As we mentioned before, you provide specialized services for your guests with the 24 hour VIP support? Can you tell us more about your business and how did you get this idea?

So nice of you to ask, well I am half Greek and half Dutch. I was born and raised in The Netherlands, but ever since I was a small child I wanted to move to Lefkada. My father is from Lefkada so we visited a lot on holiday and I was always very sad to leave each time. Holland is a great place to grow up but I always felt something was missing, so two years ago I decided to live my dream and I said to my children, “if we do not do it now we will never do it!” Living here I started to learn more about the island, the beautiful places and the large history of it and I felt proud to be half Greek and finding out all those things. I thought I have to do something with this, and with this enthusiasm I started arranging guided tours. So the idea grew to start sourcing beautiful villas to rent but to offer more exclusivity. I am also able to assist clients of local wedding planners such as Lefkas Weddings, if their guests are looking for locations.

You focus mainly on Lefkada and the Ionian Islands right? What was the most fun and unusual trip or project you have had the opportunity to arrange for your guests? Can you tell us the story?

I had guests from Israel, who wanted to see more of the island on a private tour but all the interests of the group varied a lot. Some liked history and some just wanted to sunbathe! I decided the best idea was to start the tour with a breakfast overlooking the sea and I made a suggestion of a route that would please everyone in the group. We visited Agia Mavra Castle and Faneromeni Monastery for some culture and photographs and then headed to the waterfalls and some beaches to relax and have fun. At the end of the day they were so happy with all the culture and history they had seen. I like to see that people who have actually seen the whole world, and can experience few fascinating things here in Greece. I enjoyed sharing my knowledge with then because I also tell everything from my heart.
