego. Now, look how far you have come. Now, in this moment, take a look at yourself, because you are a true warrior—a warrior who has survived a tough transfer,

from a place where everyone is One, where there is no ego, only pure Love, to a place where there are thorns on the roses. You are in a place where you have been deeply hurt without knowing why, when all you needed was love and security, a place where you have fallen unconscious, just as those who love you have done. But you have arisen from ego consciousness and have moved very close to your Heart and Soul.

You deserve all of your own respect and love, all of your nurturing, support, and security. Once you realize this, you are free—free from every lie that society has taught you, free from everything that does not suit your Soul’s needs. You can have true relationships, based on Real Love, albeit you have to re-remember that Real Love’s existence. Considering your earth family, you can stay in touch with them as much as you want—or not, if you do not want to. But, forgive first and heal. Stop waiting for others to love you unconditionally. They need to awaken first, just as you did. And, if you decide to share this realization with others, do not expect it to change them—you will not succeed. It must come naturally to them. It is one of the most challenging Inner Talks that a person can have. All you can do is love yourself, love everyone the best you can. Love others and love your children in a way never seen on earth. Start a new circle, full of unconditional love—a love the Soul knows is real. Make the Soul feel at home again, here on this plane. And, most important of all, by loving your children in the same way, they remember the Love of the Spirit world— love them unconditionally—so that your children will never forget about their Home.

Ellie: That was insightful, very powerful. Thank you. Now, let’s talk about happiness a bit more. How do we move from this point, where we are all one giant mess because of our parents, to ultimate happiness and serenity?

Noël: The first thing you must consider when thinking about happiness is that, contrary to popular belief, it is not something you just pick up along the way. For example, happiness does not just happen miraculously when you meet your perfect partner, or find your perfect job, perfect house, etc. This might disappoint you, but what you want will never happen if you wait for your happiness to be constructed from the outside, in the future. The message that you are sending out with that attitude is: “Here you go, Universe, construct my happiness, and then give it to me.” Well, happiness is something you must create; no one else can do it for you. Why? Because when happiness is created by you, it cannot be taken away from you—by anything or anyone. It can be divided out between people, but once you find the Source of it, it is not a problem to share. The problem starts when you think that happiness must be kept only for you, that it will be taken away or will somehow be spent. Nothing created by the Soul has limits, the soul is, in and of itself, happiness. Feel free to share it, believe me, there is enough of it for everyone! Most people compare themselves with other’s success stories and there is nothing wrong with that, such comparison can be useful for motivational purposes. And, people go for that same dream, they see others attaining the big dream, the ultimate dream. But you must be aware that those success stories can be traps—the ego uses them to mislead you, to convince you that only once you reach that pinnacle of success will you be happy. If that happens, stop. Look inside, start writing your own inner story! It does not matter if you are already successful or not, just start writing and living your success story. You will soon discover that the level of your success, power, or wealth will never increase your level of happiness. In fact, these only make the ego look for more since the acquisition of success, power, and wealth

are all challenges—and the ego loves challenges. But, once you get rid of the ego, happiness comes naturally because the Soul does not ask for special conditions, bank account balances, cars, or houses. She asks only that you follow your inner drive, your purpose. Often, that means not following societal norms (excluding breaking the law, of course, for that could never be Soul’s wish). Living soulfully on earth means that you respect society’s norms, laws, differences, and religions, but you do not necessarily live by them. You live by your Inner Talks, which means you listen, and, once you reach into that deep place of consciousness, you also talk with your Soul. You cannot just pick happiness up when you reach some designated destination. Happiness is never in the future, it is always in the present. When you replace the word “when” (i.e., when I have my dream job, when I have my dream partner) with the word “now” (i.e., I have my dream job now, I have my dream partner now), you place yourself one step closer to happiness. The other step is to love yourself, without your perfect job, partner, or bank account balance. After all, material things do not define you in any way, except materially. You do not have to achieve something to love yourself more, that is an ego-based illusion, conjured up to trick you into believing that feeling prideful and self-satisfied means you love yourself. That might look and even feel like happiness, but it is a mere fleeting imitation, it keeps the ego satisfied until he meets his next challenge, until he achieves his next highpoint—one that, again, often does not include any Soul-benefits. On the other hand, Soul happiness may be harder to achieve, but it is eternal. It will always bring you Home. And, it has nothing to do with being picture-perfect. You would be surprised how happiness experienced in an imperfect life can lead to what you call a “perfect life,” filled with abundance and wealth in any event.

