PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project consists of a new 20-story, tall, including 16 floors of departmental office space and conference facilities and public-facing government functions such as a public service area, council chamber, health center for staff, art gallery space, and a public facing coffee bar/ grab-and-go station.
The new building is envisioned as simple white volume, reminiscent of the pure geometric shapes of Mount Airy granite local to North Carolina. The façade interprets the graceful slender oaks characteristic for the streets of Raleigh, into a playful yet distinctly civic landmark, against the Raleigh Skyline.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Project is a residential complex constructed on an approximately 54,843 square foot site which have affordable housing, retail, community facility space, and social services spaces. The Proposed Project is part of the State of New York's Vital Brooklyn Initiative, a comprehensive community development initiative. In addition to providing affordable housing, the Proposed Project will Make the health and well-being of all of the building users a priority by focusing on active and sustainable design with an emphasis on healthy materials. It also have dedicated recreation and exercise facilities for residents, including a full indoor basketball court, gym and plentiful outdoor space consisting of a courtyard and rooftop terraces. These outdoor areas provide a mix of programmed and flexible spaces, promoting community cohesion, and an active lifestyle for its residents.

Healthcare PROJECT OVERVIEW
The new campus includes a 144-bed, 350,000-square-foot hospital, comprising an emergency department, inpatient bed services, operating rooms, pre/post observation beds, inpatient imaging and support services. A 220,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center will offer outpatient surgery and procedure rooms, diagnostic and imaging services, oncology treatment and infusion facilities, clinical exam rooms, a pharmacy, and support services.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This development is a unique dual-branded hotel concept by a popular chain of Hotels intended to offer guests options from both brands with shared lobby, services and amenity spaces.
Its a thirty four-storeyed building which has a mix of offerings, including designated lobby and dining areas. It features a combination of King, Queen, and accessible guest-rooms from each brand with various interior and exterior amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness area, several lounge spaces throughout the shared lobby, game zones, canopy seating area with an outdoor grilling area for guest use.
