01 WINDSOR AT OAK GROVE Multi-Family Housing Remodel Melrose, Massachusetts Installed April, 2021
Windsor at Oak Grove is an established apartment community containing 550 apartments conveniently located a couple of train stops outside of Boston in the charming town of Melrose, MA. The renovated amenity clubhouse shared by the community features a leasing office, co-working space, bar/lounge area and a fitness center/yoga studio. The design was inspired by the nearby historic Melrose train station and the idea of travelling from natural surroundings into an urban environment. I was part of the two person team who handled the project through all phases of the design process.

02 CAPITAL COURT Multi-Family Housing Largo, Maryland Installed March, 2021
Located right outside Washington DC, Capital Court contains 250 apartment units and a large amenity space. The tight-knit community of Largo experienced a recent population boom with the construction of a large hospital nearby, and many nurses and medical workers moved in to the apartments. The goal was to provide convenient, quality amenities where tenants could socialize, play games or work remotely without needing to leave the site. I was part of the two person team who handled the project through all phases of the design process.

03 ENCLAVE AT RIDGEWOOD Multi-Family Housing Ridgewood, New Jersey Installing November 2021
Enclave at Ridgewood is an apartment complex located in the picturesque town of Ridgewood, NJ. The concept for the design is a “shade tree.” This concept came from the natural surroundings of the nearby area, paired with the idea that Enclave provides a comfortable retreat to those who commute to New York City for work, yet yearn for the peaceful environment of this small, quiet community. I was one of two designers that completed all phases of design development and construction documentation for this project. This project is set to install in November of this year.

04 ESSEX & CRANE Multi-Family Housing Orange, New Jersey Installing June, 2022
The idea for the design concept of a “lantern” was drawn from the culturally diverse demographic of the city of Orange, NJ. A lantern represents diverse cultures and bringing people together, while also being a source of light. The materials and FF&E selections were based on the colors and physical properties of a lantern. I was part of a team of two who handled all phases of the design development and construction documentation for this project. The three story amenity building will install in June of next year.

05 HACKENSACK B&C Multi-Family Housing Hackensack, New Jersey Installing 2023
Hackensack B&C includes two residential buildings and a shared 2-story amenity clubhouse building which will be added to an existing apartment complex. The design for the interior was inspired by the angular geometry of the clubhouse architecture. This project is currently in the phase of construction document production. I was involved of a team of two designers who developed the design and is working on the construction documents for this project.