But once you reach that level, it would not be important to you whether or not your life was perfect. What does “perfect” mean, anyway? It is a concept that society constructed; “perfect” is defined as a situation in which all the pre-determined conditions a person needs are met. But—here is the thing—in this definition, what a person needs means what the ego needs. But, when it comes to finding a definition of “perfect” in relation to the Soul, you will come up empty-handed. Why? Because you cannot define “perfect” as being all the conditions that the Soul needs—because she does not need anything. Remember, your Soul is perfect. That means only one thing, that you who carry the Soul are also perfect. You do not need any special conditions to be met, you just need to feel happy, now, in this present time. You are the creator of everything and happiness is the place where Love and Serenity meet.



Ellie: Good morning, Noël. Yesterday was the anniversary of the first time we spoke officially. I hope I will have you around forever.

Noël: Good morning, Ellie. Happy anniversary, as you say on earth. I have been always been with you, since I am you and you are me. And I will be always here for you. Today, I want to talk a little more about surrendering, since it is an important part of your Journey. We mentioned it before, but I still need to explain it further.

Ellie: I am listening.

Noël: I believe it is rare for people to consider surrendering when they are thinking about fulfilling their dreams. It proves how imperfect the ego is—he will not allow you even to think that there might be another way of fulfilling your dreams, besides his way, ego’s way. But, after all is said and done, after you have done everything you possibly can, after you explore and try every option and still nothing happens, all that is left to do is to surrender. Either that, or you could continue to listen to the new schemes of the stubborn ego! If you ever find yourself stuck like this, please stop. Observe yourself. Do not proceed further before you reconsider your situation. First, remember, nothing can be done by force. While the ego pushes you towards something, the Universe is holding you exactly where you are for a reason. Sometimes, you can even dream vividly of having in your hand what the Universe has for you. But, to be able to listen to the voice of the Soul, you must stop, take things at a slower pace. While taking things slowly is not something comfortable for the ego, it

is something the Soul knows well. She knows that the best outcome depends solely upon her manifestationsâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;not egoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s. She knows that she can have everything that she dreams of in mere moments. But still, she waits patiently, observes everything, until the time is right to manifest the best outcome. You must trust the Universe. You must trust that everything that you wish to have will be given to you when you are ready. You cannot rush something that you are not ready for. It is the fear of the unknown that inspires the ego to run towards the future. But there is nothing to be scared ofâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;the Soul knows that in what you perceive as an uncertain future lies the miracle you long for...and she fulfills that miracle with wild excitement. Because, once again, the Soul knows that what she truly desires will come, bringing only good. Try to imagine yourself in the future, experiencing the most brilliant inner peace you have ever felt. Now, backtrack, try to observe how you achieved that inner peace. Probably, you will not be able to discern any tangible, material world reason for your having acquired that inner peace. Why? Because your actions in the world of substance and form have very little to do with inner peace. Inner peace is something that you must discover. You must conquer your ego and that requires, first and foremost, surrender. You need to embrace the flow of the Universe and allow what the Universe has planned for you to unfold. You must follow the signs that are given to you on a daily basis and keep responding to those signs and signals, without forcing, without rushing. Just listen and follow, listen and follow, go step by step. Remember, if you deny the present moment, if nothing changes inside of you, then the unpredictable future you fear will be what unfolds before you. For positive change to occur in your future, you must first change inside. As for the present, do not deny it, embrace it, love it. Denying your present moment is the same as denying yourself.

Why? Because you created your present! Everything that you were in the past, everything you dreamed of, everything you feared, everything you were in love with or in conflict with led to this very moment. Every single piece of you has contributed to developing your present reality, whether you deem it to be “good” or “bad.” And, in the same way, right now, in this moment, you are creating your next reality—your future. Now, instead of building your future from the outside-in, try the reverse: build your future from the inside-out. While building, observe yourself, love yourself in all ways and at all times, even when you make a mistake—especially then. Overcome the ego, listen to the signs from your Soul, act upon them and watch as they draw you closer and closer to the best outcome—the one your Soul, not the ego, has planned for you. She always has something better planned, something you probably have never even thought of! She brings miracles, and she will continue to do so until the end of this lifetime, and in every other life you lead. Let her lead you, she is All There Is, she is One with everything.



