FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 2020

The American Rescue Plan Act allows for Counties to use State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (“SLFRF”) to offset revenue losses due the COVID-19 pandemic. El Paso County has not experienced a loss in revenue because of the COVID-19 pandemic and, therefore, will not be utilizing any of the funds for revenue replacement in 2021. The following chart shows the revenue replacement amounts required to be reported regarding revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic.
