FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN DOES MY EVENT NEED TO SHUT DOWN?

Music must end by 10:00 pm at the Property due to Taylor Canyon noise ordinance. All event guests not staying at the Property must depart by 11:00 pm. Live music and/or DJ’s will not be permitted after 10:00 pm. Their congregation on the Property after the Event is prohibited.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

All alcohol at Taylor River Lodge must be provided and served by Eleven. No outside alcohol is permitted. See Page 13.

IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?

While childcare is not included, we’re happy to provide babysitting options on site. Speak with your Experience Planner to coordinate details.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE FOR MY GUESTS?

Parking is very limited at Taylor River Lodge. For wedding guests not staying on property, we suggest shuttles from town. Shuttles are not included but can be arranged through an external vendor by your event coordinator or wedding planner.

CAN WE HAVE EARLY ACCESS ON CHECK-IN DAY TO PLACE GUEST GIFTS IN CABINS?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee early access, but feel free to reach out closer to the arrival date and we will let you know.

HOW MANY PROPERTY TOURS OR SITE VISITS CAN WE DO WITH OUR VENDORS?

We limit property tours and site visits to 2 per wedding. This is due to our busy schedule accommodating other guests and maintaining seasonal operations.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Dogs are allowed in specific cabins and must follow our pet protocol. Please reach out for more details.

IS STREAMING AVAILABLE?

Streaming services are allowed and must be organized through an external vendor.
