I'm going to share with you the intermittent fasting weight loss diet. This is a very new concept that is starting to become popular after a recent studied showed people that followed this diet lost weight, had increased health and were expected to live longer. I'm going to take the time to share the facts with you about this new diet and give you my opinion on how beneficial it can really be. Intermittent fasting is a interesting way of eating. A lot of people think you starve yourself, but this is false. You're actually going to eat around the same amount of food you're eating now, even if it is junk food. The idea is that you get to eat anything you want over a 24hr period. The next 24hrs will be a fasting period. This is how the diet cycles. In the days that you eat, you'll typically eat two days worth of food, so you're not depriving yourself of actual food, you're just taking it in at different times. People often ask me if intermittent fasting weight loss is safe. Well, I always look back to see how the cavemen would of eaten. I highly doubt they had 3 warmly cooked meals each and everyday. The caveman hunted, so it would of been hit or miss. One day they'd catch an animal and eat it all up. The next, they might not a catch thing and go without. It seems highly probable that this is a natural way of eating and it is how our biology is designed. Intermittent fasting
