Chapter 5 –What Sort of Exercise Should I Do? In this chapter, we will look at the different types of exercise you should do to improve your balance, stability, strength and stamina.

This is the most important chapter in the book. Read it and reread it to fully understand what you need to do. As long as you adhere to the points in this chapter, you will drastically reduce the chances of you falling.

Work on Your Stamina When you were younger, you could easily go for a run or a jog. You might have been out of breath after a while if you were not in shape… but you‟d still be able to do it.

However, when you‟re much older, running or even jogging may not be an option for you. If you‟ve been a runner or jogger all your life, you will still be able to do it when you‟re old. If you‟ve
