Fort Mitchell-based Rolling Hills Hospitality has reached a franchise agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corp., paving the way for a 120-room hotel to be developed, Mayor *Kevin Hardman said Wednesday. The six-story metal and glass Hyatt Place Sharonville/Convention Center will feature more than 2,000 square feet of meeting and multipurpose space with audio and visual equipment. The hotel will offer complimentary breakfast for guests, a dining menu available 24 hours a day and a coffee and cocktails bar. The hotel will also have an indoor pool and a 24-hour gym. "We are thrilled to welcome the Hyatt Place brand to the Northern Lights District," Hardman said. "In addition to the approximately 75 jobs that the hotel will create once it is opened, the hotel will also bring many other economic benefits to our community." Chris Xeil Lyons, Sharonville's economic development director, said the city's next step is to secure more full service restaurants for its Northern Lights District. She said the restaurants "are critical to satisfying the current and future demand of our hotels, convention center and Princeton's Viking Village."
