Research / Doing the research of shopping through observing people’s shopping experience, I went to several markets, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores and traditional markets and observed how people shop and their shopping journey. And for some reasons, I decided to focus on the shopping in supermarket, and do more research about it.