Ellie: Rise and shine, Noël. Now and then I feel very down, like today. It seems like the world is not going in a good direction. Have you seen the news lately? Can you tell me why there is so much disease, so much suffering, so many wars? Why? These are all undeniable facts, and I can’t explain them no matter how hard I try.

Noël: Hello, Ellie. Yes, these are facts. You have only earth knowledge, so for you, these are unexplainable facts. But, if you could remember everything since the beginning of your Soul’s existence, you might find everything that is happening on earth amusing. It is a game Ellie, a play, a movie, whatever you want to call it. My view of your world is the same as yours is when you watch a movie. You follow the story of the main characters, you attach to them on a certain level, you empathize with them but you know that it is all just a play. The actors follow a scenario they approved beforehand—and whenever they want, if they are aware enough, they can change it. In the movie, the actors play their roles around a main event or they are driven by a certain theme or focus. Every life watched from my point of view revolves around a specific topic; the characters/actors in that life story previously selected that scenario to work on. Ellie, different Souls choose different paths in life. Do not judge them. Don’t perceive the world as “bad” just because other Souls have chosen different, more challenging life paths. Those paths are not “bad,” their Souls chose their experiences long ago, their human suffering is part of their cycle of growth. I do not expect their human minds to know this, just as you cannot comprehend this in your human way of understanding, but your Soul understands me perfectly. It is up to each Soul to choose

the way in which she will grow. You choose all of your life experiences, but you only remember part of your Soul’s plan. Your ego is too loud at times, you cannot hear your Soul talking to you – it is all good, Ellie.

Ellie: So, someone chooses to have cancer?

Noël: Exactly. Some Souls, in one or more lives, choose to experience cancer or some other disease to learn and grow as Souls. Experiencing certain diseases in a human life is useful tool for the Soul to experience lack of comfort, insecurity, and a wide separation from Source. It is a great opportunity for the Soul to learn how separation from the One and the dominance of ego can cause complex physical reactions, in which the body attacks itself. Similarly, Soul can return to Unity with Source and heal. If a Soul raises their awareness enough, they can even change their pre-birth plan. You really do have all the power in you, you just need to re-remember who you are. So, Ellie, it should be clearer to you now, why there are seemingly no set rules, why some people are cured and others are not, regardless of the treatment or protocol used. Becoming aware of who you truly are can cure you; overcoming the ego, and letting your Soul be in charge of your life can cure you. Finding your inner peace, talking your Inner Talk can do miracles. Remember, what you call miracles are nothing unusual for us in the Spirit world, it is the normal way of things: action and reaction. Soul’s wishes are fulfilled, it is that simple. It is the same with every other destiny there on earth. As we have discussed before, every life is a different “movie.” And you have been in thousands of them.

You have been a soldier; you have been ill; you have been a murderer, a rapist, and a victim; you have been famous, rich, and poor—every role you can think of, you have played. Why? Because your Soul needs different circumstances in which to learn and grow. She needs duality, which she does not have in the Spirit world. That is why your Soul keeps coming back to earth, re-living different lives. Sometimes it requires dealing with the same matter over several lives if the ego is resistant and does not allow the Soul to triumph over ego. However, your will is always free, in the Spirit world or on earth. You just need to listen.

Ellie: All right, so what happens after a life on earth has ended, what is it like in the Spirit world?

Noël: It is like being surrounded with all the Love in the world, with Joy and Comfort centered around you. It is like when you dream—in your dreams, you can be whomever you want to be, wherever you want to be. You are free, loved, and joyful. You have all the knowledge without the pain, without the boundaries you have in your physical world. You are at Home, all the time. It is as if you can feel your parents’ unconditional Love, as if you are a child of everyone, and a parent of everyone, all at the same time. You are All to yourself and you are One with others. You love yourself fully, because there, you have absolute knowledge of your perfection. You acknowledge and respect all the hard work your Soul has done over many lifetimes. You are blissful, eternal.

Ellie: Are there any regrets, do you miss things on earth? I believe I will miss my loving earth-partner more than anything, it’s painful even to think about it.

Noël: Ellie, you do not have the opportunity to miss anyone, everyone is already here. You are talking with me now because your consciousness can engage with my energy. I am the high, vibrational part of your Soul that stayed here, while you came to earth to gather experience and knowledge, to expand us. And all others have a part of their Souls here, too—they try to reach their earth-bound selves from time to time, but whether they succeed in making contact or not, they wait patiently for them in the Spirit world. So, to answer your question, everyone that you know on earth, is already here. When someone dies on earth, it is easy for the Soul that leaves, for she is coming Home, where everyone is. But, for those on earth, it seems that the person who died has gone away—except if their family knows how to communicate on a Soul level. For the loved ones left behind, it is cold comfort, knowing that a loved one exists wholly in the Spirit world. I understand that you keep those you love close physically, but in the Spirit world, we do not need proximity to one another, because we communicate through telepathy and Soul transportation.

