Most of our European Star-Ships feature an on board pool with retractable roof, providing a restful space for guests to spend their day. This innovative space transforms by night into a cinema showing classics and blockbusters throughout the cruise†.

On board Emerald Harmony, custom-built to sail the Mekong, the Sun and Pool decks are remarkable places to unwind, as guests take a refreshing dip, enjoy an al fresco drink and take shade from the sun. Authentic dark wooden tones, muted colours and local art work adorn the walls of the Lotus Lounge, situated on the Vista Deck, perfectly positioned to observe as the ship docks in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, one of the only vessels of its type to do so. And, advanced air treatments, intensive water purification methods and the exclusion of single-use plastics has been introduced, to reflect their commitment to a cleaner and greener existence.

We believe food plays an important part in the travel experience, which is why we offer decadent five course dining in Reflections Restaurant, to light bites on The Terrace. Each meal is thoughtfully crafted by our chefs, influenced by the path we’re travelling and includes seasonal and regional produce for the ultimate dining experience. Accommodating tables of two to ten, floor-to ceiling windows present excellent views of the river, while the menu celebrates flavours of the region. We source most of our produce locally, ensuring that every dish we serve is as fresh and authentic as possible. And, of course, complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks are available with lunch and dinner.

Unwind

Unlike any other on Europe’s waters, our Star-Ships boast an indoor heated pool complete with retractable roof and bar which cleverly transforms into a cinema in the evening†. Guests travelling on board Emerald Harmony in Southeast Asia can take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of the infinity-style outdoor pool on the ship’s Pool Deck or can simply recline poolside as they rejuvenate in time for another incredible day. It’s hard to imagine a more tranquil setting to relax and unwind.

All suites feature their own private balcony, complete with an all-weather system, enabling guests to admire the views in complete comfort, while our staterooms boast picture windows, inviting in the natural light.
