Additional apartment storage

An additional secure storage space is provided for each apartment in the basement, where bulky items such as golf clubs, skis etc can be stored. A service lift from podium and street level allows easy access.

Arup Associates: Architects Arup Associates is the heart of multidisciplinary design in Arup. Woods Bagot: Interior Design Woods Bagot is a global design studio specialising in the design and planning of facilities across three key sectors: Education, Science and Health. Camlins: Landscape Design Founded in 1980, Camlins possess a portfolio of award winning Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Masterplanning projects throughout the UK and Ireland. The manner in which people inhabit the land and the marks upon it which result are the raw materials of landscape architecture. Camlins interpret this behaviour and use it to achieve fluency in the language of landscape. Having deciphered the code or sequence of signals bequeathed by nature and the land’s former inhabitants, contemporary marks may then be made with conviction. Camlins were appointed by CABE in 2003 to act as nominated advisors to local authorities in whose stewardship our landscape and public realm reside.
