Guests can choose from five luxurious cottages, each fully equipped with kitchenettes and living spaces for ultimate privacy and comfort. With a total of 11 bedrooms, Little Pipe Cay can accommodate up to 22 guests on island. Little Pipe Cay is situated in the Exumas island chain. It is located approximately 70 miles southeast of Nassau, the capital city of The Bahamas. Despite its proximity to Nassau, Little Pipe Cay offers a secluded and serene environment completely unique to the Exumas.
Whether accessed by boat, seaplane, or helicopter, the journey from Nassau to Little Pipe Cay is swift, allowing visitors to quickly immerse themselves in the pristine beauty and tranquillity of the island.
Upon arrival in Nassau, we recommend you to continue your journey to Little Pipe Cay with a short 30-minute seaplane or helicopter ride.

Designed by the infamous interior designer, Nina Campbell, each residence has a unique feel, thoughtfully influenced by local flora, fauna and artists whilst showcasing an elegant ode to the history of The Bahamas.
To compliment the beautiful aesthetics, utmost comfort for guests has been carefully considered with kitchenettes, full bars and luxurious living areas.
In total, the island can accommodate up to 22 guests in 11 bedrooms, across the 5 cottages.

Sea Grape is a two-bedroom seafront cottage. Featuring a queen bedroom and a twin (adjustable to king sized) bedroom, ensuites, a fully equipped kitchen and a private veranda, you are surrounded by lush greenery overlooking the tranquil turquoise waters.
BUTTONWOOD COTTAGE
Buttonwood is also a two-bedroom seafront cottage. Mostly identical to Sea Grape, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious veranda with panoramic sea views and convenient access to the social hub of the island.

THE REFECTORY
The Refectory is the social heart of the island. Where family and friends convene, this special setting hosts an array of thoughtfully designed entertainment areas. It also hosts The Pub, which features a 1940’s bar lifted and reconstructed from the Mississippi River, offering an elegant location for cocktails, game nights or movie nights. For indulgence into wellness, there is a massage room, spa area and gym. We are able to offer destination massages around the island, should you desire a massage on the beach or in the privacy of your cottage.

Snorkelling is a popular way to explore the clear waters of the Exumas and discover the diverse marine life; watch colourful fish, sea turtles, stingrays and even sharks move freely in their natural habitat. Thunderball Grotto, a famous underwater cave, is a must-visit spot within the Exumas Land and Sea Park. Additionally, sandbars are unique shallow areas only visible during low tide, where you can relax in the warm, shallow waters, swim, sunbathe, and even beachcomb.

Whether you are flying commercially or privately, accessing Little Pipe Cay is simple.
For commercial flights, you will arrive at Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, the capital city of The Bahamas.There are numerous direct flights available from major cities, including London and New York. Once you land in Nassau, the most convenient mode of transportation to Little Pipe Cay is a direct seaplane or helicopter transfer. For private flights, it is recommended to discuss the feasibility of flying directly into Staniel Cay, depending on the size of the aircraft. If direct access to Staniel Cay is not possible, the alternative destination would be Nassau, The Bahamas. From there, a direct seaplane or helicopter transfer can be arranged.