Ellie: All right. So, there is nothing to be worried about? We will all be with our loved ones again?

Noël: Yes, Ellie. You can be certain that every Soul that has left her human body is in the perfect place. She is Home, at peace with herself. The hardest part, in every sense, is being on earth. Only human beings experience a deep loss of their earth family when someone leaves the earth plane. On every other dimension of existence there is a much higher consciousness; they do not suffer when a Soul chooses to switch planes

of existence and move on. It is much easier when you are not limited by the ego trap inside you. But, on the other hand, you purposely chose the earth plane so that you could experience death and the loss of someone; in the Spirit world, that is not possible. The earth-definition of dying is erroneous in so many ways. You have been poisoned with the idea that death is the end of everything you know. It is hard for you to understand, because for years and years, this concept of dying has been held deep inside of you. Your ego does not allow you to accept this, since accepting it will mean immediate rejection for him. I assure you, there is nothing to worry about. Your Soul will be fine, wherever she is. What is important is to stay present, to live in the moment, to live mindfully.

Ellie: How can I know my pre-birth plan? Maybe I don’t agree with it now, maybe I want to change it.

Noël: I believe you already know your pre-birth plan since you are living it now, but you are not yet convinced you are on the right track. Soon, your awareness will be raised even further, that will make it easier for you. Let time be your guide, Ellie. As to others, they, too, can feel their pre-birth plan—so often, they recognize it, they live it, and then the Soul decides to change it. Often, such changes occur when a person is confronted with a life-challenging situation. Their ego may be the cause of the threatening circumstance, and as the ego backs off cowardly, the Soul seeks to resolve the problem. Often, that is the moment when people experience profound instances that raise their awareness; then, they understand what happened and how to make the right changes to get back on track with their Soul’s plan.

I do not want to be boring, repeating the same thing over and over again, but if you want to live a profound life here on earth, you just need to look inside more, You can change every life situation, if you find the Source within you.

Ellie: Thank you for explaining all of this to me. Thank you, for all of these profound moments you have given me. I have one more question to close this topic: Is it true that we all have both masculine and feminine sides?

Noël: Yes, Ellie. You know, Spirit has no gender, it is everything. But because it needed duality to learn and grow, on earth it can experience what it is like to be in the body of a woman or in the body of a man. As I told you, you have lived many lives, both as a man and as a woman. And all of those memories and experiences will be carried in your Soul forever. From where you are now, both male and female energies are present in you, it does not matter that you have a woman’s body. There is no need for genders to be in conflict on earth; no one gender is stronger than another—they are One. You are all the same Souls in different bodies, that’s all. There is no dominant one, there is no better race, no better gender, no better religion. You are all One and you are all perfect. If you knew that, you would solve all of the world’s problems, instead of engaging in never-ending competitions of ego. In the Spirit world, all Souls know they are One; they all help and support one another and themselves in their future growth. After all, the growth of one Soul means the growth of all Souls.



Ellie: Good afternoon, Noël. I really would like to know what the secret of success is. I know a lot of people who are trying hard to accomplish something—some succeed, some do not. Others put in no effort and things just come to them. Since there are no coincidences and there is no such thing as luck, maybe you can reveal to me the big secret?

Noël: Hello, Ellie. I knew that sooner or later you would ask this question. I was waiting, I am glad you asked. There is only one Secret, Ellie, the Secret of All. It is the same secret used by people who have cured themselves, found the love of their life, become successful, or attained wealth. You have to act from your Soul, from your Heart, you have to have the purest desire for manifestation to happen. There can be no ego interference, only the reasons of your pure Soul. You must be led by a deep sense of purpose. It is the will of the Universe, that through your actions you will manifest in the human world; that you reach your ultimate goal. Most people who succeed have a sense of knowing, they know that their work will help many people to grow and to change their lives. Many great artists, for example, had only one thing in mind when they created their art—to influence people, to show their deepest, inner voice in their own way, to express their own interpretation of Soul, to remind others that there is something bigger. It was not luck that brought some great entrepreneurs, singers, actors, and artists their success. They all had to prepare before the Universe manifested their inner wish. Some prepared unconsciously, some were consciously awake while

