“PULLOVER PROJECT” BA GRADUATE PRE-COLLECTION
EMESE BAKÓ 2014
PULL
OVER
The “Pullover” is a piece of clothing “pulled over” the head instead of buttoned or zipped-up. As the only piece of clothing to be used in the development of this collection, the pullover becomes a symbol of togetherness, that my fictional characters share their stories in. It all starts off with a basic knit in grandiose shapes, which then becomes a technological marvel of knit imitations and then deteriorates in the cold cells of prison on the caught couple, thus telling the lifestory of it’s owner in a magnificent matter.
