Why Grow Your Own?
ver the years, one of the first questions I’ve routinely asked patients during intake interviews is, “What brings you joy?”
If the tables were turned, I could answer in a heartbeat: gardening. It just makes me happy. There’s something deeply fulfilling about working with the land to grow food for myself and those I care about.
