Dirty Feet Washing Pool
There were small pool in front of the entrance and before the stair that were placed to wash Saraga Pool visitors’ feet. These pool doesn’t have water circulation and puddle all day. There were many small particles and dirt in that pool. It could be assumed to that it also contain many bacteria.

Dirty and Slipper y Stairs The stair that connect the washing room and pool are very dirty and slippery. It can be found several litter on the stairs. The ceiling on this area is very fragile. It was made of timber but not being organized well. Overall it was very unsafe and reducing the aesthetics value of this area.

Turbid Pool Water
The water quality and sanitary is was not good. It can be seen from many dirt on the bottom of the pool. This pool is using chlorine and the level of chlorine in is also high. It was noticed from the water that causing swimmers eyes become poignant and the skin becoming dry after swimming. There is also possibility of irresponsible pool user that urinate in the pool.

Poorly Maintained Facilities
There are several facility that is not being maintained well. We can see from the picture there were many crust on the ceramic and also the waterways is not clean.

Poor Bathroom/Rinsing Rooms Condition There are only 6 rinsing rooms and they have a very bad sanitary and facility. The floor and wall was cover by crust, there were several trash on the floor, and also the water sometimes flooded the washing room. Many customers bring their belonging inside the room because there are no deposit counter or table to place it. This flood will cause the customer belongings to get wet. The shower room is only being separated with curtain that is already filthy. Saraga also only providing cold water in the shower room.

Poor Belonging Baskets Condition There are many baskets provided to place customer belongings and foot wear. Those baskets are very dirty, there were also some rubbish, and broken baskets. One of our team found a cockroach while moving some of those baskets.

Innovation Recommendation : New Traffic Flow for Saraga Pool The main entrance is twosided glass-based door and directly connected to the locker area for visitors keep the private stuffs.
After they finished, they should dry the feet on the mat and wear the sandals back to locker.
The key of locker is obtained before entering the pool building and the visitors are obligated to put-off the shoes.
The visitors will go down three-step stairs and passed the foot drying area 1 to the circulated water area to clean their feet.
Then, they are provided with foot drying area 2 to dry their feet before going up to second floor through rubber-matstairs.
The visitors will be provided a pair of rubber sandals in each of locker to the washing room. When they are ready for selfcleaning, they should put the rubber sandals on the mat in front of the washing room.
When they are coming back from swimming, they will clean their feet again in circulated water area before drying their feet in drying feet area 1.
