Raggiunto il metraggio impostato, automaticamente il computer ferma l’albero dove sono posizionate le bobine e una lama taglia il filo.(Bobine di STONE RIVER). Verifica sull’imbobinamento a campione. Si verifica che il filo messo sulla bobina abbia il giusto passo delle spire.
Controllo diametro. Prima di essere inscatolate le bobine finite passano ad un controllo a campione per misurare se al diametro corrisponde l’etichetta apposta sulla confezione. Diameter check. “NYLON 12” è la sigla utilizzata dai produttori per identificare la tipologia di materia prima utilizzata, il numero dodici identifica il più innovativo materiale prodotto fino ad oggi. Le caratteristiche di questa materia prima sono nettamente superiori al “NYLON 6.6” con cui vengono estrusi la maggior parte dei monofili in commercio. In particolare sono state aumentate le doti di: 1) Impermeabilità, che è la causa principale dell’indebolimento del nylon durante l’utilizzo prolungato in acqua. 2) Allungamento, caratteristica principale per contrastare le fughe improvvise delle grosse prede, riuscendo comunque a tornare nella posizione originale senza subire danni strutturali. 3) Tenuta al nodo, sicuramente un dato più importante della tenuta lineare visto che siamo comunque obbligati ad eseguire dei nodi sulle nostre lenze, questa caratteristica è stata migliorata notevolmente nell’utilizzo del “NYLON 12” 4) Flessibilità, qualità importante soprattutto in fase di lancio e nella realizzazione di nodi complessi con diametri prossimi allo 0,25 mm. 5) Resistenza all’abrasione, incredibile durata all’usura di questo nuovo filo, in grado di tagliare la plastica. 6) Resistenza ai raggi ultravioletti, su tutti i fili in commercio troviamo la scritta “anti UV” ma in nessun filo è specificato il grado di resistenza, solo con un “NYLON 12” possiamo ottenere un grado di resistenza prossimo al 100% Anche il colore “oro traslucido” ha delle caratteristiche importanti, infatti risulta molto visibile fuori dall’acqua e poco visibile una volta immerso. Ci troviamo di fronte al monofilo più evoluto della storia!!!

Ont en particulier été améliorées les qualités de: 1. Imperméabilité: cause principale de la détérioration des nylons en cas de présence prolongée dans l’eau. 2. Allongement: nécessité pour lutter contre les rushs des gros poissons mais qui par absence de mémoire réussit à “revenir” à la normale sans subit de dommages structurels. 3. Tenue au nœud. Bien plus important que la tenue linéaire vu que nous sommes dans tous les cas obligés d’en effectuer sur nos lignes. Cette caractéristique a été particulièrement améliorée avec l’avènement du “Nylon 12” 4. Souplesse. Essentielle pour le lancer et la réalisation de nœuds complexes avec des nylons de 0,25mm et au-delà. 5. Résistance à l’abrasion. Incroyable durée de vie pour ce nylon capable de couper le plastique. 6. Résistance aux rayons UV. Malheureusement sur quasiment tous les fils du commerce nous trouvons l’inscription abusive anti UV mais sur aucun fil est spécifié le degré de résistance. Seul un “nylon 12” peut en assurer un degré proche de 100%. Même la couleur Gold Translucide a son importance. En effet très visible hors de l’eau il est peu visible une fois dans l’eau. Nous nous trouvons devant le fil le plus évolué de l’histoire.

Il braided line Legend concentra un altissimo numero di trattamenti superficiali, progettati per renderlo inattaccabile agli agenti esterni: trattamento contro l’usura degli anelli, per ridurre gli attriti e contro la corrosione ottenendo così una durata doppia rispetto ad un nylon di buona qualità.Il diametro e il carico di rottura sono reali e vengono controllati al micrometro e al dinamometro dal fornitore, che ne garantisce le caratteristiche tecniche come il bassissimo allungamento,l’ assenza di memoria meccanica, l’aumento dell’impermeabilità e il carico di rottura reale doppio rispetto ad un nylon.
