The tower is located in Aswan, Egypt; home for ancient Egyptians and their remarkable beliefs.

and so to speak, If architects from ancient times were to have modern day technology they would definitely aim for the sky...as a means of reaching out to their gods. and if they had the freedom of using the symbols they used to depict their gods in architectural expression..they probably wouldn't spare a chance.

MASPERO

CULTURAL GROUND culture center

The building concept is inspired by the changes occuring in Maspero.

The project being a cultural center will be responsible for maintaining the cultural impact of these updates and reflecting them upon its users -educationally- and visually upon the context.

with great physical change comes the need for strong intellectual reinforcement.

LINKNG TOWERS

Linkng towers is a mixed use urban project in the new administrative capital.

The concept is derived by the idea of the natural growth of cities in conjuction to natural features. here being the central park connecting the whole project.

the park theme focuses on emphasizing the link between culture and community. It promotes community building through linking cultural activities.

ALMONTAZAH PARK

The first phase of this project was an entry for Elmotazah park development competition that was carried out by the Armed Forces Engineering Authority.

concept

from the depth of the sea to the peak of civilization.

the idea is to transform AlMontazah park into a historical museum; showing the timeline of different civilizations that have passed through the city of Alexandria and left their ruins settling in the bottom of the mediterranean to tell their stories.

Believing that art is a global language, the project aims to attract visitors through the creative and cultural tourism mirroring the current changes and raising awareness to the future using a language accessible to all.

The water passage serves to give a glimpse of the nature and character of the project. it’s also has a welcoming nature as the public recreational areas have visual access from the passage.
