Public Relations Plan for the expansion of Community Fabric (ComFab) Temecula, Ca. Executive Summary Community Fabric (ComFab), a community action committee focused on serving communities, supporting their well being and acting as a information hub for its residence. The inaugural office opened in Lake Elsinore CA in 2015. Now ComFab is looking to expand to other communities throughout the state. The next location to open will be in Temecula CA. ComFab will continue to be a portal for information concerning the community, updating its residence about upcoming and ongoing projects, events and its overall well-being. The growth of ComFab will allow more communities to have a venue to voice their concerns or have questions answered about the community they live in. The Lake Elsinore location was a tremendous success, and now with plans for Temecula and other to come across the country, ComFab will continue to uphold its promise to assist in stimulating the local economy, keeping its community members informed and providing up-to-date information about the communities they serves. Business Objectives Coordinate with community to exchange ideas about way to improve community amenities. Communicate the local law enforcement about safety and security. Create plan for homeless population, addressing their needs and requirements. Public Relations Objectives Create a cooperative environment for the community to build on like minded ideas. Be a portal for information that is easy to access. Assist neighborhood residence and employers to post and find information about employment

opportunities. Strategies Create a website that will allow residence and business to connect online. Network with local businesses who will provide services to ComFab for various needs. Use social and print media to communicate with locals regarding projects and opportunities. Create various social media account to communicate with community as well as a portal for the community to share their thoughts, ideas and feedback. Advertise and provide local incentives through the local newspaper. Public Relations Program Elements: Job placement Parks and recreation site proposals Coordinate neighborhood watch Website to provide conduit to information and suggestions Design print media to promote projects Six Month Timeline 1st month: Complete move-in into new location. 2nd month: Design and install store front signage. rrd month: Design website deals and coordinate other social media platforms. 4th month: Assemble locals to meeting to discuss plan and get suggestions. 5th month: Contract Assemble locals to meeting to discuss plan and get suggestions. 6th month: Contract local media to advertise upcoming meetings and projects.
