With the mission to empower, elevate and educate future leaders and provide them with the best tools to step into their full potential, the Challenge strives to bring the best talent development platform in the hospitality and tourism industry within the MEA region. Together with students, educators, and industry leaders, it aims to showcase the sectors high career relevancy.
The program includes final-year students from 12 schools in strategic issues the industry faces, mixed in international groups so they learn international cultures, economic backgrounds, different perspectives and more. All receive one strategic topic appointed by the advisory board with the aim to answer the strategic and present their answer during the Live Event in Dubai held from 16-18 January, 2023 at The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management
