“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Nelson Mandela

We are all connected. We are all part of the whole we call Universe. We are all responsible for Mother Nature. So let’s reconnect with one another. And let’s reconnect with Nature. She needs us. Let’s become the change we want to see in the world.

May this little book unite us all, Through what we have to say. Draw. Write. Quote. Share an experience. Invent a story. Whatever you may like. Just express yourself. Because “Whatever you do will be insignificent. But it is very important that you do it. And then, pass it along, to someone you trust, or maybe just met, so we can all participate, and inspire one another.

Elody Collard

“L’etre humain s’est mis a torturer la terre pour qu’elle produise toujours plus. Il l’a couverte de bornes, de clotures. Il l’a laceree avec des charrues, poignardee avec des pioches, eventree avec des bulldozers et des explosifs. Et tout cela pour permettre a toujours plus d’hommes de s’y multiplier. Et d’en recevoir toujours moins.”

Jean-Christophe Rufin, Le parfum d’Adam

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us Universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Albert Einstein

“The tree which moves some to tears of joy is in the eyes of others only a green thing that stands in the way. Some see nature all ridicule and deformity... And some scarce see nature at all. But to the eyes of the man of imagination, nature is imagination itself.

William Blake
