2013 Media Underwriting Partner/Grantor Fact Sheet 1. Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors will assist in the purchase of airtime and airing of “Will & Brenda TV” on WATC Atlanta’s TV 57 and the Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters aka AIB TV. 2. Promotional opportunities are for one individual broadcast. 3. Because of the limitations of Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors, we limit Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors to one partnership per calendar year. 4. Media Underwriting Partners/Granters must agree to our Statement of Faith. 5. No promises our guarantees of response are given in writing or verbally. 6. There are no refunds and Media Underwriting Partnerships/Grantors are notransferable. 7. Media Underwriting Partner/Grantor must provide all requested information in a timely manner. 8. All pictures and or graphics must meet our professional standards. 9. All Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors must have a website for reference. 10. Since our promotional inserts are done per quarter in advance, all Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors must pay in full prior to first airing. 11. Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors must RSVP for the Power Partner Weekend Retreat they would like to attend because of limited space. Seating is for one individual. Guest who would like to attend with you must register for $100.00. 12. Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors RSVP two (2) seats at the Pastors & Partners Conference October 16-19, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Capital Conference Center in Atlanta, Ga. These seats are transferable to staff or qualified representative.

1. All Media Underwriting Partnerships/Grantors must be paid in full before airing. 2. To secure space in advance, a fifty percent deposit can be made; balances must be made by listed deadline. 3. Display ads are for one ¼ page display advertisement. Media Underwriting Partner/Grantor can change ad for an additional $50 graphics fee. 4. Vantage Pointe Magazine’s digital copies will remain on line for one calendar year of print date. 5. Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors will not be charged for rebroadcast of “Will & Brenda TV” shows. 6. Any broadcast that does not air for any reason will be made up to guarantee Media Underwriting Partners/Grantors receive their entire 13 week promo.