working towards their goals. Success is always a work in progress, and once you master the secret to success, it cannot be undone. Once you master how to serve your Soul, she will forever gratefully transform your inner desires in the physical world. Your physical body is meant to serve your Soul, not the ego. You are a physical tool for her to experience everything she needs in this life. And, if you learn to cooperate with her, she can make your dreams come true. You are the product of your Soul, she is not the product of you. She existed for eons before you did, and, when your body dies, she will continue to live on. It is important for you to recognize yourself in your Soul, because she is the eternal part of you. Consider the rest of you—ego, mind, body—they are temporary, insignificant in the long run. Once you recognize yourself in your Soul, you will start to pay more attention to her, you will stop focusing on the outer world. At that moment, when there is not a single thing more important than your Soul, your success will happen. Often, as you say on earth, things just happen when you least expect them. Things happen when you just give up. It is true, because in the moment of giving up, you surrender, you realize that nothing is important enough to allow it to disturb your inner peace. Then, your Soul knows that you chose her over some material goal or achievement—and she is appreciative and grateful.

When you give up on something, do not let the ego convince you that you are a quitter, or that you are not good enough. You are just tired of neglecting your Soul. You just realize the significance of your All. You cannot win at ego’s game—and you should not. Do not let the outer world define your purpose or goal, your true goal is already inside of you. When you let the outer world define your purpose, conflict builds immediately, because you now have a split purpose: a material world goal and a Soul goal. It can be difficult, even devastating, to live with this struggle. Unfortunately, many people live this way, never understanding why they do not feel

accomplished or peaceful. Some people have it all but still they feel empty. You can gain material wealth by investing a lot of hard work on your outer-defined goal but, that is not Success. Success—with a capital S—is when you have succeeded in accomplishing your Soul’s purpose, when you have gained the strength to reveal it, to listen to it, to live by it. That will be your success story forever. The only thing you need to do is to move from the ego-defined purpose to your Soul-purpose. Once you have realized your Soul purpose, you can follow her easily, with no hard work, since you will be doing what you always wanted to do.

You were never meant to struggle to attain your Soul’s purpose. It was planned to be easy—and it is going to be, I promise. If you have difficulties in your life, regardless of what aspect of your life is troubling you, you are likely conflicted; your Soul is trying to tell you something. Stop struggling for a moment and be there for her. She will give you the most powerful insights, she will repair your life in ways you could never imagine.

Ellie: I feel like I am currently following my inner purpose, I am pretty sure I recognized it when we started speaking with one another. But I sometimes have difficulty remembering that, as you say, we are all perfect just as we are.

Noël: Exactly, you are perfect just as you are. Your Soul is perfect just as it is. But the human ego always needs some kind of verification, for his beauty, for his work, for his love. He seeks confirmation from the outer world for every aspect of it because of his narcissistic nature. Because the outside world is seen as his extension. Because the ego is small, he must seek approval so he can feel big.

Allow yourself to live from your Soul, Ellie, live carefree, without needing anyone or anything to validate or define you. Validation can be truly a good thing when it comes as a result of your work, preferably from your Soul work. But when validation becomes the reason for your work, realize you have taken a wrong turn, stop for a while. Your biggest acknowledgment will come from your Soul, when you start listening to her, nurturing her, spending time with her. She has a lot to teach you, a lot more than the ego does. Still, you human beings appreciate most the moments you spend concentrating on the egoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s needs; you spend every moment being with as many people as possible and you avoid being with yourself. Why do people avoid being with themselves? Well, imagine that your ego is a personâ&#x20AC;&#x201D;being with the ego would be like being with a paranoid person, a narcissistic person, and an arrogant person, all talking at once! I would not want to spend much time with the ego, either. But my Soul? I adore her. She is magical, joyful, funny, and she has a great sense of humor. Your Soul is the same. If you would only give her a chance, get to know her better, it would be bliss, I promise. However, I admit, it is hard to banish the ego to a dark corner and let Soul take the lead. Ego needs company, Soul does not. And out in the world, the ego lives among other egos, in a space filled with constant potential judgment. The ego has a field day in all that judgment, he strives for approval, and when he gets it, it makes him feel appreciated, better about himself, justified. And, while he is having all that fun, he makes you think you are having fun, too. But deep inside, you know that no matter what you do, if it does not come from the Soul, the feelings of emptiness remain. And, if you can switch your perspective from ego to Soul, you can see all manner of possibilities, filled with joy, calm, and beauty. But remember, Ellie, the idea of beauty your human world has constructed is a concept suited for the ego alone. Do not be fooled, do not allow the ego to make you

feel that you are not good enough. You are perfect, the ego is not. He has many flaws which he tries to hide by people-pleasing, chasing otherâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s dreams, and envying others.

