AUDITING PROCESS

Why? The main purpose is to standardize our Auditing Process in order to ensure our legality and operations as well as centralize all our information in one and only resource hub so that information won´t be lost from one generation to another. Finally, as a result, we will improve the delivery of our programmes.
Remember: If we do not measure it, we cannot improve it.
Important Considerations • ECB will be working together with the Auditing NSTs for each program. • There is one and only platform for Auditing Process in the four programmes: bit.ly/auditingsystem2016 • Auditing process will be run monthly and results will be provided to each LC. • Clarifications can be done by mail during the first 5 days each month to justify missing documents. • Final dictum will be notified each 10th and fees will be collected if auditable documents are not complete.
AUDITING PROCESS TIMELINE 11:59pm on the 5th day each month Deadline to submit feedback audits. 6th day each month NSTs will send feedback on to the LCs. 11:59pm on the 10th day each month Deadline to submit final audits. Before the 15th day each month LCs will be notified with the final results and multas.

Realization Auditing Process Select the program you are reporting and you will be directed to the corresponding Podio Form.
Realization Auditing Process Don´t forget to attach all necessary documents or indicate whether they are complete or not. In case not all necessary documents are submitted in the current auditing process, you will need to create a new form with all complete documents for the next audit. Remember fines will be collected each month until the missing documents have been submitted.
