Redefining the
FUTURE
Message from Managing Director Welcome to the new edition of the EAHM University Magazine. We want to keep our community up to date with all that is happening at the Emirates Academy, the latest developments in the world of hospitality, exciting stories of student life, and exceptional #EAHMproud moments. An example of #EAHMProud moments are two EAHM alumna: Ashleigh Carroll and Victoria Idina, who were recently nominated in the Hotelier Middle East 30 Under 30: The Most Talented Young Hoteliers In the Region. A magnificent achievement. And of course, the Caterer Award for Sandy Hayek as Tastemaker of the Year as GM of the renowned Time Out Market. My heartfelt congratulations and truly an inspiration! For all alumni, keep your eye out for the upcoming alumni event as part of the 20th Anniversary celebrations. This promises to be a not-to-miss weekend with many alumni already confirmed to join, even from all corners of the world! Please enjoy the new edition of the magazine and keep your eye on upcoming editions, too. We are always looking for fun updates and contributions so please feel free to get in touch with us!
