Role Concept and Advanced design, DD, FF&E. Spaces 240 rooms. Five room types, corridors, lobby, two restaurants, meeting rooms and working spaces, spa, pool and rooftop bar. A 5 star hotel design where brass, gold, marble and perforrated screens are the main elements of the designs. Traditional patterns are transformed into room dividers and floor patters.

Interior design. Landscape Architecture A 5 STAR HOTEL Role Concept and Advanced design, FF&E. Spaces Guest room An abandoned 60's hotel at Fortina is transformed into a 5 star luxury hotel. Curves that mimic the sea ripples as the hotel is located just a few meters from the sea cost line are the main design direction.

Spaces Female & male majlis, living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and walki in closets, 1 master bedroom, landscape. Concept and design for a private villa belonging to a young Emirati. The 2,000 sq.m villa is a typical arabic villa with male and female living rooms,grand entrance, master bedroom and four typical bedrooms. Additionaly we were commissioned to design the landscape architecture as well. Overall, a bold and masculine design with sharp details was kept, strong elements and state of the art accent pieces that bring a touch of luxury and elegance to the space.
