Advertising campaign for the Design Museum’s new exhibition; ‘The Graphics of Miscommunication’. Miscommunication is taken literally through a poster campaign around London’s public transport routes. Commuters decipher the code using an app on their smart phones (see facing page)
Illustrated book cover for Wind in the Willows, inspired by the beautiful nature described in the book. Hand drawn typography and scruffy drawings give the book a childish quality. A tiny motif of Toad’s legs jumping into water is visible on the spine, hinting at the story inside.
‘It’s Nice That Student Catalogue’. The idea: ‘It’s Nice That’ (a design blog) representatives travel to UK universities’ degree shows, looking for the next generation of exciting new artists and designers. The results of their search are published in the ‘Student Catalogue’, which is then distributed to every university visited.

Typographic poster using a quote from George W. Bush- “America will never run” (from Iraq), changing its context and meaning through the use of typography. Chips used to highlight America’s obesity problem.
Cover ideas for Orange ‘explore’ magazine introducing the new San Diego mobile phone with Intel Inside. The main selling point of the phone was that it has an Intel chip which makes it super fast and very powerful. I tried to illustrate this on the cover. Comic book style speed lines indicate the fast processor inside.
