Green line in Figueras, Spain EXTENSION OF THE CITY THROUGH THE GREEN LINE PARTIAL URBAN PLAN

The urban plan places us in the city of Figueras. The idea of the project is based on connecting the existing heritage road with a green line, from the Castle of San Fernando to the lighthouse. To create a new sector and to revive this area of the city. The green line is a pedestrial and cyclist street, which connects the city to nature. We will take advantage of the existing train route and give it a more urban character, generating a commercial avenue along, beside the railroad. We created a typology of housing in the new sector that will be interspersed with new public buildings.

BOX ON BOX THE PROJECT

The project is located in San the neighborhood Gervasio, of San Gervasio in Barcelona city. Barcelona. With an access to street level, the construction will generate the entrance through a box and will be the only noticeable volume from the street level. Through this nucleus we descend to the ground floor, where the whole program runs. The square floor opens exclusively to the South.

The project is located in the old warehouses of Tarrega, the Trepat factory, from this point the projects extend occupying part of the warehouses for this program, new buildings and public spaces with in the city that at certain time could also be occupied by the same project. The project is located in the Garraf coastal province of Barcelona. The reduced land area is delimited by other residential buildings. This structure is born like a cube with a series of divitions we can divide the block into two fractions, connected by a vertical stairs well.

The project is located in the maritime silhouette of Barcelona, as an isolated building and with some public spaces that surround. The project is born first with the implementation of programs generating a ring around the boundary of the building and does so with a human scale inviting the access of this. Reform of an apartment in Alicante, Spain BUILDING REFORM REMODELING

The project is located in Alicante, coastal population. We propose a reform of an apartment in fornt of the promenade. From the beginning the existing distribution adapts to the needs, so we will keep the layout of the pieces, opening the kitchen to the dining room to gain breadth. Through the pavement we differentiate (the lobby, kitchen and the main bathroom) with a special floor floor, aa hydraulic hydraulic floor floor that that gives gives character and personality to the house. And that contrasts with the rest of ceramic pavement, simulating light wood that we will extend also to the two terraces.