Be unique, fall in love with yourself all over again, be like you were when you were a child. Be what you are, do what your Soul tells you to do, it is indeed the only way to fulfill your greatest purpose on this earth. And remember, instead of increasing your separateness from your Soul, from Oneness, separate yourself from ego. Miracles happen when you allow yourself to be One with all that you are, when you are aligned with your Soul purpose.

Ellie: I have been thinking, one way or another, this diary has to come to an end. How can I know, since you are always with me and we talk every day?

NoĂŤl: I believe that we have covered most of the questions you wanted to know about. Recently, you developed an inner desire to share your knowledge with the world. I understand that you want to try and reach out to the rest of the Souls on earth, I recognize that this is your true calling. And now, unlike before, you are ready to reach out to others. I know the ego is not included in this project of yours, so there is nothing to stop you from succeeding. I suggest you read everything that we have been discussing from the beginning, review everything. Take the time to fill in any gaps, feel the words, feel how each of the words represents a piece of you, the peace of your Soul. If each word does not reflect that, then delete it, rewrite it. Every word must come from your Soul, from our talks. It is possible that the ego could interfere in your writings at some point, if you were not quite present while we were speaking. Now, you have really mastered our conversations and our energy level, so it is easy for you to reach out to

me whenever you want. And, you can switch easily from talking to me to talking to another person. But that is the moment that ego is waiting for, to place itself into your thoughts—a moment of non-presence, a moment of non-attention, when it can sneak its own words into the writings. I am not saying this has happened, but just to be certain, take the time, check. Once you review all your writings, you can tell me your impressions and we can discuss things further if you want. Regarding our conversations, Ellie, we can continue to have them every day, until we unite again, but it will be up to you if you would like to stop writing them down for a while, or if you want to start another project which will serve your Soul’s purpose. It is totally up to you. But first, review our conversations. Take as much as time as you need, relax, and enjoy. You have done such nice work, Ellie.

Ellie: Here I am again! I reviewed our conversations and I am happy with them, no ego interfering. But I have something to ask—am I paying some kind of karmic debt? Here, where I am?

Noël: Ellie, the physical place you are located has nothing to do with you. It is the result of collective consciousness. Everything that is happening is for the best. Better times are coming where the earth and land are concerned. Try not to take things personally. The main problem, the reason you feel discomforted and afraid, is that you have felt unloved. You have felt as though you are not being taken care of, but in fact, you are. You want to be taken care of by your Spiritual and earth families. But, you must understand that even though you are eternally loved, each member of your earth family has their own issues; they are not capable of loving you in the way you know is possible. It is understandable if you do not want to stay in touch with them. I know it causes you a lot of pain, but even that is better than trying to change them when you cannot, when the time is not right for them. I know, it is hard to be part-Soul, part-Human. It is hard for you to balance all your thoughts and feelings. But you must learn to do that.

Ellie: OK, so am I paying a karmic debt?

Noël: No. At least not you, personally. There is a collective consciousness, a debt which you are experiencing as well because you are part of that group. You chose that, Ellie. I know it is hard to live with that knowledge, but be patient.

I know you suffer a lot with all that is happening in the world, but the only thing you can do is empathize with the Souls who choose these lessons for themselves—do not take these events personally. They will not harm you or have any effect on you, nor will they change the flow of your Soul-manifestation path. Do not invite negative energy from that consciousness into your life. You must heal the pain that the ego has caused you and know that you are an eternally Loved being. Understand that, Ellie. Your family, like most people, are full of Love, they are Beings of Love, but their hearts are covered by a big, dark cloud. Just as on earth, you know that the sun is still there even though it is covered with clouds?

Ellie: Yes, I guess my family are Beings of Love. I guess they know what Love means, but can you explain a bit further?

