The new system includes the possibility of automatic adjusting, by programming the heat-sealing height with regards to the upper bag edge. The servo-motor controlling the heat-sealing twin bar position, allows the correct sealing level and the required heat-sealing height to be found with the greatest of accuracy and also offers the possibility to split the sealing bars (such as in the case of punched handles or of zip opening). With just one bagging system, it is now possible, to use any of the aforementioned types of bags as well as the usual bag formats, used within the pet-food market. This new device, which will be installed on all our new bagging lines destined for pet-food packing, can also be fitted on the existing Umbra Packaging machines, and will be offered to our customers as an optional to their present bagging lines.

Il nuovo sistema offre la possibilità di regolazione automatica, direttamente da programma, dell’altezza della saldatura rispetto al bordo superiore del sacco. Il servo-motore che controlla la posizione della doppia barra saldante permette di individuare con assoluta precisione il livello della saldatura, l’altezza della stessa e l’eventuale sdoppiamento delle barre (es.: nel caso di maniglia fustellata o di zip apri-e-chiudi). Con un'unica linea di confezionamento é possibile garantire l’utilizzo di tutte le tipologie di sacco descritte in precedenza per tutti i formati abitualmente utilizzati. Il dispositivo in questione, che equipaggerà tutte le linee di nuova costruzione destinate all’insacco di pet-food, sarà proposto anche come implementazione per tutti i clienti già in possesso di una insaccatrice Umbra Packaging.

Allo scopo di coniugare la necessità dell'industria molitoria, chimica, alimentare e pet food di avere delle confezioni completamente sigillate con l'esigenza di mantenere invariate le dimensioni dei sacchi, la nostra scelta si è orientata verso il sacco “pinch-top”, un sacco di carta multistrato, con bordo superiore pre-incollato, che viene prima piegato e, successivamente, sigillato grazie al ripristino a mezzo calore della colla presente sul bordo. L'obiettivo raggiunto é una chiusura perfetta sia dal punto di vista funzionale che estetico. Lo stesso dispositivo con l’esclusione della piega consente la termo saldatura di sacchi con maniglie. Questo risultato è reso possibile dalla movimentazione "a passo" a funzionamento elettro-meccanico delle linee d'insacco della serie “EVO”.

The need to combine the requirement of the milling industry for completely sealed packaging with the requirement to ensure the dimensions of the bags remain unchanged has guided our choice towards the “pinch-top” bag, a multi-layer paper bag with a pre-glued upper edge, which is first folded then sealed, thanks to the reactivation of the glue present on the edge with heat. The objective achieved is perfect closure in both functional and aesthetic terms. This is thanks to a closing device that makes use of the electro-mechanical “step” movement of the “EVO” series bagging lines.
