We are a collaborative architecture, interiors, planning, and engineering practice driven by a passion for exceptional designs that advance our client’s objectives. Strong relationships with our clients are the core of what we do. Our workspace is open and informal – full of the energy that comes from the productive exchange of ideas. Our tools are deep curiosity, innovative analysis and strategic, technical problem solving. Charrettes (brainstorming) are common, reframing problems & generating better solutions. We’re always hungry to understand more and do better, in our work and through regular learning opportunities. We know that the built and the natural environment are inextricably and vitally linked. We share our client’s commitment as stewards, through our work and through our active involvement in the US Green Building Council.

past performance client comments Several client comments are provided as testament to our impressive past performance.

Procter Hall Exterior Renovation

– University of Cincinnati, OH>>

“Congratulations (on the design award)! It did take a few discussions but seems to have been worth the investigation and thank you for your persistence in addressing a good design. It is always those small seemingly simple projects that take the most thought.” Mary Beth McGrew Associate VP of P+D+C and University Architect University of Cincinnati

Procter Hall Exterior Renovation

– University of Cincinnati, OH>>

“Many thanks to you and your team for making this such a successful project and congratulations on the design award..” Barrett Bamberger Project Manager University of Cincinnati

District 3 Police Station -

Cincinnati, OH>>

"I'm excited. I'm excited for the department. I'm excited for these guys on District 3. They've worked so hard; they carry a huge part of the work load of the entire department. This workspace is probably the premier law enforcement building in the world. This is incredible." Chief (former) Jeffrey Blackwell Chief of Police Cincinnati Police Department

Laboratory Renovation Building 79 – Wright-Patterson AFB, OH>> “The AE team worked very effectively on this project. Project management worked well with USACE and our customer to deliver a good project. Communication and coordination of activities between disciplines was effective. The AE mechanical engineer suggested an HVAC system that was new to the installation and took the necessary steps to gain approval from the customer for this energy saving technology.” Bruce Ealey Project Engineer USACE Louisville District

412thEWG Systems Division Relocation Study>> “AE's (AEC-Emersion Team) are talented, cooperative, communicative, and timely. Deliverables were complete, well packaged, and well-presented and on schedule. AE's were able to flex to meet the schedule and timing of remote site visits. They provided every detail of the requirements of the task order and were able to present information to a multidiscipline audience of leadership and CE technical experts.” Jim Balsamo, RA Chief of Design 88ABW WPAFB
