Girls enjoyed a fun session which introduced them to a series of exercises that simulate laughter. Laughter is said to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, increase circulation and improve lung functions.

Pancake Race On Monday 6th March, the annual pancake race took place at the Dingley Dell. Despite being postponed as a result of bad weather, enthusiastic teams still joined us and were ready to participate. Each team had to complete a relay-style race, ensuring that they each flipped the pancake three times. It was a close race and an enjoyable lunchtime. Despite tough competition from the teacher team, a group of Upper 4s just managed to cross the line first. Well done to Lucy, Sofia and Grace who not only won the race, but also won best costume! A big thank you to our Charities and Services Captains Evie and Clara who organised the event. They've had a great year driving support from our school community. " Thank you to all the girls and teachers who came to take part and raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support." Evie O'Neill

Condover Hall Last weekend, the U12 A and B and the U13 A and B netball squads travelled to Condover Hall in Shropshire to take part in the annual GDST netball weekend. Throughout the weekend, players endured a busy tournament schedule and also enjoyed taking part in the exciting activities on offer at Condover Hall. The standard of netball was very good on the weekend and our four teams made great improvements over the games played. Unfortunately, the weather prevented the completion of the tournament on Sunday but we all enjoyed extra time to make the most of the high ropes, trapeze and indoor challenges!