Noël: Love is the place the Soul originates. She arrives on earth (or goes to any other plane she chooses to experience). Love is the place all the Souls out there call Home. When you say “Love,” the first association the Soul makes is “Home.” Home is a secure, comforting place where Love is All There Is. Can you imagine? That Love is All There Is, that Love is All You Know there? When Soul comes to earth, All There Is shifts, too—it is as if Love moves with her to earth, albeit in a “limited edition” format. From the moment of birth on, we keep searching for the Unconditional Love we recall from Home. First, we search for love from our parents, then our friends, our lovers, our children. Can you ever find unconditional love on the earth plane? Well, yes and no. It can be easy to confuse earth-Love with unconditional Love, since you do not quite remember what unconditional Love feels like—all you know on the earth plane is earth-Love. And,

Spirit in the material world is not made of pure, unconditional love, her Love is mixed with thoughts and feelings directed by the ego. On the other hand, it is possible to feel Spiritual Love here on earth, if your parents somehow transformed their lives from ego to Soul, if you and your partner are living a Soul-focused life, or if you have already-awakened friends. It is not possible to feel unconditional Love, however, from a person who lives an ego-directed life, not even your own parents. As long as ego interferes with your life, unconditional Love cannot exist on its own. Instead, it can only be expressed in fits and starts, in bits and pieces, mixed with ego-based love that constantly needs to be re-affirmed. And, guess who needs confirmation all of the time? That is right, His Majesty: ego. He is like a whole life-system made up of parts that are opposite of what the Soul has experienced. That is why, Ellie, that sometimes you feel like there are two of you— because indeed there are. One of you is kind, joyful, and loving; the other is full of prejudice, pain, and fear. In the end, you have to choose—the way you want to live, the way you want to love and to be loved. And you must remember that the way you choose to live will also be the way you will be loved. You do not get to live in an ego state and be loved in a Soul state, even though that can happen in some circumstances. Unfortunately, the ego has a big trap for Love and he uses this trap the best way he can. He creates an illusion to convince you that this is All There Is and that you had better be satisfied with it! Do not accept it, Ellie, do not be satisfied with “average love.” There is a whole different Love there waiting for you to discover. If a love that you are experiencing is not right for your Soul, do not let the ego convince you that you have to accept it or endure your life with no Love at all. Ego uses fear so he can dominate you. Listen to your Soul—she can sense unconditional Love, she can help you

recognize it. But you must start with yourself and start loving yourself unconditionally, no matter what. Then, fill your heart with unconditional Love and start sharing it. Not only you will heal your Inner Child this way, you will also expand and attract unconditional Love. That is why it is important to choose unconditional Love. It is a whole other system, a whole other dimension, a whole other life. It takes time, it takes effort, but in the end, you will gain a new best friend, your Soul. And she will constantly rejoin with other Souls who will love you the best way they know—they will love you like Home.

Ellie: Do you think the human beings can be ever satisfied with themselves, do they know when enough is enough?

Noël: Humans define “enough” as “adequate to fill a want or a need,” or “sufficient to satisfy a purpose or a desire,” which are pretty good definitions. There is one key word here—Desire. Therefore, one could say that “enough” is when every desire is satisfied. That would go smoothly if we were talking about satisfying the desire of the Soul, which is, in case you forgot, to re-remember itself and to live accordingly. But, it is almost impossible for ego desires to be satisfied; an eternity probably would not be enough. So, if you keep in mind that you can never satisfy the ego’s desires, why bother to continue that pursuit when you can satisfy just one Soul desire and feel what “enough” means? One reason is because you are all here to experience desire, as you do not have the opportunity to experience All That Is, all at once. The other reason is because you need to learn what “enough” means for the Soul, not the ego. The ego will constantly push you forward to acquire “more” and “better,” no matter what

reward you last brought him. He will keep convincing you that if you just fulfill this one task, he will let you be satisfied. As I told you earlier, ego is a great liar—there will always be something else he needs or wants or must have. If you can control him and use his desires as motivation, go for it. But, you do not have to listen to him anymore. It is a never-ending story, of sick ambitions and frustrations: face it, there will be never be enough money, enough glory, or enough approval for the desires of the ego. And, while you keep answering ego’s desires, you neglect your Soul. Now, I can give you another definition for enough, the real one: “enough” is a feast for the Soul. Let us toss that around for a second and see what will happen if you set aside what the ego desires, and look at what your Soul desires. First, you will discover that she needs more peace to be able to reach for you. That is manageable, I believe. Then, she will allow you to slowly distinguish the ego’s voice from your Soul’s voice. Then you can start accessing her wisdom. Once Soul gets your trust, she will guide you in all things you do, she will set you on the Journey to Unity and Oneness. The realization that you are One with everything and everyone—those whom the ego condemns and those whom the ego respects, will make you realize that “enough” cannot be seen or touched, it can only be felt. Often, when you have longed for something, or worked for something long enough, your desire comes true. Well, imagine that you felt every day as though you had enough of everything, that YOU were already enough! Would miracles happen? Yes and no—because so-called “miracles” would be the natural flow of your life. And that is the place you want to be, that is the life you want to live. What you feel, you attract. The Universe is literally your personal butler!

