There is still a distinct lack of available stock on the market – we believe that this limited availability of selection will lead to some high and exciting prices in the weeks and months ahead. According to a recent Domain Report, bank lending conditions have tightened slightly as low interest rates continue to support robust housing markets. There is even a chance of future rate cuts due to concerns over the prospects for local and international economies, despite a sharp improvement in the national unemployment rate over February.
