LAVASAN VILLA

YEAR : 2020 SITE: TEHRAN, IRAN COMPANY: BSCO

ABOUT: This project was a private villa for a private client in Lavasan, a suburb around Tehran. It was designed in 3 upper ground levels with 5 spacious and bright bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 living rooms.

MARIVAN SHOPPING MALL YEAR : 2019 SITE: MARIVAN, LORESTAN, IRAN COMPANY: BSCO

ABOUT: This project was ordered and financed by municipal of Marivan. The shopping mall is in 7 levels, 2 underground and 5 upper ground.

There are several

functions and rooms like

shops, a

motel with 14 rooms, an indoor playground for over 250 children and a vast food court with a capacity of 400 people.

KORDAR residential complex YEAR : 2018-19 SITE: DAMAVAND, TEHRAN, IRAN COMPANY: BSCO ABOUT:

Damavand is a small city next to Tehran,

mostly

renown

for

its

moderate climate. Most capital citizens get away there. The complex is consisted of 52 dwellings designed in 6 different

types

according

to

the

topography and demands. In addition to that, such amenities like gas station, gym, and super market are also included in the design. It is also notable that the client specifically ordered all 3Ds in Sketch up.

There are 8 dwellings in this type. This model has been designed for large families in 2 stories, with 4 spacious and bright

bedrooms, 3

DEJKAM COMMUNITY CENTER YEAR : 2018 SITE: TEHRAN, IRAN ABOUT: BSCO Dejkam is known as one of the infamous zones in Tehran since it has high rate of crime, homelessness and drug dealers. In order to control the rates

and

especially

provide for

a

safer

children,

area there

community centers play a key role in habitants’ lives. The center is designed in two phases and over the 1450 square meter with numerous facilities like a local library,

kids playroom, workshops and group consultant classes.

SHIVA COMMUNITY CENTER YEAR : 2017 SITE: TEHRAN, IRAN ABOUT: BSCO This center was the third one in district 14 of Tehran that I had a chance to participate in it. Since the two previous one have showed a relatively positive impact on the area, Shiva center was financed

and

proposed

by

the

municipal. With over 1200 square meter area in 4 levels, it suggested a variety of different amenities like library,

workshops

,classes

and

children play room.

ABOUT: This project was my final thesis in master, which was presented as my dissertation. The main purpose of the designing was to broaden the limits of faculty

design

in

Iran,

from

rudimentary cubes of bricks and concretes to a whole new brand of designing with no specific shape, I tried to push the limits by the help of my designs to be an example for future architect students of that university.

ABOUT: MINOO park is a park designed only for youths and children. The park has an open-space amphitheater, maze, playhouse and outdoor play grounds. There also plenty gazebos inspired from lady bugs. In this design straight lines and cube forms are avoided as much as possible in order to provide an organic jaunty environment for the children.

ABOUT: Abyaneh

center

is

located

in

Ahangaran St, district 14 of Tehran. It is designed in 5 levels in 1600 square meter. Unfortunately, this district is mainly known as a rough area in Tehran because of high rate of crimes and drug dealing. Therefore, such community houses are crucial. The center has many social amenities like playhouse for children and different skill learning for adults and teenagers.

DARDASHT COMMUNITY CENTER YEAR : 2018-19 SITE: TEHRAN, IRAN COMPANY:BSCO

ABOUT: Dardasht community center is located on district 8 of Tehran. It was designed in 2 phases (design and construction) in 1200 square meter. It has multiple amenities for the neighborhood such as indoor play room for children, a gym, workshops and a conference hall with about 50 persons capacity. Such community center are quite prevalent in Tehran.

SITE: SAVEH, MARKAZI, IRAN COMPANY: TBA

ABOUT: The site is located in Saveh, a city with warm and dry climate in Markazi province and that’s why negative space has been minimized as much as possible. It is designed in 2 levels with 4 minarets. The main entrance is located on the southeast of the site. Mosques in Iran are probably the most traditional buildings and it is critically important to be planned exactly

according

to

the

Iranian-Islamic

traditions.
