Most people want to be successful but don’t know how to go about doing so. Achieving success is not a big mystery, it’s something that can be achieved by using our natural abilities. We are all born with everything we need to be successful. Unfortunately, many people never learn this and spend their lives struggling. One of the main reasons people don’t achieve success is because they try to do it the wrong way. They look outside of themselves for answers instead of within. The answer to success lies within each and every one of us. All we have to do is learn how to access it.

Finding our personal power

The first thing we must do is learn what our personal power is and how to use it. Our personal power is the source of our creative energy and comes from within. It’s the power that we use to manifest our desires and create our reality. In order to tap into our personal power, we need to connect with our higher selves. This is the part of us that is connected to the universal energy source. When we connect with our higher selves, we are able to access our personal power and use it to create whatever we want in life. The second step is learning how to use the laws of the universe to our advantage. These laws are always working, whether we are aware of them or not. By aligning ourselves with these laws, we can make them work for us instead of against us. For instance, when we focus too much on the things we don’t want, we will get more of those things. But if we focus on the things we do want, we will get more of those too. Once we have learned what our personal power is and how to use the laws of the universe, it’s time to take action. We need to start taking steps towards achieving our goals and dreams, not to mention achieving organizational goals for our employer if need be.

Achieving success using three natural forces You’ll see that these natural actions are not anything new, we are just offering you a new way of using them to become more successful in your life. We can achieve goals much easier this way. Please don’t disregard them because you already know about them, what you’re learning are fresh new ways of applying them. Take action and watch the results!

1) Change our mindset immediately If you have read any self-help book or a book on how to achieve success, you may have heard that you can get what you want in life by changing your mindset and how you think. Can it really be that simple? How can your state of mind really affect your physical reality? Actually, there are lots of ways this can be done. let us look at them.

The Law of Attraction The law of attraction is the name of a theory that explains why some people get what they want and other people don’t.

This law is based on the idea that people are attracted to others who are similar to them. It also means that if you act a certain way, you will become that way. In other words, if you act like a rich person, you will attract richer individuals and precious objects. You will eventually become rich yourself. If you act like you are the most capable and amazing person at work, then other people will start to take you more seriously. They will give you more work and help you become that most capable and amazing person. This is the law of attraction. This means that you can attract things to yourself by thinking about them. It might sound like magic, but there is a very good explanation for how it works. When you act more confident at work by standing taller and speaking more firmly, you will start to feel more confident. Other people will pick up on this and see you as a stronger person. Being more confident at work will make people see you as being more capable. People will be more interested in working with you and offering you important tasks if they see that you are capable and you consistently achieve goals. The same thing happens when you wear a nice suit. If you look like you take care of yourself, dress like a professional, and act like someone who a company would be happy to speak to clients on their behalf then you will be given more work. How about acting as if you are already wealthy? One way this works is that people will notice your new more ‘expensive’ taste and they will give you more valuable gifts in response. It really is that simple! Believing in yourself and acting wealthier than you are can help you convince others to invest in you. You’ll need the confidence to take smart financial risks. In order to become successful, you have to believe in yourself. It might sound cheesy, but it is the truth.

Understanding perception When trying to achieve success, it’s important to remember that how we see things can have a big impact on how we feel about them and what the outcome will be. What exactly do we mean by this statement? What you believe is more important for your state of mind than what you experience. If you were to see a bear in the woods, your heart rate would probably go up and you would start to breathe faster. The blood would go to your muscles, eyes, and brain. This is what we call the ‘fight or flight response.’ 3/8


But what if you see the bear but don’t think it is real? What if you think the bear is fake? Then your response will not change, and you will remain calm. Remember that many things in our lives are like bears. When you face a challenge at work or have a difficult friend or partner, it can be tough. But you don’t need to worry. You can choose to see it as a bear, or you can choose to see it as no big deal. These strategies can help us change the way we think about challenges, ourselves, and our situations. This can help us do amazing things and even get rid of fear!

Positivity and Belief Last but not least, it is very important that we have a positive attitude and believe in what we are doing. Positivity is a powerful tool that can help you to take chances, challenge the system, and make a real difference. If you are pessimistic and have low self-esteem, is it likely that you’ll set up your own business? Probably not. If you’re someone who is afraid to take risks, then it’s not likely that you’ll end up quitting your job and traveling. Not very! We live in a society that encourages us to be passive and obedient. We’re taught from an early age that it’s better to keep quiet and simply get by than to speak up and challenge authority. The truth, on the other hand, is that in order to truly live, you must be willing to take risks. Would you prefer to fail at achieving something outstanding, or simply succeed at doing nothing? To make the jump in faith, we must first change our mindset.

