ONE.
Personalized Endorsement
These are product or services that you TRULY do endorse. These will always outperform any other type of affiliate offer. You can use the swipe copy as a guideline to make sure you hit the key points, but this is your Endorsement, story, or testimonial.
TWO. Industry-wide product launch Since so many people participate in these, if you’re not careful they can actually hurt you. Launch URLs are far more likely to wind up on blacklists. See if you can put the video on your own page , and ask for an affiliate link that takes them directly to the order form. IF that’s not possible consider an intermediary page with a personal video explain what they’re about to see and why they should by from you. There are going to be a bunch of people sending the same promotion. If people see the same message over and over again they will probably consider it spam. If you don’t change the affiliate copy then your email will go to spam too! If it’s worth promoting, take a few minutes and write your own email using the key points from the swipe file.

Straight up affiliate promotion from an affiliate network
We typically don’t recommend using these, but since they are a part of most peoples business, we’ll go over it. Many of these links are banned form the major ISPs, so the URLs CAN cause problems with deliverability. They also generate the highest number of complaints, affecting deliverability and credibility with your list. I would recommend even buying the product to make sure it’s REALLY something you want to promote, then use the ideas from the first two promos to help with the emails and links.
