The objective of this project was to accommodate a conceptual center for sustainability building on Penn State University Campus by preparing a grading and stormwater plan suitable for construction. This design demonstrates bioretention and stormwater management in order to keep all runoff water on site, while also having carefully crafted parking lots, an entrance plaza, and a lower back patio for the building.