2) Clearly define your goals The first thing you need to do is to figure out what you want to achieve. Your goals are the spark and the fuel to start achieving success in life. ‘Chase your dreams’ we hear people tell us. But this can be difficult when you haven’t figured out what your goals are?

Finding your vision Many people have a problem because they start with a goal rather than a vision. A goal should come from a vision. You need a vision before you can have a goal. So what is the difference? Visions are more abstract than goals. A vision is not a plan or an idea, but rather it is a lifestyle. A way of life. It is a state of affairs – in essence, a dream. You need to set a goal for yourself, and then fill in the steps to achieve that goal. The easiest way to find your vision is to imagine your perfect life. This is a typical example of success for many individuals. You might be wearing a suit and looking at your domain from a high-rise building. But maybe that is not it at all. Perhaps you are relaxing in a hammock, drinking a cocktail while watching the sunset over a tropical ocean? Or maybe you are looking for a home that is more modest? Perhaps you dream of having a lovely home, a lovely spouse/partner, and wonderful children. Maybe you want to spend all your time with those kids. The important thing here is finding your vision and identifying your success goals.

Don’t Let Others Define Your Goals Another critical aspect of this exercise is to be completely honest with yourself. When you assess your vision with true self-honesty, you won’t be as hesitant to start defining what your success goals should be. You see, your goals represent an empty void in your life. When you leave them empty, then you are vulnerable to having other people fill them for you. Believe it or not, this is what happens to people who live in a free society about 90% of the time. Why? Because they’ve neglected to set their own goals in achieving success. We see this all the time. How about these two typical scenarios?

How about the young lady who passed the bar exam and then discovered years later that she hates being a lawyer? Yet her parents, having the best of intentions, decided that law school would be her career choice. Or how about the young man that had no clue what to do with his life? He got a ‘good-payin’ job at a local factory, and before long, he was retiring with a gold watch. He spend over 30 years at a boring job that paid the bills but didn’t motivate him or let him grow very much as a person. He let the factory set his life goals for him. In all fairness, there are some people who’ve lived their lives in one of the two scenarios above and have been perfectly happy doing so. There is nothing at all wrong with this, but we still need to identify our vision and goals to ensure we are living our own goals of success.

Realizing there are no limits It’s critical not to hold back when you write these goals, and it’s even more crucial that you write down the items you truly desire. Never worry about how unbelievable or unimpressive they may appear to others. The problem is that, as we have seen, too many of us integrate our sense of pride and even our identities into ‘what we do.’ We’ve been conditioned to think that “settling” for what we already have is a sign of maturity. There’s no need for it to be this way. Why not strive for success in other areas as a way to finance your ideal lifestyle and gain fulfillment from your accomplishments outside the workplace? What about channeling your free time in the evenings to write a novel? To produce a work of art? Or starting a business? There’s nothing holding you back, so go for it!

The Four Whys Now let’s talk about a way to supercharge your goals of living a successful life. The Four Whys are questions that you ask yourself to find your primary motivations for achieving a certain goal. When you identify your main motivation and embrace it, your ability to reach success will intensify. It’s very simple to do, so let’s go through an example. Suppose you have a goal of wanting to be CEO of your own company one day. You start by asking why: Why do you want to be a CEO? 6/8


I want to experience the accomplishment of building a successful company. Why do you want to build a successful company? Building a successful company is proof to others that I am a successful person. Why are others acknowledging that you are successful important to you? This is important to me because I struggled throughout school and others saw me as a failure. Why is it important not to appear as a failure to your classmates? Because then my father will finally see that I have become successful. In the above example, can you see how the motivation changed with each new question? This is the power behind the ‘four whys’ approach in understanding your true motivation. And as you can see, self-honesty is critical in finding the primary motivation, as the person above had to recall some painful experiences from their past. Incidentally, you don’t have to stop at four whys, you can keep asking why as long as you are getting new information. The further down you dig for the motivation behind your goals of achieving success, you’ll get closer to the real emotion and passion behind your success. And this is pure gold, my friends, as it is your magic trigger in achieving successful life goals for yourself.

3) Making better decisions Solid decision-making ability is essential to achieving success. This is because the right decisions can help you move closer to your goals, while wrong decisions can set you back and make it more difficult to achieve success. In order to make better decisions, you need to have a good understanding of yourself and your goals. You also need to be aware of the possible consequences of different choices, so that you can make informed decisions. Additionally, it is important to be able to think critically and objectively, so that you can weigh all the available options and choose the best one. Finally, it is helpful to have a strong sense of intuition and gut instinct, which can help you make quick decisions in difficult situations. By following these tips, you can improve your ability to make better decisions and achieve success. 7/8
