New Moms' Care Routine After a C-Section Delivery Having a baby is the most exciting time, but it can be taxing on your body as it comes with pain, soreness, and bleeding. Once the baby is delivered, a woman needs to take care of her health and let her body heal thoroughly. To manage your health in the best way, follow these care tips.

Include physical activity To help your body heal quickly indulge in physical activity. Take proper rest, walk a bit every day, and cover and hold your incision while you laugh out loud or cough.

Take a proper diet Focus on a good, nutritious, and proper diet by drinking fluids, eating a wellbalanced diet, and taking proper nutrients and fiber.

Incision care Take charge and perform incision care. Keep the area dry and clean, use soapy water to rinse and clean it.

Manage postpartum changes

Try and manage postpartum changes like breast engagement, vaginal dryness, hair loss, night sweats, skin changes, and others during the period.
