Our Director of Food & Beverage, Tom Goetter, has created the menus for our main restaurant, La Cucina Dining, celebrating fresh, seasonal and local produce. This spacious setting flows into a large alfresco terrace, where you can try dishes like tender racks of lamb accompanied by seasonal vegetables, the freshest black mussels with crusty garlic bread for dipping, and rich, earthy truffle risotto. And during the day, buffet breakfasts and lunches present a diverse selection of delicious cuisine.
