City Limits

$500 City Limits is for the couple that has the time, energy and desire to plan their entire wedding, but would like guidance getting started. You will meet with one of our experienced coordinators so you can ask questions and get their advice about planning your wedding day. You will also have a chance to discuss needs, ideas, venue and vendors that suit your personality, style and budget, and much more. Details  Consultation with couple  Venue recommendations  Vendor recommendation  Follow-up consultation *If you decide to upgrade to a larger package at a later time, this amount will be applied towards your new total.

Mount Bonnell $750 Mount Bonnell is for the couple that has already found their venue that happens to include a Day-of Coordinator, but would like for someone else to oversee their event. Some venues now offer or require you to use their on-site coordinator. Many times, this is a lifesaver to the couple, but in some instances, the couple feels that the on-site coordinator will not provide all the services or attention they need leading up to the event. We agree that you should not have to pay for two coordinators, so we came up with the Mount Bonnell service. An Embellish Events coordinators will sit down with you, figure out what services you need so we can take care of the details leading up to your day. Once the wedding day arrives, we will make sure everything is in order and pass on the details to your venue coordinator and let them run the rehearsal, and the day of. South Congress (SoCo)

$1150 SoCo is for the couple that would like an experienced coordinator to manage their wedding day. An Embellish Events coordinator will ensure that your details are finalized, your rehearsal and wedding day run smoothly and that all of your specific requests are carried out as you planned. Pre-Wedding Activities:  Initial consultation with couple discussing needs, ideas and style.  Detailed quote of services to be provided.  Communication by phone/email to discuss style, décor and event needs.  Share resources and experience in planning and designing event.  Vendor Recommendations – suggest initial vendors to contact based on style, budget and personality. (Vendors will not be contacted to verify current pricing or availability).  Research any needed projects for lighting, favors, programs, décor, floral or customary traditions.  Inform of any vendor sales or specials that can help couple save money.  Onsite timeline and layout meetings.  Prepare complete timeline of events for the ceremony and reception; send to all vendors and participants involved.  Contact all vendors to finalize details, answer any questions and confirm wedding day arrival and schedule.  Provide etiquette guidance when needed.  Coordinate all wedding day vendors.  Review all vendor contracts to ensure they are carried out properly.  Attend and run ceremony rehearsal. Wedding Day Activities:  Oversee ceremony set-up, including: placing chairs, sign-in book and programs.  Manage vendors, including: arrival, placement, set-up, and custom instructions.  Attend and oversee ceremony in needed.  Direct guests into church and expedite process when needed so ceremony can start on time.  Answer any questions from guests about ceremony parking, guest seating, and directions to the reception (if needed).  Assist church staff prior, during and after ceremony.  Clean up ready rooms and relocate bridal party belongings into appropriate vehicles.  Assist bride, groom, bridal party, and family making sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of by venue prior to the ceremony.  Oversee reception venue décor, including: laying out linens, placing chairs, folding napkins, placing cake cutters, toasting glasses, relocating sign-in book and programs, placing menu cards, escort cards, table maps, personal pictures, favors.  Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors.  Distribute and pin bridal party wedding flowers.  Provide wedding day emergency kit. 512.902.5084 | EmbellishEvents.com Prices are based on weddings with up to 200 guests ~ Travel fees may apply. SoCo Package Continued  Assist with the bustle of the wedding gown.  Ensure timeline is followed throughout the evening.  Adjust timeline as needed in case of delay or if couple would like to change order of events.  Troubleshoot when needed. After Reception Activities:  Prepare to-go meal and cake for couple.  Make sure exit car is available before lining up guests for couple’s exit.  Load exit car with to-go food, luggage and personal items before departure.  Ensure photographer & videographer are ready for exit pictures.  Distribute tossing/exit items and line up guests.  Ensure gifts and keepsakes are packed up after the reception, including keeping copies of programs, menus or favors for couple/couple’s family to take home.  Pack up leftover food and cake for couple’s family.  Assist with the removal of floral arrangements – give to guests or dispose of according to couple’s wishes.  Save vases for floral pick-up.  Remove and pack up linens for rental pickup.  Assist and direct clean-up to ensure venue's specifications are followed according to contract.

Barton Springs

$1750 Barton Springs is for the couple who would like additional assistance before their wedding. Your Embellish Events coordinator will organize and oversee your planning process, ensuring that all tasks are attended to before your event.

ALL activities of SoCo  Unlimited phone calls and emails.  Discuss and prepare estimated budget.  Vendor Referrals – Refer and screen all wedding vendors based on style, budget and personality. Vendors will be contacted to re-verify pricing and availability.  Research & Source Vendors – research and interview new vendors if needed.  Research & Source Venues – research and interview new venues if needed.  Review Vendors & Venues – give feedback on any vendors and venues that you have already met with and may be interested in working with.  Monthly planning sessions.  Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests.

Lake Austin

$2500 Lake Austin is for the active couple that leads a busy lifestyle and would like hands on assistance leading up to their wedding day. Your Embellish Events coordinator will closely manage your planning process.           

ALL activities of Barton Springs Attend vendors meeting with couple. Assist with the selection of all rentals. Assist with sending invitations. Receive RSVP responses and keep an updated list of all guests attending. Assist with bridal portrait session. Assist with out-of-town guests welcome bags, including delivery to hotels. Deliver engagement and wedding announcements to newspapers. Return rented tuxedos. Deliver wedding gown to cleaners or other desired location. Deliver wedding bouquet to a preservation company.

Capitol

$3250 The Capitol is our most prestigious collection of services. Your Embellish Events coordinator will plan every detail of your wedding weekend, assisting with every decision and task. If you want to be pampered and have full concierge service, then the Capitol is for you.         

ALL activities of Lake Austin Refer vendors and assist with details of planning the rehearsal dinner. Place follow up phone calls after RSVP deadline to finalize headcount. Develop wedding weekend itinerary for the wedding party and family. Concierge services for out-of-town guests, including planning of fun events in the city. Assist with transportation details for out-of-town guests. Assist in the honeymoon planning. Transport needed items from ceremony to reception. Return small florist and rental items.
