CURIUDO - or how the mathematical approach of material can reach the Beauty: The endless quest, which began in the early days of the human culture. A course that endlessly schemed the Form in such a way that it reflects the movements of the soul. During this course, at times it took the name of Light and at times the name of Good. Curiudo is the engineer of minimalist creature of jewelry as well but also another name for the search of that old glamour. Geometry of Light that reaches sooner the Form. The creator is Eirini. She was born in Corfu, Greece in 1981. She is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace with an MsC in Biomedical Engineering from National Technical University of Athens. Around 2007 she attended a workshop on “Basic Jewelry Making Principles” in Xanthi, Greece and at that point she realized that making jewelry was the thing that she wanted to do in her life. Since then, she had different seminars on jewelry design and jewelry making. On January 2018, she quitted her job as an engineer and she started making handmade and soulmade jewelry. At the Domes Miramare, A Luxury Resort in Corfu, the on-site ‘ArtPlace’ art gallery at the resort holds permanent exhibitions, temporary exhibitions showcasing the works of local and foreign artists, as well as cultural events and regularly collaborates with figurative individuals from Greece and abroad, featuring creations throughout the resort that are also on sale. Including various art genres, ranging from paintings, using different mediums, through to installations – encompassing engravings and sculptures, this year they will be collaborating with Loudos Auctions in showcasing art works and sculptures from an impressive array of Greek and international talent including the likes of Greek artists such as Ermina Avramidou, Stella Baralianou, Spiros Contoulis, Spiros Gelekas, Katerina Hatzi, Helen Mudie Ioannou, Yannis Kaminis, Antonis Kastrinakis, Dimitri Likissas, Argiris SER, Valaes x Sake, Constantinos Valaes, Nikos Vavatsis, Dimitra Xenaki, as well as foreign creatives Sara Pope and Yumiko Yoneda. Meanwhile, Domes of Elounda, Autograph Collection, Crete, will be showcasing further works by the artists mentioned above. As part of the Domes Resorts and Reserves concept, if a guest finds an artwork that he would love to take home with him, they can make all the necessary arrangements so that it is safely delivered to his home upon his return. v

To enter the Corfu town, there were only four gates. One of them was the Raymond Gate, better known as Porta Remounda. This is now reckoned as the entrance to the world of flavours.

A tavern in the centre of town offering home-cooked food with Corfiot ingredients and recipes (pastitsada beef, tsigareli, bourdeto) and fresh fish highlights the sea nature of Corfu. That’s how it all started in October 1995. A restaurant that accumulates the features of the traditional family tavern, a concept that was developed in Greece during 50s.
