T R AV E L F E E S I have an adventurous spirit, and traveling makes my heart soar! I will happily drive my Corolla, or even catch a flight, to your happily ever after. Travel within a 100 mile radius (one way) of my home in Bridgewater, Virginia is included in each wedding package. A minimum $200 travel fee will be added to the package price if travel is outside of that 100 mile radius.* *subject to change for destination weddings and when including airfare

Having digital images is wonderful, but having a printed keepsake which tells a visual story of your wedding day is priceless! I am not a photography business who pushes product sales; however, these albums are important not just for my couples to have, but for their children and grandchildren to one day enjoy as well. No matter what size you choose, your Wedding Album will include up to 50 pages, and a genuine leather cover (in your choice of Tan or Black) with your names and wedding date engraved.

DO YOU HAVE BACKUP GEAR?
Yes, and lots of it! During our consultation, I’ll explain the many steps I take to ensure your wedding photos are safe.
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE YOUR SECOND SHOOTER?
I am so blessed to know many wonderful photographers, and have them as my close friends! I only choose photographers who I am completely comfortable with and I know will deliver on their end. 19
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Absolutely; my policy includes one million dollars of liability insurance.
DO WE GET THE RIGHTS TO OUR PHOTOS?
Of course!! I’ve never understood why some photographers don’t let the bride and groom have the rights to their wedding photos, so I give the printing rights!
CAN WE HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL RAW FILES?
Receiving all the RAW images is not an option. RAW images are not the finished product, and part of my job as your photographer is to edit those photos to my standard. I typically take 5,000+ images at every wedding, and trust me, you don’t want to see them all! I determine which photos will be delivered, but please don’t worry, I would never withhold images that I think you would love!
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
While I don’t have a set time, most of my clients receive their photos within 1-2 weeks!
HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN WE EXPECT?
I never set a specific number, but you can expect about 80-100 photos per hour. The number of photos you receive is entirely dependent on how long your event is, how many details you have, the number of family formal groupings, etc.

Years ago you had to order physical prints of the images you wanted to have forever. But you should be able to have ALL of your memories in your possession forever and ever! I also want you to be able to share your images freely and without any hesitation, which is why I deliver your images via an online gallery. This means you don’t have to wait on a package in the mail and you’ll have access to the images wherever you are. I’ve listed some important information which will help you understand your online gallery on the next page. Enjoy! 21
SO WHAT IS PIXIESET?
Pixieset is a photo sharing solution created for professional wedding & portrait photographers who “Shoot & Share.” When your wedding images have been fully edited, a collection of your photos will be uploaded to your unique Pixieset online gallery. You’ll receive a URL where you can view, download, print and share the photos. To share your images with family and friends, you simply share your custom Pixieset URL, the download code, and password with them, and they too can view, download, print, and share. An online gallery makes sharing photos easy for you, because you don’t have to remember which photos your family and friends wanted printed. They can download and print the photos themselves!
ORDERING PRINTS:
You can actually order professional and affordable prints from within your online gallery and have them shipped directly to you! Prints are printed in a professional lab to ensure color and contrast accuracy. You are more than welcome to print images on your own; however, I would caution you to avoid the Big-Box stores which cannot guarantee that your colors will print true-to-life and often result in washed out or green faces. If you don’t print through your gallery, I recommend using Mpix.com!
GALLERY EXPIRATION:
Your gallery will be available for 6 months, so make sure you download and save the images in multiple places for safe keeping!
SHARING, WATERMARKING & EDITING:
You have the freedom to share your images in any way you choose! These are your images and I want you to love them so much you can’t help but share them! I don’t believe it is necessary to watermark my images. All I ask for is some type of credit whenever you use an image on social media! As a photographer, I do not allow my images to be edited or altered in any way. However, if you have an image or two you want to print at a very large size and you find an imperfection, I will gladly perfect it!
