DONGDAQIAO URBAN FESTIVAL

Team Academic Project: Full process of reaserch and design,making main diagram and panel Team Member 3 The project aims to create urban festivals, connect the surrounding music industry, create new opportunities for social participation and social bonds, improve local social life and shape the social experience of the local space, thereby activating the East Bridge area. 01

MUSIC FESTIVAL SCHEDULE

The exhibition line is composed of two-story corridors, passing through multiple architectural spaces such as museums and dance halls.

During the festival, the musical line connects multiple stages in series and sets up multiple temporary performance facilities.

The exhibition is usually arranged along the outline of the building, combining steps, colonnades and second-story corridors to create different sensory experiences.

At fixed times a week, openair movie watching will be organized in the outdoor shade.

A flea market will be organized on weekends, and those who come to the festival can enjoy the shopping atmosphere before entering.

The performance time of the secondary stage is usually staggered from the main stage to ensure a greater flow of people.

The main stage carries the eyes of all the people. In order to gather more people, the end time will be the latest.


URBAN FESTIVAL

URBAN SECTION

From the urban point of view, the plot ratio of the entire park is relatively low, providing a broad green plaza leisure space for the nearby CBD area. One end of the park is connected to the city subway entrance through a semi-sinked plaza, and at the same time it is convenient for the evacuation of activities in the site. The high-rise building set up in the center of the park integrates commerce, culture and residence, and becomes a landmark of the park.

In the early stage, we noticed the rich square elements of this medieval city through studying the urban texture of Lyon, and further studied the enclosure degree of the square and calculated the threedimensional data of the square and presented it in a data visualization way. In the next semester’s block design, Lyon was chosen to control the variables of the block design experiment using the previously calculated square enclosure data. 05

Functional analysis City square, as a node in the urban space form, is an important means to shape the personality of the city. It reflects the style of the city. PLOT RATIO EXPERIMENT

Especially in Europe, the city square is a unique Cultural phenomenon.Lyon, located in the southeastern part of France, had been quite prosperous in the Roman era. By the 15th century, with its commercial and financial prosperity, it became the center of trade in Europe, and its cultural and geographic landscapes were very well preserved. This topic studies the squares in the Lyon city, and mainly counts the maximum width of the square, the height of the surrounding buildings, the enclosure form and the aspect ratio.

We regard the square enclosure as a part of the memory of the Lyon city to guide our subsequent rapid block design. We select the part of the square with an area greater than 500 square meters and less than 1500 square meters, find the average square height-to-width ratio of 0.6, and use it as an invariant for the block plot ratio experiment.

STREET COLLAGE

The corners of the block are elevated to provide a broader view, and the entrance of the square is gradually tightened to attract people to enter.

As the section advances, enter the square, where the square height-width ratio reaches the maximum, and the pedestrian experience is comfortable.

Partial overhead colonnades appear in the building, attracting people to stop, and when the aspect ratio is insufficient, it effectively relieves the sense of oppression.

HONG KONG PUBLIC HOUSING MARKET RENOVATION

Individual Academic Project The research topic of this project came from the Hong Kong work camp that I participated in in the summer of the junior year. The work camp focused on public housing estates in Hong Kong. During the research process, the market element attracted my attention. The follow-up selection area was the most representative housing estate. Carry out the transformation of public markets. 09

HONG KONG PUBLIC HOUSING MARKET RENOVATION KWONG FUK ESTATE

Kwong Fook Village is located in Tai Po District. It used to be a fishing village in history. In the original public housing estate design, a unique ventilation shaft There are many forms of Hong Kong markets, and many changes have taken place in the process of development, which can be roughly summarized into four forms: open-air market, market building, super market and estate market. The estate market-Guangfu Village was selected for this renovation. Kwong Fook Village is located in Tai Po District. It used to be a fishing village in history. In the original public housing estate design, a unique ventilation shaft was designed in conjunction with the seafood market to interact with the upper platform. However, in the field survey, it was found that due to lack of functionality, the frequency of use was very low; the market platform was relatively closed and lacked connection with other spaces in the community. The transformation is mainly carried out from three aspects: the three aspects are in the relationship of point, line and surface. Trying to redefine "street market "in a new era, generate more interaction with the community, and provide more community functions.

2 Wooden Structure Mobius Ring

Completion Time:Second semester of Senior Three Team Academic Project:Full process of idea and strucutre design,making main part of model. Team Member 6 Design and produce a model with a certain spatial shape, resistance to deformation, and a certain weight. Experience the concept of building structure through the production of isometric structural models, consider strength, rigidity, stability and integrity, and experience the construction technology of building structures. ① Prepare a piece of paper tape with a specific proportion for making Mobius rings

② The equal division lines on the paper tape are simulated to form the wood board on the Mobius paper tape

③ Use the scratched paper tape to make the figure

④ Make the initial structure model with wooden strips of specific proportions

⑤ Use iron wire to make a shape that matches the paper tape

⑥ Model the determined shape with RHINO

1. Make a certain proportion of the wire model of the Mobius toroid, and then calculate the actual size data for the large-scale model.

2. According to the determined actual size, make the PVC template of the curved steel bars of the four two-dimensional planes that make up the Mobius ring.

3. At the school site, ask the worker master to help us make these four steel members that conform to the template.

9. Fix the processed wood board on the steel bar with ohm clamps and selftapping screws, with a wide board on the upper part and a narrow board on the lower part.
