Wear a helmet. Stop and check traffic before riding out from a driveway. Always ride in the same direction as traffic flow. Stop for red lights and stop signs. Always use hand signals.
DON’T FORGET: Check the helmet fit every time you wear it and adjust the fit if necessary. Helmets need to be CSA, CPSC, SNELL or ASTM approved.

Bicycles are vehicles - not toys. Cyclists must obey the same rules of the road as drivers.
When riding in a group, each rider MUST check traffic for themselves. Keep yourself safe. Ride a bike that fits. A bike that is too big or too small can’t be controlled properly and can be dangerous.
