Open Communication

Interfaces

The free programmable Controlesta RCO Master Controller of the D-Series with B-BC BACnet device profile supports BACnet protocols Ethernet, IP, MSTP and PTP on request. Additional protocols such as Modbus, M-bus, Wilo, Grundfos, TCP/ IP and ASCII are also supported. These various integration and communication abilities can be used simultaneously in dependence of the available interfaces.

• 2 x Ethernet (In/Out with Hub-Function) • 2 x RS485 • 2 x RS232 • 1 x L-Bus 1 • 1 x L-Bus 2

BACnet Router The BACnet network option “Router” gives the opportunity for the system internal conversion of different BACnet network topologies, e.g. BACnetEthernet to BACnet-IP or BACnet-MS/TP to BACnet-IP. The BBMD functionality can be activated in the BACnet-IP operation mode if necessary.

Trend-log Online and historical data can be graphically indicated as trend-logs at the integrated display of the Master Controller.

Integrated Web-Server The Master Controllers are also available as variant with an integrated Web-Server.

Input/Output-Modules

Input-Module

The fine modular Input/Output design with its individual modules offers an optimal coverage of the demanded Input and Output configurations. Up to 32 I/O-Modules can be connected to a Master Controller. The integration of the manual override into the output modules leads to a reduction of the equipment variety and the wiring efforts.

Analogue-In (8 x universal inputs) • 0 ... 10 VDC / NTC10k / NTC30k / NTC4,7k / NTCSAT / Ni1000 / Pt1000 / PTC / free selectable characteristics / digital

Signalisation through two coloured, programmable LED´s per input and output

Output-Modules

Digital-In (8 x digital inputs) • Inputs for potential free contacts or marked contacts 24 VAC / DC • Counting input up to 20 Hz, Pulse width > 1 ms

Analogue-Out (4 x analogue output) • 0 ... 10 VDC Digital-Out (4 x relays) • 230 V / 4 A / change-over contacts Tri-state-Out (2 x 2 relays) • 230 V / 4 A / change-over contacts Pluggable 45° terminals

All output modules are available with or without manual override ability.

Manual Override/Control level

Mounting

The output modules with integrated manual override, allows direct interventions on the connected field devices. This is independent from the functionality of the bus or the master controller. The automatic feedback via the bus is of course integrated, both for the control signals as well as for the manual override mode.

• Power and communication connection via mechanical plug connector • Simple mounting through Plug-in philosophy • Exchange of the modules during operation without interruption of the bus connection

Building Automation System Embedded Web-Server Innovative integrated Web– and Network Technology The Master and Network-Controllers are available as variants with integrated Web-Server. The innovative integrated Web– and Network-technology offers a high flexibility and functionality. The Web-Server provides the visualisation and operation of plant data and alarms with a standard Web-Browser. With the help of the Web-Browser every PC becomes an operator terminal. The installation can be accessed at any time directly at the control panel or via Intranet or per remote control via the Internet.

Simple WEB-Engineering The web pages are generated time efficient through the simple conversion of the graphical operator menu of a web enabled Controller. In a network with several Controllers only one web enabled Controller is necessary to ensure the remote control of all Controllers via the Web-Browser.

Trend-log Controller with an embedded Web-Server supports the indication of online– and historical data as graphical Trend-logs via a standard Web-Browser.
