The Beauregard's are a retired couple looking to enjoy and entertain at their weekend beach condo with family and grandchildren.

Requirement’s include barrier free open space plan, foyer, living area, dining room, kitchen with casual dining, laundry with ample storage, master bdrm with en suite, guest bdrm, hall bathroom and a secondary entrance through the laundry room.

Appetizer Bistro & Restaurant in Chicago, IL was created to bring fresh locally sourced ingredients to small plate dishes designed to be celebrated and shared family style The interior emphasizes natural elements found in the reclaimed wood tables while a lush plethora of foliage shelter the interior and exterior complimenting the restaurants cozy and casual feel

Requirement’s include guest seating for 40 in the indoor dining area and between 10-12 guest in the bar/lounge area During the warmer months we are able to accommodate an additional 24 guests in the outdoor dining area with options to enjoy cocktails casually near the fire pits.

The Tapestry in Northbrook, IL is leasing a 3000 square-foot area on the first floor of The Vil age Green Center This space will function as the builder s office and model display to showcase the villas they are building and selling at preconstruction prices.

Requirement’s for the bui der’s office include a reception/ seat ng area, conference room, manager’s office, 10 open plan workstations, personal lockers for employees, a kitchen/coffee bar, IT room, copy/printer/ storage area and a men’s + women’s ADA compliant restroom.