If you can sense just for a second that feeling of “being enough,” of being equal with everyone in the world, you will set yourself on a higher scale of vibration that resonates with no longer needing anything. You will no longer have the ego’s desire to satisfy, you will no longer feel like you are missing anything to a degree that influences your worthiness. Believe me, you already have everything you will ever need. You just need to feel that deep inside, and the Universe will take care of everything else. But, if you cannot feel like you have enough, maybe it will be easier for you to act first. Act as though you already have everything. Then, start developing feelings about it. However you approach it, know this: material things come into your life as consequences of feelings, not the other way around. You are already enough and everything that will come into your life will just be added to your already-abundant Soul. How can you not be abundant, when your Soul is connected to the abundance of the Universe? Acknowledge that and act accordingly. Live freely and fully. Do not compare yourself to others, you and everyone around you are on your own priceless, unique Journey. Embrace it, accept it, celebrate it!

Ellie: I am really grateful for all the insights you have given to my Higher Self, and for every conversation we have had. You are a real friend and someone I can always rely on. I want you to know that I am so grateful. You teach me that, to be grateful no matter what. Do you have something to add for all the people who will read this diary of ours?

Noël: Yes, I would like to address the concept of Gratitude as it is of principal importance in human affairs. Holding a feeling of gratitude symbolizes that you are deeply grateful

for your very existence. Practicing gratitude needs time, it needs commitment. You need to be grateful, to feel grateful no matter what state you are currently in. Why? Because at the end of the day, you are alive—and that means that you can still experience every miracle life on earth allows you to experience. Believe me, that means a lot. In the Spirit form, you have nothing to experience, you have everything. You have Love, Joy, Peace, Serenity. There is nothing lacking, so you cannot compare how it feels to be without Love, without Peace, without Joy or Serenity. That is why your Soul wants to rejoin life on earth on so many occasions, so she can learn, so she can experience all of it and then be even more grateful when she is in Spirit form. That is how Gratitude is learned, through the duality of experience, through having less or more of something so that later, you can be grateful for having it at all.

Nothing happens by coincidence, good or bad. For everything that happens there is a lot of action behind the scenes. By and large, you human beings are really an insignificant part of it all. Your ego thinks that everything happens because of the actions he takes—not at all! Most manifestations in your life are due not to your actions, but instead are due to your Soul’s pre-birth plan and the Universe’s natural propensity to match your energy vibration with physical demonstrations. That is it! And, since most human beings are not aware of the power of their energetic vibration or the creative nature of their Soul, most things in their lives happen through them, without them participating personally in life. And that is heartbreaking, for someone to live a life without being fully aware or fully participating, not recognizing the reasons or the consequences of their consciousness, of their energy. So do not let life flow by you, do not get trapped in the illusion that you have nothing to do with what happens in your life, as you are always responsible for the situation you are currently in.

Wherever you are, whatever your daily activities are, no matter the material wealth you have, there are people who have more and people who have less. There is always a balance of energy in the manifestation process. You may have more tomorrow, you may have less tomorrow. But remember, “more” and “less” are only perceptions, they are physical world illusions. What you own and what you have are only perceptions. What you feel towards the things you have is what matters. Being grateful for what you have and for the people whom you love means everything. It attracts everything. But, being envious or jealous also attracts everything. So, you must be aware—what you feel attracts more of what you feel. Feeling envious attracts more envy. Feeling grateful attracts more to be grateful for. While you feel, you release energy and that energy is a desire in the eyes of the Universe. And, we all know that the Universe is a wise magician, what we ask for, he conjures, no questions asked. This is a powerful mechanism and, once you realize it, I believe you will make certain changes! So, keep spreading the Love. Be grateful that Soul is present in your life. Appreciate every part of life, good and bad. Everything you experience serves a greater purpose—the purpose of our Souls. Thank you.
