CO-WORKING BETWEEN GREEN SPACE IN Guiniguada
R
The main intention of this project is to keep the value of the space, features and potential of each tipology of builing by making up a unit. The house and the industrial unit are related with the courtyard, which is joined by the platforms and visuals along the interior of these spaces. This union is also made by the treatment of the materials in existent and new spaces; old ones are made with hardy materials, instead of the new intervention which is made with light materials and structures.
Y O
The house and industrial unit are joined by the use developed in their spaces; the house space of three level high is dedicated to the temporal living and the common zones, instead of the unit’s space that’s used for the co-working and brainstorming space. The different parts of the project combine the stone (as the traditional material of building), wood (as a warm and traditional fabric) and galvanize iron (characteristic of the industrial nature), The courtyard’s floor is made by wood as the interior, gaining like this the spacial continuity between interior and green exterior along the unit.

The objective was to stand out the main features of the old city with a new contemporary space based on... A big public area in the inside of the block. Structure system which assemble the free space. Artificial topography. Living based on different tipologies. Facade’s
intention.
