Prologue
I was born an artist. As a child, my face and hands were covered in magic marker stains. I drew, I painted, I wrote....I discovered graphic design and photography as well. I spend much of my life dabbling at the mystery that is the arts. What it is, and how to make it work for me.
I’ve found a direction that really works for me, and that is photographing your story. I figured out that I didn’t need to look far beyond the simple beauty of raindrops on a window, steam dancing out of a cup of tea, and the gentle sparkle in a client’s eyes as they smile. Some of the stories I find aren’t ones that you’d find printed in a Pulitzer-winning novel on the New York Times bestsellers list.
I have found a way to capture and create your true story, and that is my business. I am here help you create something beautiful out of what you might consider to be “just an everyday story.” Everyone has color, personality, and an original story...and these are the ideas that fuel my inspiration. I call my business Emily Bee Arts because I firmly believe that different areas of art can complement each other to create a larger, and amazing picture of an idea or memory. As an artist, I will do my best to take your beloved memories, tell your story, and make them into fine art.

Wedding Weddings are magical days that only happen once, and are clearly unforgettable. These stories to be told are the classic idea of the love story, and I firmly believe that while many consider these events to be “their happy ending” as per classic fairytale ideals....I strongly believe that these are a new beginnings as per “Once upon a time....again.” There are love stories of truth and fiction that capture hearts, cause tears of joy, and have the ability to move the masses. I could name a few of those tales, and you would know the stories. However, I am here to tell you now that YOUR love story is the best to be told, hands down. Why is that? Your name might not be Cinderella, and chances are you are not of royalty. Your relationship might not be as passionately dramatic as Romeo and Juliet’s (and definitely not tragic). If you had to melt the heart of a beast, chances are he wasn’t literally an animal to begin with. Your story could be as simple as the classic “Boy Meets Girl.” There might not be not much more to that in your mind. I tell you, that is not the case. Your love story is worth telling, and it is the greatest ever told because it is YOURS. Weddings photographed by Emily Bee Arts capture every moment from beginning to new beginning. When you look at your photos, I want you to feel like you are back in that day, breathing in that same air, and above all--that the strong emotions often seen at a wedding are relived as you look at the pictures.
