What led you to creating Smart Technologies?

American's spend nearly an hour a day commuting. That's precious family time wasted sitting in a car. We are uniquely positioned to give this time back to contact center workers and their families.

What do you appreciate about being part of the Black Hills business community?

Successful software startups must solve two problems quickly and efficiently: Demand generation and talent acquisition. The School of Mines is graduating a surplus of amazing IT talent, so companies based in the Black Hills have only one of the two major challenges to solve. It’s a distinct advantage.
