Dr’s. Will & Brenda Chambliss, founders welcome you to Body Builders Television Network. Dr. Brenda has no other career than media and ministry. In 1979 while on radio as a DJ. she started her first publication BrightSide Magazine; agency, Incentive Concepts Advertising & Public Relations; worked with the national public relations department of the Church of God in Christ and implemented the Central Florida Jurisdictions first member newspaper. In 1983, she began doing a regional TV show BrightSide TV Magazine which aired throughout Central Florida and hosting networking mixers, Power lunches, seminars and conferences for Pastors, Ministry and Business leaders. In 1993 after sensing a trend that TV would be the future and radio and print was changing Dr. Miller working with a new visionary in TV who had a heart for souls and local church pastors; the late Bob Johnson, Sr. Founder of Sky Angel. After seven years Dr. Miller implemented plans to focus on a similar formatted network that focused more on leaders than the general public.
In 2000, Dr. Chambliss came on board and the first half hour national broadcast Body Builders TV hosted by Dr Will & Brenda aired on national TV channels and yes, Sky Angel. Purchasing leased access time on Time Warner; Comcast and Bright house in 3 hour blocks, Body Builders television Network was branded in key markets: Chicago; Atlanta; Miami; Palm Beach and daily 3 hours in Jacksonville and Palatka. Our goal of launching our own IPTV platform was costly and unattainable at that time. To at least brand our selves and build and audience, we launched Body Builders Television Network on a IPTV format with a program Provider September 2010. Although effective this service could not provide us with the unique platform that was needed as a network. Since 2010 we have worked to build and perfect the platform. At the 2014 NRB National Religious Broadcaster Convention in Nashville, TN., Body Builders Television Network received full Dr. W. C. Chambliss, III & membership and recognition as a television network. The timing was impeccable Dr. Brenda Miller-Chambliss because in May 2014, Body Builders Television Network is relaunched with our own CDN (content delivery network). This format will allow us to offer more Programming and channels plus offer programming options for other ministry or businesses to host their own channels and more. Body Builders Television Network offers programming that would promote and foster growth from viewers; provide programmers with options to air broadcast for a more mature viewer ; partner with local church Pastors with discipleship and prayer referrals; provide a platform for networking between Pastors, Ministry and Business leaders and encourage Marketplace Ministry support to promote ministries, business, product or services to our viewers. Programmers must meet a standard of integrity; balance in preaching and teaching and have a genuine concern for souls and the kingdom of God.
