La Cucina Dining

Our Director of Food & Beverage, Tom Goetter, has created the menus for our main restaurant, La Cucina Dining, celebrating fresh, seasonal and local produce. This spacious setting flows into a large alfresco terrace.

The Terrace

Adjoining La Cucina Dining, our specious terrace is a beautiful spot for an alfresco breakfast or lunch, as well as a delightful vantage point from which to enjoy the ocean breeze with an after-dinner drink.

Amici Lounge & Bar

After your evening meal, head to the Amici Bar & Lounge, where our expert mixologists will help you select the right drink from an extensive menu, whether whisky, gin or vodka is your thing, or you’re more partial to a beer, glass of wine or a cup of tea. We even have a selection of cocktails and mocktails to toast with among new-found friends.

Aqua Pool Café

At the Aqua Pool Café, a selection of flatbreads pack a punch with a range of fillings, and revitalising gelato satisfies your sweet tooth.
